GGuest UserI really like this place. It's right in front of the Hilton hotel and a large shopping mall. To the left, there's a local specialty and souvenir market. To the back-left, there's a bar street, which can be a bit noisy. However, the transportation here is very convenient. The lobby is spacious and bright, and they offer different complimentary drinks every day. The upstairs pool is also fantastic, with an infinity pool and a water park. The hotel rooms have a small kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and laundry detergent. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit of a walk to 7-11, about 5-6 minutes. That's really the only flaw. I still really love this hotel and will definitely book it again next time.

EE AbanicoThis was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and accommodating. Being personally driven to our room added a unique and memorable touch to the stay.
When we entered the room, we were honestly amazed. It is rare for a hotel to exceed its promotional photos, but this one truly did. The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed. The complimentary minibar was a generous inclusion and added even more value to the experience.
Service throughout our stay was outstanding. The front desk team were always available and quick to assist with any request. The restaurant delivered high quality meals for both dinner and breakfast, and the onsen and sauna facilities were incredibly relaxing and a fantastic benefit to have included at no extra cost.
Considering the overall experience, the value for the price point is exceptional and well worth it. My only regret is not booking this property sooner. If I return to Pattaya, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

IIry5006The hotel facilities include a private beach with a children's water park and an on-land play center, which are very child-friendly for children under 14. You can stay and play at the hotel for several days without having to go out.
We stayed in a family room with bunk beds, which added a lot of fun for families traveling with older children and alleviated concerns about young children sleeping alone. The hotel provides children's toiletries (see picture). We had a room at the very end of the left wing. It had two balconies, and the 180-degree sea view from one balcony was absolutely stunning. Please note that smoking is not allowed on the balcony, and violators will be fined. It's worth mentioning that perhaps because the hotel is a bit old, the shower water quality was very poor. Fortunately, I brought a filtered shower head; you can see from the picture what the filter looked like after two days of use. I suspect it's due to old pipes. Also, on the first day of check-in, the front desk informed me that the Ctrip price only included two people, even though I had confirmed that the bunk bed room type could accommodate four people. I had to pay an additional surcharge of over 5000🐷 for two nights at the front desk. After I confirmed that the fee included all breakfasts and services, the next day at breakfast, the staff again said that the room only included breakfast for two. This experience was very disappointing.
For dining, the hotel has two buffet breakfast areas, one in each wing, on the Ba*****t floor, and you need to swipe your card to enter. They offer bread, salads, fruits, various egg dishes, congee, and hot dishes. Service will end after 10:30 AM, and food is usually cleared promptly at 11:00 AM. You can serve yourself ice cream. Directly across the road from the hotel entrance is a Tops supermarket where you can buy various snacks, milk, drinks, and beer, and it's open 24 hours. In the evening at 7:00 PM, there are food stalls in the alley across the road. I tried a highly recommended one for everyone; with about seven or eight dishes plus beer for 1800🐷, I think I can give an informed opinion. The fried chicken wings were delicious, and the stir-fried noodles were good, though not comparable to those in China. The curry squid was okay. Don't order shrimp or sweet and sour pork, as the shrimp were not fresh, and the pork ribs were very mediocre. Overall, just think of it as a night market street stall by a school, good for a quick fried rice or stir-fried noodles.

The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy atmosphere, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped, and the hot water supply was consistent. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transport links nearby, making dining and shopping very easy. I highly recommend it to everyone!

MMuratnohad a great stay at COSI Pattaya Wong Amat Beach. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service.
The location is quite good and close to the beach, although it’s a bit quieter compared to central areas, which can be a plus if you prefer a more relaxing environment.
The amenities were decent, but could be improved as they felt a bit limited. However, overall I still had a very pleasant experience staying here.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

GGuest UserThe location is unbeatable. Central Festival is right outside, and if you cross Soi 8, you're at the beach. Go through the alley behind the hotel, and you're on Soi Buakhao, perfect for hitting Treetown or LK Metro at night. It's great value for money, there's a pool, and breakfast is decent. The only downside is that the room facilities are a bit old; a shower instead of a bathtub would be much better.

GGuest UserI actually like this hotel. The reception area is very nice, and there is a large bar in the alley adjacent to reception. My room was nice. It had Thai style furnishings, and looked nice. The balcony was large and had a table and two chairs. I didn't go to the pool, but I could see it from my balcony, and it looked very nice. I never went to the exercise room, because the pictures online just showed a bike and elliptical type machine, but I don't think they have any weights there ~ other than a few kettle bells. I had a small refrigerator, a water kettle, and safe, so it was fine for a short stay. It is centrally located and is in a very walkable area. The only bad thing was the air conditioning unit blew directly on the bed, I tried to adjust the sway and fan speed to make it less noticeable, but nothing I did worked. So, I have had a sore throat for the past few days. Overall, it is a nice place for short stays. The pool seemed very nice, but if you don't need a pool, then staying at a guesthouse might be a good alternative. I didn't eat the food there. I had my Do Not Disturb sign up most of the time, and they do not bother you or provide any towels / water in that case, but they cleaned my room once and did a good job. Overall, it is a solid hotel.
