"This is our second stay at this hotel, and it was just as satisfying as the first, which is why we chose it again for our vacation. The overall living experience at the hotel is very comfortable, the room offers expansive views, and the sea view is particularly beautiful, making for a truly pleasant stay. We heard that an undersea tunnel and a grand theater are currently under construction near the hotel, part of a Sanya municipal project, which is completely understandable. The hotel's breakfast buffet is excellent, with a rich variety of dishes and great flavors – we were very happy with it. As we traveled during the May Day holiday, there were quite a few guests, so a larger crowd was to be expected. The overall service was 10/10 thoughtful and attentive, and the value for money is excellent. We're always happy to choose this place whenever we come to Sanya and will definitely return!"

"Choosing this hotel for my Sanya trip was such a smart decision! The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the sea, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, with excellent natural light and views. From my sea-view room, opening the window revealed nothing but the clear blue sea and sky – the sea breeze was wonderfully refreshing. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a great atmosphere. The pool was clean and comfortable too. The staff were warm, polite, and provided thoughtful, attentive service, making for an excellent stay. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. Overall, the value for money is superb. It's my top choice for a relaxing getaway, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sanya. Highly recommend!"

"Our stay at the Pullman Sanya Bay Oceanview Resort was truly exceptional, far exceeding our expectations! The butler kindly upgraded us to a full ocean-view room for free, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel's location is perfect; it's right on Coconut Dream Corridor, and there's a private underground passage that leads directly to the beach, so you don't have to cross any roads. This is incredibly convenient for families with children or anyone who wants to take a stroll along the beach at any time. The hotel itself has a strong Southeast Asian vibe, and the tropical gardens are stunning – every photo you take looks like it's from a magazine. The biggest highlight was the complimentary travel photography service! The photoshoot was relaxed and fun, and the original photos we received were high-quality, perfectly capturing the island vacation atmosphere. Overall, both the facilities and the service were outstanding. It was a truly perfect holiday experience, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Sanya!"

"The environment is fantastic! From my room, I had a beautiful view of the blue ocean. The room itself was spacious and bright, with a balcony perfect for enjoying the scenery. It stayed cool thanks to both air conditioning and a fan, which was great since it was quite hot outside. The service was excellent. Breakfast was included, and on the second day, they even gave us a complimentary bottle of red wine. The hotel also offers a little train ride, which is a lovely way to explore the property at a relaxed pace. The swimming pools are also very good. There's an irregularly shaped pool perfect for a leisurely dip, and a rectangular pool that's open until 10 PM. Free armbands are available, and there are plenty of lounge chairs to relax on after a swim. In the evenings, you can go crabbing by the sea. The hotel provides free sand-digging toys, which are more than enough for catching crabs. Minibar: Stocked with iced Coke and iced Sprite. Photoshoot: You get 10 digital negatives from one travel photoshoot."

"We stayed at a hotel near the airport for our first night of our honeymoon, then spent the second and third nights at the Westin Haitang Bay. The experience was fantastic, especially thanks to our butler, Ella Chen, who provided superb service. We didn't encounter any of the issues we'd read about online, largely because we had such a reliable butler. The beach felt quite close, and the shuttle service made getting there very convenient – much easier than I expected, and the scenery was indeed beautiful. The service was excellent, with quick responses. I'd also recommend booking through Ctrip! My experience was completely different from what some posts on 'certain social media platforms' claimed about poor service, which might be due to booking platforms or different butlers. The butler, restaurant staff, front desk, and housekeeping were all very polite, courteous, and quick to respond, except for when it was really busy and there were queues. I especially appreciated the free swimming rings and armbands; I even learned to swim at the hotel, haha! The pool was very clean; I noticed them changing the water in the pools at night. Part of the main pool also had shade cover during sunny times, which I only discovered just before checking out, a bit of a shame. The food was also good and quite satisfying. We got a complimentary photo shoot. I paid for makeup, which I was very happy with, but the quick-edit photos turned out too fake, which I wasn't pleased with. I felt like it wasted my entire morning, especially being out in the bright sun, which was tough, and we didn't get many good shots because they don't give you the original photos – it's either originals or quick edits, which was a bit disappointing. However, it was complimentary, so it didn't affect the overall hotel experience. Aside from the photos, everything else was absolutely perfect! I did a lot of research beforehand, and it definitely didn't disappoint! A big shout-out again to our butler, Ella Chen; my partner even said we've developed an emotional connection to this hotel, haha!"

