設施：非常完善，酒店配套設施的典範，亞龍灣5星酒店都比不過。紅酒，冰桶，酒杯，冰箱，保險櫃，浴袍，拖鞋，熨衣板，熨斗，可牽引網線，茶具，單獨小包裝的洗漱用品等等，一應俱全。
衞生：衞生極其乾淨，不敢相信10年前裝修的酒店保養的這麼好，幹區地毯，濕區下沉+防滑地墊2塊，超厚實，很舒適。
環境：尊貴大氣上檔次，房間巨大，太喜歡了，公區也很大氣，落客大坡道加熱帶植物，設計得非常豪華。
服務：一流的服務，服務人員都非常有禮貌有素質，辦事又快又好，在入住後還會打房間電話確認是否滿意，有什麼其他需要幫助的地方，就像在歐洲西餐廳用餐會有服務人員在用餐中問候一樣，賓至如歸。

酒店在鴻洲碼頭邊，位置很方便。從陽台就可能看見遊艇出海。房間寬敞，設施很好。前台的露露 ，小娜，小娟 服務態度都非常好，還給升級了灣景房，感謝！

住的很開心很快樂 如果下次來三亞還會再來嘿嘿 酒店位置方便 就在遊艇碼頭旁邊 出遊艇⛵很方便 晚上可以逛逛第一市場 中服免税店雖然不大 酒店前台小姐姐也很親切特別是露露 慧娟 很nice 點贊👍🏻
