海棠灣區域內，性價比很高的酒店，公寓都是精裝修，房間配置傢俱也都是智能的，環境很温馨，乾乾淨淨的，附近交通也很便利，海棠灣內的景點，去哪兒都方便，玩兒和住都很開心，推薦入住！環境非常優美。小區裏面綠化很好。房間打掃得很乾凈，前台小姐姐熱心交代入住。房間設施齊全，陽台很大。下次還會選擇。 有門禁卡，安全係數很好哦。附近也有很多餐館。

這是第二次來這裏住啦，房間乾淨是帶娃首選，而且各種設施也很齊全，感覺老闆非常用心，從牙具就可以看出，不是劣質產品，連衞生紙都是大卷，這點真的太太太讓我滿意了，住了好多次別的酒店，可憐的那一丟丟衞生紙，還得多次反覆要。小區環境也超級好，很安靜，小區內還有泳池和小童遊樂設施，對小朋友非常友好，泳池水非常乾淨。最最讓我滿意的是老闆娘小姐姐的服務態度，主動幫我們提行李，服務超級好。如果所有的民宿都能做的像你家一樣用心就好了❤️

這酒店巨差，晚上要睡覺了門鎖是電子的鎖不上了電池沒電了，給服務人員打電話一個小夥説自己手動鎖門吧，大晚上手動鎖誰能保證安全後來勉強給換的門鎖電池，然後晚上要睡覺時發現床頭燈開關壞了關不上，聯繫服務人員説你把總開關關掉或者門口也有個開關，第二天早晨起來七點就被放鞭吵醒發現屋裡全沒有電，房卡怎麼插都沒有電，上廁所馬桶電的沖不了，早飯做不了，到了九點來人給修的電閘壞了，本來住兩宿第二天説啥不住了後來投訴12345要求退第二天房間和家裡人那個房間不給退，來個我房卡沒插好，酒店前台那個男服務生簡直瞪眼説瞎話，這酒店就是欺詐壞了就是壞了有什麼不能承認問題的，來個我房卡沒插好，我沒插好能兩個小時都沒電嗎，説那個假話和屁話不承認事實，看錄像我當時就給服務人員發錄像了就怕不承認，有錄像看一下請老闆看一下，房卡沒問題插了好幾次還是沒電，酒店不承認自己的問題來個房卡沒插好

作為攜程18年的金鑽用户，第一次經歷瞭如此糟心的入住體驗，客觀陳述如下：當天在公寓辦理入住後外出工作，半夜回到房間準備洗澡休息，發現熱水器無法正常使用，淋浴間和盥洗池均不出熱水，隨後聯繫管家，管家上門反覆排查原因後，表示熱水器確實無法使用，因為半夜時間太晚，無法請物業維修，也無法提供更換房間。本人遂提出因為此事影響了休息，而且無法洗澡，希望第二天可以延遲到16:00退房，管家態度強硬不同意，雙方現場無法達成一致，本人提出要給差評，管家離開房間時開始對本人進行辱罵和人身攻擊，並威脅第二天12點到房間強制清房（本人可提供全程錄音）。隨後本人極度氣憤並向攜程投訴，攜程表示由平台出面予以妥善解決，遂本人未報警，以上為事實經過。第二天公寓管家提出當面道歉，但因此事導致心情極差，沒有休息好，本人未接受道歉。以下照片為公寓房間實拍，供參考！
