I'd recommend spending a day here if you're looking to take photos, ideally during the day. There's a lot of greenery and the tea room is really pretty – great for daytime shots. The breakfast was excellent! They offered stir-fried noodles which were delicious. While the selection wasn't huge, everything was tasty. However, the rooms are not soundproof at all. Even though the butler asked guests to be quiet between 8 PM and 10 AM, we had noisy neighbors who were still loud at 3 AM. I was actually glad we only stayed one night. My friend had an early flight at 5 AM, and the room next door was still making noise past 3 AM. It really felt like the rooms were separated by thin wooden walls – extremely poor soundproofing. The service was great though; every staff member was very friendly. The location isn't too remote either, with food options about a 10-minute taxi ride away.

The environment here is absolutely fantastic, with breathtaking, front-row ocean views. The room was spotless, with every corner meticulously cleaned, and all facilities were fully functional. The customer service staff were incredibly gentle and patient, making communication smooth throughout our stay. Check-in was a breeze. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tianya Town in Sanya, Hainan!

The free Hainanese noodle soup at this hotel's late-night diner was absolutely incredible! It was the first meal I had after landing, and I instantly fell in love with it. The hotel even gave us a free room upgrade and complimentary honeymoon decorations and a fruit platter! The location is also very convenient. Highly recommend~

That was a very glad experience being in this hotel! The rooms is clean, good ventilation at corridors, helpful staff (with a lot of patience heheh), it has good place to eat, and good variety of foods and very tasty. Also the view is really great, a very good place and localization, we really love it. And they have car service to let you into the airport. The pool is also awesome! The room is very comfortable and they have a grocery store that works between 8am and 11pm. Very good place, very good and honest price!

Facilities: Pretty good. Service: The front desk upgraded my room for free to one with a bathtub. Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: The breakfast on the 2nd floor was quite extensive. They sell the in-room toiletries in the lobby, which are quite good and offer great value for money! Overall, it's very good value for money, and it's close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk. I'll choose this place again next time I visit.

Facilities: The rooms were all good, but waiting for the elevator was a bit confusing. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Located in the Yingbin Road business district, very convenient for everything. Service: It must have been the manager! Very good. Although they upgraded my room (which wasn't really useful as I didn't need two bedrooms for just myself), I still appreciate it. It was so big it almost made me nervous, haha! The only thing was that the check-out wasn't handled clearly. My friend was scheduled to pick me up at 2 PM and I was supposed to check out at 2 PM, but they called me at 1:30 PM. To get there, you go in through the main entrance, turn left, and walk to the end. However, on the day I was there, the lobby had a strong burning smell. I looked around and it seemed like the hotel was undergoing a name change! Overall, it was decent. I originally planned to go to the rooftop pool, but the elevator confusion put me off, so I didn't end up going.

My companion and I were both very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. I'd like to commend the front desk service for being very attentive and helpful, answering all our questions. It's very close to the beach and the forest park, just a few minutes' walk away. It was incredibly convenient when we visited the forest park on our check-out day. We heard from the staff that there's a night market nearby, but unfortunately, we had other plans and didn't have time to check it out. The hotel facilities are quite good, and there's even a swimming pool. Overall, it offers great value for money and is definitely recommended.

The hotel's location is great, not far from the beach, and within walking distance. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as shopping centers like Summer Department Store and Big Pineapple, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and check-in was efficient. The hotel also offers free parking. The room was clean and tidy, and our stay met our expectations.

I stayed at Golden Palm over a decade ago. Back then, the area wasn't as bustling, and the hotel's private beach was just across the road. I remember thinking it was incredible value for money. Now, the surroundings are very commercialized, with plenty of dining options, and the beach has become public. However, it's still relatively quiet, and not overly crowded. The hotel's location is good, and the price is reasonable, though the facilities are a bit dated, and breakfast is quite average. Compared to other beachfront hotels in Yalong Bay, Golden Palm still offers a bit of a price advantage.

The quality is excellent! The room view is also beautiful, with great lighting. Crown of Beauty is truly stunning, with pleasant scenery and climate. The service is also very good, with a great attitude. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hainan!
