The front desk is located in the lobby on the first floor. While its design is quite standard, the check-in process was commendably quick and efficient. Rooms at the Sanya Hetai Chaoyue Seaview Hotel are designed with a focus on 'simplicity and comfort'. I stayed in the 'Yuexiang Garden View King Room'. It was fully equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, and featured a minimalist decor complete with effective blackout curtains. My room on the 5th floor provided an excellent, clear view of the gardens. Essential amenities such as WiFi, 24-hour hot water, and a high-speed hairdryer were available. The 30 sqm room boasted a comfortable 1.8-meter king-size bed with crisp, clean white bedding. The mattress offered medium firmness, the duvet was neatly arranged, and two pillows were provided. The refreshing white and blue walls contributed to a cohesive, warm, and comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom was brightly lit and fitted with an exhaust fan. It featured a dry/wet separation shower, offering strong water pressure for a very comfortable showering experience. The vanity was conveniently located within the bathroom, and a comprehensive set of toiletries was supplied. I'd like to extend a special commendation to the Front Office Manager for their excellent service attitude. Overall, the Sanya Hetai Chaoyue Seaview Hotel (specifically, the Cloud Residence Seaview Apartments) presents itself as a relatively upscale option, with most units offering stunning sea views. The entire property feels comfortable, clean, tidy, and secure. The surrounding area also benefits from well-maintained greenery, fostering a welcoming, home-like ambiance."

"Everything about this homestay was unbelievably perfect. The sea-view room was private and romantic, with an absolutely stunning environment! Waking up to the gentle sound of the tide in the morning, opening my eyes to the shimmering blue ocean—it was magical. The cleanliness was meticulous, the owner provided excellent service, and the facilities were comprehensive. They even helped us with our luggage. This isn't just a homestay; it's a collector of beautiful moments in life."

"We booked a family room in Building B and were given a room on the top floor (4th floor). The balcony had a nice view of the sea, which was great. It's really close to the beach; there's a small path directly from Building B to the sand. However, the hotel feels a bit old and the facilities aren't as new as some other hotels. There are only two pools: a larger, deeper one and a smaller kids' pool. But they really put effort into organizing activities. During the kids' pool bubble party, a staff member was even manually spraying water with a hose. In the afternoons, there's water basketball and paddle boats available for free play. The pools usually aren't too crowded, and the water temperature is decent during the day as it gets plenty of sun. The room isn't very big. The family room has a kids' tent, and once it's set up, it's hard to move around. There's also only one single sofa, so when we ordered takeout, we had to move the balcony table and chairs inside. The soundproofing in the room isn't great either. One afternoon, some kids were running and playing loudly in the hallway, which was quite disruptive, but other times it was fine. The service was good, especially how staff greeted the kids. My child loves candy and would go to the lobby daily to get some. One day, there wasn't any, so we asked a staff member, who specially went to get some and even gave us a cute little chick bag. From then on, my child could fill it with candy themselves!"

"We arrived the hotel at 4am. Hotel is just opposite the airport, very convenient. There was a staff to assist us in the check-in. Stayed for one night. Room was clean however the main issue was the strong mouldy smell. As it was too late, we just bear with it. We were given late check out and a male staff was very helpful in helping us with the cab hailing."

"The room was beautiful, and I woke up to a view of the sea. There's also a beachfront restaurant and a swimming pool downstairs, and the beach is right there. The white decor of the room felt very high-end and comfortable. Most importantly, the service was superb! They proactively helped us arrange the shuttle bus, and WeChat messages were answered instantly! When we checked out, we left our luggage at the hotel, and when we came back to pick it up, even we had forgotten what we had left, but the staff clearly remembered and even reminded us – it was truly excellent service."

"The front desk service was absolutely amazing! The airport shuttle was originally scheduled for 8:00 AM, but they managed to arrange it for half an hour earlier for us. One night, my back hurt so badly I couldn't sleep, and I couldn't even order food delivery. The front desk attendant actually went home to get me some medicated patches! So incredibly thoughtful! The service throughout our stay was excellent! This sea-view guesthouse truly embodies 'healing' in its DNA! The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows frame the entire blue expanse like natural wallpaper. The moment you pull back the curtains, the sea breeze and sunlight flood in, making every breath feel sweet and salty~ Right downstairs is a soft, sandy beach where you can collect seashells and play in the waves without having to fight through crowds. Just let the ocean take all your worries away. Here, time slows down into poetry, and even just daydreaming becomes a top-tier luxury~ Seriously, everyone, this is the right way to experience a beach vacation!"

"It was a truly comfortable and pleasant experience! First of all, the service was excellent. The staff were very warm and friendly, and Xiaoru at the front desk handled check-in efficiently and quickly, allowing me to get to my room and rest as soon as possible. The room was superb: the design was simple yet stylish, the layout was reasonable, and the furniture was comfortably placed. The kettle was high-end. The environment was fantastic: the bathroom was clean and tidy, the hot water supply was stable, the smart toilet was a great experience, and the room's soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to enjoy a quiet stay. The location was convenient: there are many restaurants and a pedestrian street nearby, close to the Sanya Bay No. 1 shopping district and the municipal hospital. My child especially loved the hotel's decor. It would be even more perfect if the front desk could consider families with children and arrange non-smoking rooms."
