Environment: Top-notch. The lobby is grand and impressive from the moment you step in. Atlantis Sanya is a relatively luxurious, well-equipped, and new hotel in the coastal area of Sanya. You can eat, drink, and have fun without leaving the hotel, making it perfect for families with children. The basement floor has MINISO, CHAGEE, and several Western restaurants and Southeast Asian restaurants that are all delicious. There are also shops where you can easily buy sunscreen products, so you can come empty-handed and get everything you need here in one stop. 🥳 Highlight 1: Attentive service. Upon check-in, you're assigned a dedicated 1-on-1 customer service butler who connects with you via WeChat and is available 24/7 to fulfill your requests. Special thanks to our butler [Little Sea Bunny]. All my requests, including a memory foam pillow, a humidifier, and a lovely little dolphin plush souvenir, were met and fulfilled. We also received a very generous welcome fruit platter. 🩷 Highlight 2: Rich and varied buffet breakfast. The buffet restaurant is huge. When you enter in the morning, the staff immediately help you find a seat, ask what you'd like to drink in advance, and bring coffee or black tea directly to your table. The cuisine selection is extensive, covering both Chinese and Western dishes 🤓. Highlights include Vietnamese pho, Hainanese fried noodles, and their perfectly authentic poached egg bread. The Western bread, sandwiches, and baked pastries are all freshly baked and of high quality. There's also authentic Indian curry and rice, which is very rich and goes well with rice. The special pandan pastries are wonderfully chewy and a must-have every morning. The water park downstairs is free for in-house guests with unlimited access, which is very convenient. It's also a great spot for photos, and there's even a dedicated photography service available.

I want to give a special shout-out to all the duty managers. Because I had a complaint about the housekeeping last time, all the housekeeping services this time were handled by them. They were incredibly responsive to every single request and issue. This positive review is solely for all the duty managers. This was a birthday stay, and I contacted the duty manager in advance to arrange a room upgrade and provide a fruit platter, coconut, and a small cake. To be honest, the coconut wasn't great, but I'm currently staying at another hotel, twice the price of Sunshine No. 1, and their coconuts taste the same. Apparently, authentic Hainan coconuts are like that when they're too young. Still, I'm very grateful. The restaurant was the biggest issue this stay. From what I understand, luxury hotels don't allow guests in bathrobes into the restaurant, especially for the buffet dinner. My friend and I were shocked. Slippers are one thing, especially in Hainan, but bathrobes?! However, that lemon cheesecake was absolutely divine, incredibly delicious! From now on, if the Basque cheesecake maintains the same standard as that lemon cheesecake, no one will ever say it's bad again. Also, if you ask for feedback, just listen to it and don't deflect blame; otherwise, don't ask for opinions in the first place. And about the eggs in the restaurant – there was a sign saying, 'To prevent salmonella, only fully cooked eggs are served,' but then they brought out a soft-boiled egg. I assumed that sign meant all egg products would be fully cooked, but even the omelets were runny. If that's the case, perhaps remove the sign. Now I'm going to start praising again – I have to say, the travel photography service was genuinely good. My friend and I were instantly captivated; the photos turned out beautifully. And that ocean view from the room, I absolutely loved it! Sunshine No. 1, whatever else you say, the ocean view from your rooms is truly stunning, with the sunrise greeting you as soon as you open your eyes in the morning. Last time, I also complained about the concierge being unresponsive, but this time, the concierge service was genuinely excellent. The biggest advantage of your hotel is that you listen to feedback. All the issues I complained about last time have been resolved, which is fantastic, truly fantastic! It deserves a five-star review. I once again thank all the duty managers, and I will definitely be back.

The environment is excellent, and the facilities are superb, with several swimming pools and six themed restaurants. The evening ceremony was spectacular. All the staff provided impeccable service, always ready to assist. Our butler, Fugui, was truly wonderful! He helped us with a complimentary room upgrade, and we received a fruit platter and a small cake upon arrival. During our stay, he resolved many issues for us, for which we are very grateful! We truly felt at home and warm. The hotel has daily activities, and I particularly enjoyed the coffee-making and tie-dyeing experiences – very fun and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The beach is just a five or six-minute walk away, which is very convenient, and there are swings to enjoy.