"An amazing guesthouse with stunning sea views, a truly fulfilling and enjoyable stay! The common areas have books and tea. The service was prompt and attentive, the hygiene impeccable, and the environment offered direct views of the ocean. The facilities are new and highly functional. Excellent value for money! The room's decor was also incredibly thoughtful – the hotel folded towels into adorable little elephants and sprinkled rose petals, adding a delightful touch. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was incredibly therapeutic! **Super Family-Friendly – Effortless Fun for Kids, Relaxing for Parents!** The family facilities were fantastic. The dedicated children's art studio was a wonderful surprise – the walls were covered with kids' creative artworks, and there were all sorts of craft materials and plaster painting available. Our child was instantly captivated and happily created for an entire afternoon, finally giving this mom a much-needed break! The hotel's IP mascots also came out to interact and take photos with the kids, who were thrilled throughout! The lawn in the complex was also superb, with sculptures of giraffes and flamingos, as well as lounge chairs and sunshades. Taking the kids out on the lawn to enjoy the breeze and sunshine was so relaxing and comfortable. 🏋️ **Comprehensive Amenities – Adults Can Enjoy a Relaxing Getaway Too!** No need to worry about getting bored at the hotel! The gym had a full range of equipment and was clean and bright, so you could keep up with your fitness routine even on vacation. The view from the buffet restaurant's scenic terrace was incredible – we enjoyed the sea breeze while overlooking the city and the ocean. In the evening, it was perfect for a stroll and a drink, romantic and pleasant. 👩💼 **Impeccable Service – A Truly Elevated Experience!** From check-in to check-out, we received thoughtful care every step of the way. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming during check-in, and housekeeping was prompt and thorough daily. They even decorated the room differently for holidays, showcasing their attention to detail. The hotel's dining options were also diverse, with everything from seafood buffets to specialty restaurants, catering to different tastes. You don't even have to leave the hotel to enjoy authentic local cuisine. This hotel is perfect for both couples and families with children. You can relax by the sea and keep the kids entertained effortlessly. The amenities, service, and views are all top-notch. It's definitely on my must-stay list for Sanya! I sincerely recommend it to anyone visiting Sanya – you'll fall in love after one stay."

"Big shoutout to our butler, Vivian! She added us on WeChat days before our check-in, confirming our arrival time (which is 3 PM at most large hotels). All the standard services, like luggage storage and having food delivered to our door, were handled flawlessly. Our room was spotless, the A/C was already on when we arrived, and there were even complimentary bath bombs. The infinity pool is truly impressive, and they offer free armbands, with a depth of around 1.2 meters. Overall, it's definitely worth the price, so don't hesitate to book. We'll be back!"

"I had such an amazing stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Sanya Dadonghai Bay. The location is honestly perfect — everything you need is right there. You can simply walk down to the beach, enjoy water activities, and explore so many restaurants nearby. It’s the kind of place where you never feel isolated because there’s always something happening around you. One of the things I loved most is that the hotel is connected to the Shanhaitian Resort Sanya, Autograph Collection. If you’re staying at JW Marriott, you can also enjoy their pools and facilities, which really adds to the whole experience. The hotel itself has so much to offer, especially for families. There are daily kids’ activities, and my son was never bored — there was always something fun planned. The playground is huge and honestly looks futuristic, like something out of a movie. It’s such a dream space for children. They also have a beautiful swimming pool, which makes it even more enjoyable to spend your days there. I also visited Casa Corona Beach Club, and it was such a vibe. The atmosphere, the food, and the whole setting made it a really memorable experience. The spa was another highlight — so relaxing and exactly what you need when you’re trying to unwind and take care of yourself. On top of that, the service throughout the hotel was incredible. The staff really made everything feel smooth, welcoming, and special. It’s honestly just a great place to be with your family. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a beautiful beachfront stay with lots of activities, especially if you’re traveling with kids. It truly has everything — location, experiences, and comfort."
