I had a great time taking scuba diving photos! Check-in was fast, and the room was very clean. Overall, it was fantastic! ❤️ I didn't even leave the hotel lobby for two days; it was a very enjoyable trip. Thanks also to Xiaocui for the care, sending dolls and fruit to the child. 😊 The seafood buffet dinner was excellent, and we tried three different restaurants for breakfast, each with its own unique characteristics. The shopping street was very convenient.

We were on our honeymoon, so we planned a tour of three bays, and Atlantis was our second hotel after Yalong Bay. We booked a room for 2 nights with breakfast and dinner. We were delighted to find a dedicated reception desk for Russian speakers at the hotel! We hadn't encountered that in any other hotel. We were assigned a 'curator,' Svetlana, a very pleasant young woman who explained and showed us everything. She then took our contact details and continued to provide information and answer all our questions via WhatsApp, which was incredibly convenient and fast. I don't think there's much point in describing the hotel; everyone knows it's pure luxury and all that. I've attached photos of the food; we've never eaten so much! Everything was delicious, and the desserts were out of this world! We mentioned it was our honeymoon, and they upgraded our room and floor to the 43rd floor. The view was incredible, and the elevator took us up in just 30 seconds. As a gift, we received a delicious cheesecake, thanks to the hotel for that! Regarding the waterpark, there's a 90kg weight limit. My husband was 93kg, so we weren't allowed on the slides with a 90kg restriction. Because of this, we only got to use 3 slides and the rafting. It was a bit disappointing, but oh well. The hotel has two fantastic, huge swimming pools. They bring towels to the sun loungers and provide cool water. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The room was clean, tidy, bright, and spacious, and all the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Our butler, Sea Grapes (Haiputao), helped us upgrade our room and extended our check-out time until 2 PM. She also helped us plan our itinerary, made bookings via Trip.com, and even gave us gifts. While the hotel lobby was lively, the guest room area remained very quiet. We ordered food delivery three times, but the food was just average and not cheap, so we ended up dining at the restaurants on the shopping avenue. At the noodle place, we could watch the chef slice the dao-xiao noodles on the spot, and the fries and chicken wings were freshly fried. Although a bit pricey, the food tasted much better than delivery and was a much more pleasant experience. We will definitely book Atlantis Sanya again next time we visit.

Finally made it to Atlantis Sanya for a three-night, four-day stay. My kids absolutely loved playing in the water! Atlantis Sanya is definitely the best place in Hainan for family water fun, with so many activities. You can go to the beach, swim, enjoy various attractions, shop, and admire the views from high up. The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich; one room came with breakfast for two adults and two children. Just eating breakfast felt like I burned through half my calories! Must give it a thumbs up. We'll be back again.

The environment is great, the room is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is warm. The facilities are complete, and they actively help book shows. If you have any questions, just ask, and the hotel staff and butler will help resolve them immediately. [Xiao Cui]

This was our first time vacationing in China. When choosing a hotel, I was worried: a 9-hour flight, very early arrival, and not knowing the language... I was terrified of making the wrong choice. We arrived at the hotel at 7 AM. A nice Chinese lady greeted us at the reception. When I tried to explain through a translator that 'we're tired and would be very grateful if we could check in by 10 AM at least...' that's when Alina appeared, like magic. Her 'good morning' in my native language instantly relieved all the tension. Without needing further explanation, she understood EVERYTHING: they upgraded our room, gave us the keys immediately, and she added, 'Rest, don't worry about anything. I'll pass your room details to my colleague from Russia.' That's how I met a true guardian angel – Svetlana. As soon as we had recuperated, she gave us a tour of the hotel, told us about the perks for guests, and all the possibilities the entire complex offered. She helped us choose entertainment for the kids, considering their age and interests. She was even reachable on her days off! That speaks volumes!!! A huge THANK YOU for your hospitality and for the joy you brought to our children! The food is a separate WONDER. There's a wide selection for both breakfast and dinner. So many choices, it makes your eyes dart around. Here too, we were met by staff who spoke Russian. They helped us navigate the local cuisine. In summary: We really liked the hotel. We were able to appreciate its full GRANDEUR. And this was all thanks to the teamwork of the Russian-speaking hotel staff. The feeling of confidence, calm, and absolute security that they create with their professionalism is priceless. Atlantis, you are the best! Our stay with you was incredibly interesting! We will definitely be back!!!

This five-star review is dedicated to Ms. Zhou from Ctrip (employee ID 711584), Manager Zhang who was on duty in the afternoon of our check-in day, and our butler, Beike. However, my actual experience was very disappointing, and I feel it's necessary to share it with other consumers. Atlantis Sanya was the fourth hotel we stayed at during this Sanya trip, and it ranked fourth in our family's overall preference. We chose to stay at Atlantis Sanya during the expensive National Day holiday period, but our experience was not as good as the previous three hotels. From being sternly told by a security guard to immediately move our car when we were unloading luggage near the hotel lobby, to the inability to choose a floor or change to cash payment for the room at the front desk during check-in, and then our child catching a cold immediately after checking in, which prevented us from visiting the waterpark on the first day. The waterpark was also crowded with guests from outside Atlantis Sanya. The room decor felt old and didn't match a 'seven-star' hotel. The aquarium was also overrun with non-hotel guests, leading to severe overcrowding. The restaurants in the food street were extremely poor value for money. There seemed to be bed bugs as my child's mother was covered in bites. Atlantis Sanya is also quite far from Haitang Bay Beach, requiring a long trek, and there's no exclusive hotel beach. The wave pool experience wasn't much better than Harbin Poseidon. Bringing the kids for a day to just tick it off the list was enough. I deeply regret booking two nights; it was pointless. From the perspective of hotel entertainment facilities, Atlantis Sanya does have some unique features: the waterpark, aquarium, dolphin encounters, C Show, and kids' club. These do hold some appeal for children, but not to the extent of making them want to linger. From a comfort perspective, the stay was simply terrible. The restaurants were okay; breakfast and dinner were acceptable, somewhere between Ritz-Carlton and Sanyue Zheng. The service quality of the staff varied greatly. As mentioned before, some were exceptionally good, while others were very bad. It seemed to depend on who you encountered – pure luck? To summarize, experiencing Atlantis Sanya once during the off-season is sufficient. It's best to avoid peak season, and only one day's experience is needed.

The front desk arranged a high-floor room for us facing east, where we could watch the sunrise and enjoy a panoramic view of Haitang Bay, with the Evergrande (Hengren) property and the duty-free shop in the distance. Below us were numerous small villas with private swimming pools. With the mountains and the sea in the distance, the scenery was simply breathtaking. The hotel includes unlimited access tickets to its aquarium and water park, which are a lot of fun and great for taking photos. A special shout-out goes to the butler service—our butler was Miss Aurora (Jiguang Bei). She helped us with our luggage right from check-in, gave us a detailed and thoughtful introduction to the hotel's amenities and room facilities, and upon hearing that I had a cold and was coughing, she even sent us brown sugar ginger tea and welcome fruits. It was super thoughtful! She also gave us a souvenir gift when we checked out. Overall, the stay and experience were exceptionally wonderful!