Nestled in Haitang Bay, Sanya Lvshen Yiju Resort boasts a lush, forest-themed garden that creates a tranquil and elegant ambiance. The rooms are clean and airy, and the resort features a heated swimming pool. Li's service was attentive and thoughtful, and transportation connections were convenient. With excellent value for money and a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle, it's perfect for a relaxing island getaway.

Cameron is nice, and the service was good, as was the hotel itself. It had all the facilities, a clean environment, and a wide variety of delicious and affordable food. There were many activities available, and even bug spray provided. The room had plenty of water options. The Chinese lunch arrangements were appropriate and plentiful. The only drawbacks were that the light switches in the room weren't great, a bit hard to control. The air conditioning in the Japanese restaurant wasn't strong enough, making it a bit warm. The travel photography selection process felt a bit like forced consumption; they were very quick to pull out a QR code and demand payment, as if they were afraid I wouldn't buy anything. That was a small disappointment on the trip, and I'd recommend avoiding this travel photography service; it wasn't as good as one I would choose myself. Overall, the Westin offers great value for money, with an all-inclusive package that provides plenty of diverse and clean food. It's perfect for a relaxing vacation, with a nice swimming pool, ping-pong table, billiards, and a gym, along with various activities. It's really suitable for a holiday and much better than other popular 'influencer' hotels. The F&B staff were also very accommodating, asking about our needs and what could be improved. Overall, I'm very satisfied, except for the travel photography. Every trip has a small regret, but it didn't spoil the mood. Overall, the Westin is excellent.

This is our second stay at Rosewood this year. After our first visit without the baby, we knew we had to bring our child here. We stayed for six nights with our little one this time, and every day we were met with an abundance of warmth and enthusiasm from the hotel staff. Our hotel butler, Ella, always checked in on us promptly to see how our stay was going and helped us pre-book hotel activities and restaurants. We're truly grateful to Ella! Another highlight was a chef at the breakfast restaurant (the slightly plump gentleman at the omelet station). Because our baby is still small, some food needed special preparation. After understanding our needs on the first day, the very next day when I arrived at the restaurant, the chef immediately approached me to ask if I needed the same baby meal again. That moment truly warmed my heart! And the DJ at the terrace bar? She's our baby's real-life Princess Elsa! Our little one wanted to see 'Princess Elsa' every day, haha! Even the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room remembered our specific requests for room cleaning 👍. The room was very comfortable, the restaurant service was excellent 👍, and we appreciate the hard work of the concierge team. We're genuinely thankful to every single staff member at the hotel. Our stay this time was absolutely fantastic!

I had a lot of worries before coming, especially after seeing comments about the hotel facilities being old. But honestly, my stay was pretty smooth. I mainly came for the public beach area, and it was absolutely beautiful! The weather was great too, and the pool was very comfortable. In the afternoon, while lounging on the beach chairs, there was a poolside bar right behind me where I could order drinks, coconuts, or anything else. Sharing public areas with the Marriott next door felt like a really good deal – paying Sheraton prices but enjoying Marriott amenities, haha. We also had a butler who was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. She answered all our questions instantly and provided very detailed information for anything we needed. Breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular. However, I wouldn't recommend the 'Asian Essence' buffet restaurant. We had a package through Ctrip that included one buffet meal, and I heard it's usually quite expensive. It mainly features Korean food, and since the dining area is outdoors, any grilled items get cold very quickly. You might also have to contend with flying insects trying to share your food, which is unavoidable. The food itself wasn't very tasty. The performance was probably more suitable for kids – small acrobatic acts with very high color saturation, a bit harsh on the eyes. My friend sharply commented that it resembled a performance at a rural senior club. I wouldn't recommend buying it. However, there was a duo with a redhead lead singer and a guitarist who were fantastic. They also performed in the lobby in the evenings. Listening to them sing under the perfect full moon during the Mid-Autumn Festival, with a drink in hand, was incredibly enjoyable. Overall, I was very satisfied with this trip. No major issues, and great value for money.

