Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby and convenient transportation. It offers great value for money. The whole experience was relaxing and comfortable. Definitely recommend it to anyone traveling!

My overall experience during this stay was above average, and the hotel's strengths were very clear. The location is excellent, close to commercial areas and transport hubs, making it very convenient for getting around and finding food. The front desk staff were efficient at check-in and check-out, and their attitude was polite and gentle. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily on time, and the tabletops and bathroom were quite clean. The mattress was neither too soft nor too hard, and the soundproofing at night was decent, ensuring a basic good night's sleep.

I don't know how many times I've stayed at and praised this hotel, but it's my go-to for business trips, mainly because of its convenience. It's perfect whether I'm arriving late at night or waiting for an early morning flight. The hotel breakfast is another big reason I choose this place; the food selection is plentiful, and it genuinely tastes good.

The location is fantastic! It's right across the street from the beach and only about a ten-minute drive from the airport. The bus stop is conveniently located right outside. It was super easy to get to the Nanshan Guanyin statue. Even though we arrived after 10 PM, they not only arranged airport pickup but also upgraded us to a sea-view room. The pool was very clean too.

I arrived at the hotel around 2 AM, expecting a complicated check-in process, but the front desk staff was incredibly quick and efficient. They were so thoughtful, proactively upgrading my room and even giving me a quiet room, knowing I needed to rest. I slept soundly all night. The breakfast the next day exceeded my expectations – a wide variety of delicious options. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and it's great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Facilities: The rooms were all good, but waiting for the elevator was a bit confusing. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Located in the Yingbin Road business district, very convenient for everything. Service: It must have been the manager! Very good. Although they upgraded my room (which wasn't really useful as I didn't need two bedrooms for just myself), I still appreciate it. It was so big it almost made me nervous, haha! The only thing was that the check-out wasn't handled clearly. My friend was scheduled to pick me up at 2 PM and I was supposed to check out at 2 PM, but they called me at 1:30 PM. To get there, you go in through the main entrance, turn left, and walk to the end. However, on the day I was there, the lobby had a strong burning smell. I looked around and it seemed like the hotel was undergoing a name change! Overall, it was decent. I originally planned to go to the rooftop pool, but the elevator confusion put me off, so I didn't end up going.

My companion and I were both very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. I'd like to commend the front desk service for being very attentive and helpful, answering all our questions. It's very close to the beach and the forest park, just a few minutes' walk away. It was incredibly convenient when we visited the forest park on our check-out day. We heard from the staff that there's a night market nearby, but unfortunately, we had other plans and didn't have time to check it out. The hotel facilities are quite good, and there's even a swimming pool. Overall, it offers great value for money and is definitely recommended.

I stayed at Golden Palm over a decade ago. Back then, the area wasn't as bustling, and the hotel's private beach was just across the road. I remember thinking it was incredible value for money. Now, the surroundings are very commercialized, with plenty of dining options, and the beach has become public. However, it's still relatively quiet, and not overly crowded. The hotel's location is good, and the price is reasonable, though the facilities are a bit dated, and breakfast is quite average. Compared to other beachfront hotels in Yalong Bay, Golden Palm still offers a bit of a price advantage.

The quality is excellent! The room view is also beautiful, with great lighting. Crown of Beauty is truly stunning, with pleasant scenery and climate. The service is also very good, with a great attitude. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hainan!
