The room was clean, odorless, and very spacious. The public areas are truly beautiful; you can take great photos anywhere. Next time I come to Sanya, I'll definitely choose to stay at Sheraton again."

"Good value for a short stay with friends Stayed for 4 nights with a friend in a twin room. The hotel is a bit aged, but everything you need as a tourist works just fine. The location is excellent — just a 2-minute walk to the beach entrance. There’s a pool, though we didn’t use it. Breakfast was surprisingly diverse: both Chinese and European dishes, plus salads and fruit. The staff are very friendly; some speak English, and a few even speak Russian. Nice tea offers. Downsides: the room layout is weird — strange choice of colors and furniture materials. The biggest issue: the air conditioner blows directly onto the beds, even though there’s space on the wall to redirect it properly. Overall, great for a budget-friendly, no-fuss trip."

"We had a beautiful view of the sea from our cave-like room but the cleanliness left much to be desired. We often saw bugs in the toilet 🚽 so that freaked me out a little. The towels also seemed very old and used, so bring your own if possible. The service was great though, simply connect with them via WeChat and they will check in and share more info with you during your stay. There was complimentary afternoon tea daily, which is basically a drink and four tiramisu cake cubes. The drink is alright, but the cakes you can skip. The room package includes a photoshoot too. While they offer 3 complimentary soft copies of the photos taken by a photographer, note that they are unedited. After seeing the edited version, it usually makes you want to pay more for the edited version. Lastly, the hotel location requires a short walk through white dragon street after alighting by car, so bear that in mind for accessibility. It’s great for walking around, exploring the town and access to the beach."

"Facilities: Fully equipped! Hygiene: The floor was wet upon check-in, and the overall feel was a bit damp. However, after turning on the air conditioning and airing out the room, it became very clean with almost no smell! Environment: The environment was great. We were assigned to the 19th floor, which offered excellent views. The beach was right across the street, about a 5-minute walk away. Service: The highlight was the incredibly nice service! We received a free upgrade to a Deluxe Coconut Dream King Room. I stayed for two nights, and only found out on the second night that my room had been upgraded. Plus, I was able to stay in the upgraded room for the second night. The service was absolutely outstanding! This was my first time in Sanya, and I only stayed two nights at the Sanya Bay Jinghai Hotel, not visiting any other bays. Next time, I hope to experience the bathhouse and visit attractions like Luhuitou that I missed. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel!"