Since 2020, every year around late July and early August, my annual rendezvous with the mountains and sea unfailingly comes to pass. The Mangrove Tree Resort in Haitang Bay has long been my unwavering vacation retreat, perfectly aligning with all my aspirations for a coastal getaway. Year after year, I return with a longing heart. I’ve always been captivated by the 180° Deluxe Seaview Room, with its expansive balcony directly facing the vast South China Sea. Leaning on the railing, I take in the boundless blue sea and sky, watching the clouds drift and the tides ebb and flow. In past stays, I did leave some minor suggestions for improvement. Returning this time, I was delighted to see the hotel has diligently iterated and enhanced its services, with numerous details improved, showcasing a sincere commitment to guest satisfaction. The only minor imperfections this stay were the weak air conditioning in the room and a malfunctioning electric screen. I hope the housekeeping and engineering departments can strengthen their coordinated inspections and daily equipment maintenance to further refine the living experience. This year’s entire trip was exceptionally memorable, and I extend my heartfelt thanks to our butler, 'Juzi Juzi Juzi'. Her service was meticulous and attentive, with highly efficient and timely responses. Every request was addressed. Without me even having to ask, she proactively inquired about my itinerary and daily needs, promptly arranging room cleaning, replenishing beverages, and even thoughtfully providing fruit plates and desserts. When my relatives and friends later checked into the same type of seaview room, they were also handled by the butler throughout their stay. She arranged high-floor rooms with large balconies offering sea views and even provided upgrades. Each room was thoughtfully prepared with fruit plates and desserts – comprehensive and impeccable service. This has been the most outstanding butler service I've experienced in my many years of staying at the Mangrove Tree Resort. I sincerely hope the hotel can cultivate more such excellent service staff. I also want to thank the Trip.com butler who helped me communicate and implement my special check-in requests in advance. Upon arrival, I didn't have to wait in line, and the coveted sea-view room had already been perfectly reserved for me. I used the VIP channel for check-in, and the entire process was calm and smooth. My initial room was upgraded to the 15th floor, and later, due to the air conditioning issue, the butler thoughtfully coordinated a move to the executive floor on the 23rd floor. The service provided by 'Juzi Juzi Juzi' this year was truly flawless. As night falls, fireworks bloom in the sky, with buildings and the heavens reflecting each other, creating a spectacular and dazzling scene. Haitang Bay boasts a cluster of high-end hotels, but in my heart, the Mangrove Tree Resort will always hold an irreplaceable position. Strolling through the hotel gardens, gazing at the vast ocean, enjoying delicious food with the sea breeze; at night, sitting alone by the sea, listening to the rhythmic waves, I fully indulge in the relaxation and tranquility of a vacation. I have witnessed the hotel’s growth and transformation over the years and wish to continue accompanying the Mangrove Tree Resort on its journey forward. I look forward to the hotel's continued refinement and the unlocking of more novel and exciting experiences. I anticipate returning next summer for another rendezvous with the mountains and sea. I've been to Sanya over ten times, mostly staying in Yalong Bay before, and a few times in Haitang Bay. This is my second time choosing Shangri-La. I stayed here last National Day and felt it was excellent value for money. This time was no different; the hotel is grand, luxurious, and comfortable, with elegant grounds and a water park perfect for kids. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-designed layout and complete amenities. The hotel has direct access to the beach, just a few minutes' walk away, which is incredibly convenient. You can enjoy the beach, sea breeze, and ocean without even leaving the hotel, and it's a fantastic spot for photos. Our host this time, Mark, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, making us feel wonderfully warm. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely choose Shangri-La again on my next visit. ✨ The Sanya EDITION | A Perfect Getaway in Haitang Bay 🌊 The minimalist and luxurious design really won me over! The bamboo groves and water features in the garden are perfect for photos at any moment 📸. There's a huge private man-made ocean, so you can enjoy the water even when the waves are high in Haitang Bay. The rooftop infinity pool offers stunning sea views 🌴. We stayed in a Sea View Grand Studio, which was spacious with a large balcony directly facing the sea 🌅. The bedding was comfortable and excellent for sleeping, and the Dyson hairdryer coupled with Le Labo toiletries showed great attention to detail. The service was excellent – the staff handled luggage and concierge requests promptly and appropriately. They even proactively offered iced water on the beach 🧊. The staff member, 'Baolongshou' (Tyrannosaurus Rex), provided attentive and meticulous service, responding quickly to any issues. Their service was 100%, deserving full marks 👍🏻. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the hotel is very close to the duty-free shop 🛍️. This hotel is perfect for couples and honeymooners, offering a complete sense of relaxation away from the city.
