"This is a courtyard-style hotel, beautifully situated halfway up the mountain. Robert checked us in with excellent and incredibly patient service, explaining all the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. I was extremely pleased with the room upon entering; it was wonderfully cool and comfortable because the air conditioning had been turned on in advance. The room was also very spacious, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Any service we needed was promptly delivered by staff, and even our takeaways were brought to the room by a robot! The hotel felt very safe and secure. I saw a swimming pool below my room, but unfortunately, my itinerary was too packed to enjoy it. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance."

"I've stayed in other hotels in Sanya Bay before and found them to have poor soundproofing and airplane noise. The walk to the beach was long, and the underpass was dirty, which made me reluctant to stay in Sanya Bay again. However, this time at the Pullman Oceanview, none of those issues existed. It's a short walk from the public area downstairs to the beach access, and there's even an elevator. The underpass was also very clean. My child loved the water slides and went on them many times. The kids' club isn't huge, but it has everything needed and is very clean. I'll definitely prioritize staying here when I come back to Sanya Bay. A big thanks to our butler Vivi for her meticulous care."

"Overall, the experience was fantastic. **Facilities:** The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, with a swimming pool, spa, and everything else you could need, including a kids' club. One thoughtful aspect of the hotel is how clearly it separates families with children from those without. Building A primarily hosts families with kids, while Building C typically has very few children. **Cleanliness:** Clean and tidy. **Environment:** Incredible sea view room, and the view from the higher floors is even more enjoyable."

"First off, let's talk about the service – and I'll say it three times because it's that important: service, service, service! My butlers, Jinli and Hudie, were phenomenal. I honestly think half the room rate is justified by their efforts alone! They were incredibly attentive to our every need. Bringing water or coconuts felt like minor requests; they were always ready to go above and beyond. If you had any concerns, they'd address them immediately to ensure your satisfaction. The first room we were given wasn't quite right, and they instantly showed us other options, even while they were being cleaned, making it clear we could switch. You don't even have to ask for a coconut; if you're ever slightly displeased, they'll offer one to sweeten you up, haha! It's not about the taste of the coconut, but the emotional value they provide. When a recommended boat trip didn't meet expectations and no return car was arranged, they immediately called a car to pick us up and bring us back! It’s not about the money, it's about the attitude! So, regardless of whether the hotel's other facilities are top-notch, the service alone makes the price completely worth it. Of course, the environment and facilities are already excellent for Yalong Bay, especially since it's been recently renovated. The pricing is absolutely fair. Breakfast was also good, and every staff member had a great attitude. It's no wonder the Marriott is always fully booked – they truly deserve it. When you're on vacation, opinions on the environment can vary, but I believe excellent service is universally appreciated. So, I absolutely recommend this place; if I ever come to Sanya again, I'll definitely stay at the Marriott!"

"The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and warm, making the check-in process very efficient. Our room was spotless, with a great wet/dry bathroom setup and soft, breathable bedding. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including authentic Hainanese noodles which were delicious. The zipline was a thrilling experience! Staff members always greeted guests with a friendly hello and were quick to assist with any requests. Overall, the environment was comfortable and relaxing, with excellent facilities, perfect for both families and couples."

