The room view was absolutely stunning! Excellent value for money. A big thank you to Siena, our lovely butler, who was very responsive to our requests and made excellent arrangements. When we mentioned seeing an insect, they proactively arranged for pest control and even upgraded our room for one night. The hotel handled the room change very quickly, saving us a lot of time on our itinerary. The service attitude throughout our stay was consistently excellent. The breakfast was also noteworthy.

Just finished my stay and all I can say is – it was totally worth it! 🌊 The location in Dadonghai is great; it's close to the city center, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. A taxi ride to the First Market only takes about ten minutes. The hotel is under the Marriott brand, and the design is definitely on point. The black, white, and gray color scheme, combined with ocean elements, is stunning. The spiral staircase in the lobby was quite impressive at first glance. I booked the Phantom Grid full ocean view room, and opening the window revealed a breathtaking blue expanse. The bathtub right by the window – soaking in the tub while watching the sea at night was absolutely incredible, and you can get amazing photos without any filters. To be honest, the room isn't exceptionally large, but the layout is well-designed, perfect for two people. The infinity pool is on the third floor, blending seamlessly with the ocean. It gets quite crowded in the afternoon, but in the early evening, you can usually snag a good spot. Breakfast is served until 1 PM – which is probably the biggest blessing for late risers. I slept in until past 11 AM two days in a row and still made it down for warm Baoluo noodles and Eggs Benedict. The food was tasty, and there were plenty of options. Overall, this place strikes a good balance between design, ocean views, and value for money. I'll very likely choose to stay here again next time I visit Sanya.

I highly recommend this hotel! The room facilities are complete, tidy, comfortable, clean, and bright. The hotel breakfast is also great! Josie, our butler, provided very attentive service. I'm extremely satisfied! I strongly recommend it to all my friends!

It was my boyfriend's first visit, and I wanted us to have a wonderful vacation together. The front desk staff even arranged a room with a great view for us. Unfortunately, it rained, so we couldn't see the clear blue sea. However, sitting on the balcony, feeling the breeze and looking at the ocean still had its own charm. The housekeeper was also very patient and quick to respond to our requests.

The design is stylish and upscale, the sea view rooms offer an amazing vista, and the infinity pool is incredibly photogenic. Siena's service was warm and attentive. The breakfast was plentiful and served until 1 PM, with the grilled steak being incredibly aromatic, and the signature Hou'an noodles and Zao Po Cu (lees vinegar hotpot) offering an authentic Hainanese flavor. The drink selection was diverse, ingredients were fresh, and the live cooking station was a great experience. Overall, the dining experience was excellent. The location is right in the heart of Dadonghai, with the sea just steps away – a perfect holiday experience!

The overall environment of the hotel is quite good. My room was on the 17th floor, and the view was outstanding. The surroundings here are lovely, and the hotel grounds are great, with some adult activities available. Highly recommended! Greta's service was excellent and very attentive. I really like this hotel!

Overall, a great stay! Corrine was super responsive and helpful, arranging my massage and afternoon tea perfectly. My room was on a high floor with a fantastic view, making for a really comfortable stay. Anything I needed, Corrine had it sent up quickly. A small suggestion would be to have a beer opener readily available in the room, which would be more convenient. All in all, a wonderful holiday experience.

I always choose Autograph. The environment is beautiful.菠菜(likely a staff name) was very attentive and helped with any questions I had about room service. The room size was quite spacious and the sea view was excellent. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom's ventilation wasn't very effective, leading to a noticeable odor after use. I suggest improving that. Everything else was great.

The hotel's sea view is fantastic. The breakfast extending until 1 PM is rare for a resort and offers a great variety. Spinach was incredibly helpful and attentive, assisting with all my requests. The hotel also has many activities, and I found the sound healing experience to be quite good and relaxing. It's truly a J-Jay Chou-approved spot, and I'll definitely be back for a second stay at Autograph!
