"The balcony view was absolutely stunning! Opening the window, you could see the entire coconut grove, the huge outdoor swimming pool, and the beautiful mountain and yacht harbor – all under a clear blue sky, it was just breathtaking! It was a bit cloudy today, but still gorgeous. Every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. The hotel amenities were very thoughtful. There were plenty of loungers by the pool and even a separate children's play area, so traveling with kids wasn't a problem at all. Xiao Zheng at the front desk arranged a fantastic room for us – spacious and clean. She even specifically informed us about the fish spa's operating hours and precautions during check-in. Soaking in the balcony bathtub while watching the boats come and go from the yacht marina was incredibly atmospheric. The kids absolutely loved it here. Unfortunately, our next stop was West Island, and we had to stay overnight there. When we checked out, Xiao Zheng even gave us a small gift, which was super nice. Full marks for Xiao Zheng's service! 💯"

"中文下面 I stayed at the hotel twice. We enjoyed the large outdoor main pool and the 20th floor infinity pool which both were warm and comfortable. We didn’t go to the 3rd floor beach pool as there were many kids there. There were many activities for the kids from a large indoor play area with ball pits and huge slides to arts and craft for some family bonding time. The live music in the lobby was a nice touch for the atmosphere. The rooms are large with lots of space. We got the two bedroom with two full bathrooms and kitchen. The washer machine was great. we can do all our laundry in the room. Thesege outdoor tub on the balcony was a great way to enjoy the view. We really enjoyed the sunset view from our balcony and from the UP VIEW sky bar and infinity pool. I took so many pretty photos from up there. The hotel gives you two beautiful and delicious drinks to start off the night at the bar. There were also a floating flamingo and paddle board in the infinity pool for you to use for your photoshoot. But be warned they are both very unstable if you’re on it. Skilled balancing is needed. The sunset views from the hotel is priceless. There are more than enough elevators that you don’t have to wait long. there is a delivery point for all your takeout deliveries. This three in one hotel is huge, the facilities can be enjoyed by everyone in any of the three hotels. Shuttle golf cart is provided free. Definitely a great family oriented hotel for the kids and parents to enjoy. The large Number 1 night market is very close a few minutes away. Airport is only 30 minutes away. The mall and duty free shopping area is also a few mi away by taxi. Luy and the entire front desk staff helped answer a lot of my questions and even helped me with didi to hail a cab. My kids really enjoyed the hotel facilities. no real complaints but as with china being a smoking country, it would be nice to have a smoke free seating section at the buffet. "The hotel features European-style architecture, a beautiful lobby, and even massage chairs. On the first floor, you'll find a restaurant, a convenience store, a gym, and more. The breakfast is a delicious buffet offering both Chinese and Western options. I wanted to add another breakfast, and the lovely waitress at the restaurant told me it would be cheaper to purchase it through the hotel's **livestream**, which I did. It was a great deal. I stayed for four nights in a deluxe double room with a bathtub. The room was spacious and quiet, and it was cleaned daily. If needed, the cleaning staff would change the bed linens every day. The only minor drawback was that the bathtub in the room was a bit old. I brought my own bathtub cleaner and gave it a good scrub. A hot bath before bed was very relaxing. Most of the guests staying here were from Russia, and there were staff members who spoke Russian. Nearby, there are Summer Department Store and Big Pineapple Mall, and it's about 700 meters to Lulingkou (bus stop), making transportation convenient. Plus, there are various snack shops nearby, so dinner is easily sorted. My flight was late, so I wanted to extend my check-out by two hours. The kind lady at the front desk was very nice and helped me with the late check-out. Additionally, the hotel beds are quite firm, which is perfect for people with back pain or herniated discs. My mother, who has a herniated disc, found the hotel's firm bed incredibly comfortable, and I did too. The hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again."

I especially recommend the 270-degree sea view room – it fulfills every wish; watching the sea from the balcony is simply stunning! You can even see the ocean comfortably from your bed. "The hotel's exterior looks a bit old and the public areas outside are quite small, mainly just a swimming pool. However, overall, for a hotel priced around 200, it's still worth a good review. It's very close to the beach, only about 30m away, just across the road. Taking a bus, taxi, or getting takeout is all very convenient nearby. There's also a place to rinse off sand right by the pool, which is handy. The front desk staff on the night shift on the 21st was very helpful and answered all questions. They deserve a good break; you could see the dark circles under their eyes. The interior of the room has been renovated, similar to the style of a Hanting Hotel (Jingjiang Inn's premium brand), and I slept very comfortably. There's a Xiaomi TV for screen casting. Points for improvement: The white curtains in the room are a bit dirty, and the mini-fridge only works when the room card is inserted."

The overall service quality is consistently high, making it suitable for both short getaways and longer stays. We highly recommend it. Breakfast was also very rich and good. Besides the dampness, everything else was great."

"Facilities: Fully equipped! Hygiene: The floor was wet upon check-in, and the overall feel was a bit damp. However, after turning on the air conditioning and airing out the room, it became very clean with almost no smell! Environment: The environment was great. We were assigned to the 19th floor, which offered excellent views. The beach was right across the street, about a 5-minute walk away. Service: The highlight was the incredibly nice service! We received a free upgrade to a Deluxe Coconut Dream King Room. I stayed for two nights, and only found out on the second night that my room had been upgraded. Plus, I was able to stay in the upgraded room for the second night. The service was absolutely outstanding! This was my first time in Sanya, and I only stayed two nights at the Sanya Bay Jinghai Hotel, not visiting any other bays. Next time, I hope to experience the bathhouse and visit attractions like Luhuitou that I missed. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel!"
