Consecutive Stay Benefit - Daily Minibar: Enjoyed a wide selection of beverages every day. Environment: Definitely 7-star standard. This is my second time staying here. Service: Grateful for the butler's attentive service. Facilities: The breakfast was extensive, with two restaurants, both of which were delicious.

Traveling with my parents, who are in their 70s, I want to extend a huge thank you to our butler, Penny Wei, for her incredibly thoughtful and attentive service throughout our stay. She even added me on WeChat a day in advance and helped upgrade our benefits. Out of the four hotels we stayed at during this Sanya trip, she was by far the most considerate butler! The Royal Room type offered excellent Royal Hotel benefits, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the afternoon tea and evening happy hour. The dinner buffet was bountiful, and the C-show was spectacular! As the last hotel we stayed at, it provided a perfect ending to our Hainan trip. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

I especially want to thank our butler, Mermaid. You helped us arrange our daily activities, reminded us of times, and always responded to messages promptly, which was very reassuring. We loved the fruit and souvenirs you sent, and you even specially changed our pillows to more suitable ones. The next morning, you also asked if we slept well. Traveling with my kids was a blast! They absolutely loved the balcony in our room, and the hotel room itself was very clean and spacious. We had a great time at the water park, and the aquarium had a huge variety of fish, which was quite impressive. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip and stay. The butler even gave us little dolls, which the kids adored!
