酒店環境優雅靜謐，造型結構新穎，無敵海景無邊泳池、海吧都非常獨特，餐飲豐富、食材新鮮且精緻，經理Nanncy服務周到、熱情專業，賓至如歸，房間寬敞大氣，視野開闊，設施完備，尤其是房間小浴池結構非常舒適且人性化，可能在整個海棠灣都數一數二，且酒店總體感覺在海棠灣屬於高端商務優選中的必選！

這次一共訂了8間房，入住有賓客體驗經理@@的跟進，酒店環境很漂亮，14層的空中大堂令人心曠神怡，可以一邊辦着入住一邊欣賞美景。期間有詢問過管家舞獅表演，也迅速幫我們找到了答案，最後退房當天也給予我們了便利時間。早餐點單咖啡還是很慢。

首先非常感謝管家Ella的服務👍🌟這五天的房間安排以及水果的安排都特別到位❤️
每日迷你吧及小零食暢享:每天都會補充，基本上喝都喝不完🤣
熱帶時令鮮果:這點也要非常感謝管家！我們入住當天已經七八點比較晚了，隔天還是補送了兩個椰子，還給我們加送了一份豪華果盤，家裡人非常開心😁
設施：整體都不錯，就是沒有藍牙音箱，推薦電視開機調到音樂頻道，洗漱間有音響和電視連接可以聽一聽～
服務：無微不至，每日都會和我對接打掃時間是否合適，是否有特殊需求，也會很貼心給我們多送很多零食小水，最後一晚也有驚喜小蛋糕，氛圍感滿滿👍❤️
環境：來保利瑰麗我真心覺得就是一分價錢一分貨，來度假想體驗不人擠人，優雅的用餐環境，無邊泳池以及N多網紅美女的話，必須來這家😄

三亞瑰麗主要營銷點就是高層無敵的無邊泳池了，這個出來真的沒辦法抵抗，在13樓感覺可以坐一個_下午房間設施：房間佈置很合理，乾濕分離，床墊很軟很舒服，早餐需要重點誇一誇，種類豐富，味道可以，水果特別多酒店很安靜我就喜歡這種安靜的感覺才放鬆，13樓的酒吧晚上吹着風喝着小酒真的愜意，雖然離海有點遠但是小哥會接送然後幾步路就到了，椰樹林很出片。賓客關係很有耐心的解答服務服，提供很好的情緒價值，每天_都會問候有需要都可以跟她聯繫。下次還會再回來滴[玫瑰][玫瑰]

三亞瑰麗酒店景觀無敵，無邊泳池、娛樂中心都設計的很好，早餐也很精緻，樓頂的無敵海景無邊泳池是妥妥的網紅打卡五星_酒店 房間設施：海景房 視野好 陽台很大 房間冰箱有贈送的啤酒，零食，咖啡等！床品舒適，感謝賓客關係的體貼照顧，退房準備了小禮物做紀念很_喜歡。

這次選擇了保利瑰麗酒店，在這裏度過了一次很愉快的度假體驗，入住時有賓客體驗經理@@識別到我們有懷孕，很貼心的告知房間的床很軟，後續安排了棕櫚墊和枕頭。整體都非常不錯，唯獨房間的床實在是太軟了，13層酒吧也很出片，風景獨特，直對蜈支洲島。賓客體驗經理網上服務非常好，入住一晚非常充實。下次還會再回來，Nanncy有預留了一個小熊玩偶給肚子裏的寶寶[玫瑰]