Room surprise + seafood buffet with grilled crocodile, this hotel really knows how to pamper you 🎂 My Sanya trip happened to coincide with my birthday, and I originally thought it would be just a normal stay, but I ended up being incredibly touched. I have to give a special shout-out to the housekeeping staff – when I returned to my room in the evening, I found a cute little cake made of rose petals and towels on the bed, along with a handwritten birthday card. There was also a delicate small cake and a fruit platter on the desk, which instantly cheered me up. These little touches weren't just standard procedure; they genuinely made me feel cared for. Now, let's talk about the super value-for-money ”package including dinner buffet for two.” I used to think all hotel buffets were pretty much the same, but this one changed my mind. The freshness of the food was top-notch, and there was a wide variety of seafood. The biggest surprise was finding grilled crocodile! It was my first time trying it; the meat was firm, a bit like a cross between chicken and fish, and dipping it in the special sauce was amazing. The tropical fruit section was a colorful palette, with rambutan, wax apples, jackfruit, and freshly opened Hainan coconuts that were sweet and refreshing – I drank two in one go. What truly elevated the dinner experience was the ambiance. The restaurant faces the sea, and as the evening sunset glowed through the floor-to-ceiling windows, dining while watching the sunset was so romantic it left me speechless. There was also a Filipino band playing live, with soft jazz accompanying the sound of the waves, making me want to stay an extra hour. The waiter saw the cake on our table and even offered to take photos and asked if we needed help cutting it. In short, this birthday experience far exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, the sea-view restaurant offered an unbeatable view, and the buffet was excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to celebrate an anniversary or simply treat themselves. Remember to choose the package that includes dinner – you definitely won't regret it! 🌟"

"Five stars to The Westin Sanya Haitang Bay! The pool complex is an absolute highlight, with river paddleboarding and the rooftop infinity pool being incredibly photogenic. It's also super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the Duty-Free Shopping Mall. The family-friendly facilities are excellent, the service is thoughtful, and the beach is quiet and uncrowded, making it feel like a true getaway. Although the rooms are a little dated, the overall value for money is fantastic. It's definitely my top choice for a water-based vacation; highly recommended!"

"The room was good value for money; cheap but as you’d expect for this price It was a little dated. The room was clean and the cleaner came in daily to make the bed and add fresh toilet products which was a nice touch. The location was very good, short walk to the beach and bars. The view was pretty good too! Only issue is the aircon, if like me, you like your room cold like a fridge you’ll be disappointed, however, it was comfortable."

"I first stayed at this hotel in 2012, and it was my first time experiencing a five-star hotel. Now, bringing my child back for a revisit, everything feels both nostalgic and wonderfully re-energized. The hotel room facilities are a bit dated, but they are clean and tidy. The bathroom is spacious, and the double sinks are on opposite sides, which is great because it avoids interference. We chose a high-floor sea-view room, and the scenery is stunning. There's also a large bathtub; soaking in it at night while enjoying the city lights is incredibly relaxing. The hotel environment is quite good, and it's very close to the beach. The ocean water is gorgeous during the day, and at night, many children are out on the tidal flats with flashlights, catching small crabs. The breakfast buffet is quite rich, and it's available until 10:30 AM, which is perfect for late risers. The hotel service is excellent. They proactively assigned us a butler; mine was the lovely Annie. From introducing the hotel's environment, facilities, and dining options, to checking in daily on our stay experience, she even replenished our drinks and fruit daily, not just a one-time supply. When the room's air conditioning felt a bit warm, she immediately arranged for an engineer to fix it. Even as we were leaving, she asked if we needed any assistance. The front desk staff who checked us in were also very professional. All the service staff and employees we encountered along the way greeted us. In short, the hotel stay was comfortable, the atmosphere was great, and it felt very thoughtful. 🌸"

"As a second-row hotel in Yalong Bay, the Yingbinguan isn't directly beachfront, but it's just across the road, so walking to the beach is convenient. The key is its incredible value for money; for just over 1,000 RMB, you get an infinity pool room that's clean and tidy. I stayed here two years ago and chose it again this year. Why? Mainly because the hotel's service surpasses even some first-tier brands. The shuttle bus is available on demand, and Cici, our butler, provided exceptional service throughout, fulfilling every request. When we ordered takeout late at night, she personally arranged for staff to deliver it to our door. This level of service alone is worth half the room rate! Guys, book this place without hesitation! If the hotel happens to see this review, my only small suggestion is: while the service is already incredibly thoughtful, the hotel should consider providing a few chairs for the front desk staff so they can sit when not actively assisting guests. Standing for over ten hours a day is truly exhausting, and the hotel should also demonstrate necessary humanistic care for its own team. Hope to see you again!"
