Huge thanks to the entire team at Rosewood Sanya for making our family stay so enjoyable and perfect. I had honestly been quite disappointed with luxury hotels in Sanya until I came across the Rosewood. I won't go into the design, facilities, or public areas here, as you can easily find all that information online. What I really want to talk about today is the service. From the moment I arrived, and throughout my numerous excursions and returns, whether by car or on foot, every concierge I encountered greeted me with a genuine smile and a warm welcome. Before my car even pulled into the drop-off area, they were already there, ready to open the door for me. From the ground floor to the 14th floor, and up to the front desk, I was guided every step of the way by colleagues who were enthusiastic and informative. I know it's a busy summer, and I can only imagine the hard work involved, but everyone managed to hide any signs of fatigue. You are truly professional. Breakfast staff, bartenders, and poolside colleagues were all incredibly observant. A glance or a raised hand, and they seemed to instantly know what guests needed. That’s true skill. Some might think this is standard for a luxury hotel, but as we all know, many brands have been cutting back in recent years, both on amenities and service. Basic service might still be there, but truly warm and personalized service is becoming rare. Warm service deserves to be recognized. A special thank you to Nancy, the duty manager on the afternoon of July 7th (apologies for not getting your full name at the time), and Eda from Guest Relations. Despite a minor issue, you both resolved it efficiently, and you made our trip even more perfect.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the mini-bar is free and well-stocked, and the welcome fruit is a thoughtful touch. The service is meticulous and efficient. Highly recommend this hotel! The service was exceptional, the room was spotless, and the facilities were complete, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel has a beautiful environment and comprehensive amenities, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. My entire stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! Butler Winnie also provided excellent service; her responses were very prompt, and all our requests were met. We encountered a minor issue during our stay, which she resolved to our complete satisfaction. 👍

The room was clean, spacious, and bright, with a wonderful environment. The public areas were also very large, and the seaside lawn was beautiful. The handicraft workshops offered a rich variety of activities, perfect for families with children. The SPA was also very professional, soothing my strained nerves. The travel photography was excellent and yielded many great shots. Before arrival, we had a butler, Min, who contacted us and arranged welcome fruits. During our stay, Butler Min was also very warm, thoughtful, and meticulous. The breakfast buffet was rich and diverse, featuring local specialties like egg tarts and toast, with different options each day. This trip was incredibly rewarding. I look forward to coming back again.

Staying in the 6th-floor pool room at Poly Rosewood Sanya was such a delightful surprise! The room came with its own private plunge pool, offering incredible views. I could clearly see Wuzhizhou Island while soaking in the water, with the entire Haitang Bay seascape stretching out before me. During the day, I enjoyed the sea breeze and the turquoise ocean, and in the evening, I watched the sunset over the sea. Every photo I took turned out beautifully, and the privacy was excellent. It was so peaceful and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with exquisite decor, making my stay very pleasant. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly helpful. I asked about how to use a discount, and they responded quickly and clearly. Communication was easy and comfortable, and they were patient throughout, promptly addressing any questions I had. The hotel's overall environment was elegant, and everything was meticulously maintained. My entire stay was hassle-free, and both the views and service completely exceeded my expectations. This room type is truly worth booking. I'll definitely choose this place again when I return to Haitang Bay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I chose the Poly Rosewood for my vacation in Sanya, and my overall stay was incredibly comfortable! The hotel has a great location, right on Haitang Bay. The room had excellent natural light and views, was impeccably clean, and well-equipped. Sitting by the window in the evening, enjoying the sea breeze, was incredibly therapeutic. I really have to praise 'Fu' – she was incredibly gentle and thoughtful. Throughout my stay, she patiently helped with any small requests, proving to be very reliable and making me feel especially warm and cared for. The hotel's gardens and pool are absolutely stunning for photos, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and upscale, creating a perfect vacation vibe. Both the hardware facilities and the service details were top-notch. This stay was definitely a hit, with great value for money in Haitang Bay. I've already recommended it to my girlfriends planning a trip to Sanya, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Haitang Bay!

The service was impeccable, with staff like Tao being highly efficient and attentive to our needs. The 13th-floor infinity pool offers expansive views, and the sunset there is incredibly soothing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, enjoyed alongside stunning bay views. The facilities were well-maintained, and the flow from the room to the beach was seamless and comfortable. It was such a delightful trip, and I can't wait to come back again.

Poly Rosewood is absolutely stunning! The 110-meter infinity pool directly overlooks Wuzhizhou Island, creating a breathtaking vista where the sea meets the sky. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. The sunset and gentle breeze from the 13th floor in the evening are arguably the most romantic experience in Sanya. This is a must-stay hotel! "Min"

Stayed for four days, and the service was good. The butler added me on WeChat beforehand and was very responsive to all requests. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, the room was a bit small, but the balcony was huge. The public areas were small but exquisite. I checked out the infinity pool, which is quite popular, on the first day, and it was indeed beautiful. 👍 It's definitely worth staying here. You can show your room card at the beach bar to get a free beer.
