"My partner and I stayed here for a night during our trip. We originally booked a room on floors 3-8, but the front desk kindly upgraded us to a higher floor free of charge. Both the king and twin rooms offer partial sea views, and you can catch a glimpse of the ocean from the window. There are ongoing construction projects nearby, including an underwater tunnel and a grand theater, but we weren't bothered during the day while we were out exploring. The construction noise was minimal and didn't disturb our rest. We had such a pleasant stay that we decided to extend it for another night. The room was tidy and clean, with complete amenities. The staff were warm and attentive, and the concierge, especially the lady who assisted us, was very efficient. The location is super convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money and is perfect for couples on a short trip. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next visit to Sanya."

"Having stayed at Atlantis Dubai before, I wanted to see how Atlantis Sanya compares. Upon arrival, a butler escorted us to our room and introduced us to the room's facilities and the hotel's entertainment options. The hotel environment is luxurious and grand; compared to Atlantis Dubai, Sanya feels more stylish. The room's hygiene, bedding, and bathroom were clean and tidy, with thoughtful details evident throughout. The staff provided attentive service, making us feel comfortable and well-treated. The stay experience was perfect, exceeding our expectations overall. Especially the breakfast! Breakfast is served in two restaurants: Chinese (Chai Cai Jing) and Western (Saffron), you choose one. The Western dining area offers a complete range of options, including freshly squeezed juices, various baked goods, Western cold cuts, and salads. The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are authentic. They even have Hainan's traditional Qingbuliang! The Chinese dining area is even more impressive, with classic Cantonese dim sum like cheong fun, freshly cooked noodles, congee, stir-fries, steamed dim sum, and authentic Hainan snacks – everything you could wish for. Noodles are made and steamed on the spot, and the油条 (fried dough sticks) are freshly fried, crispy and fragrant, full of local flavor. They also have Roujiamo (Chinese meat burger) and roasted duck, both incredibly delicious. The Roujiamo buns are also freshly baked, and these two stalls had the most guests. You wouldn't get tired of eating at either restaurant by switching between them daily. Additionally, the water park is excellent; our child insisted on going for two hours every day. The hotel's aquarium is very therapeutic, spanning two floors and slightly larger than the one in Dubai. All in all, this trip to Atlantis Sanya was very satisfying. There are too many negative reviews for this hotel online, but as a traveler who has experienced Atlantis Dubai, Atlantis Sanya, EDITION, Sheraton, MGM, and many other hotels, Atlantis Sanya is definitely the ultimate family-friendly destination!"

I especially loved the bathtub in the room, the clean pool, and the new gym. - **Cleanliness:** From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless. The bedding was fresh, and even the nooks and crannies were clean, making for a very comfortable stay. - **Overall Environment:** The location was quiet and peaceful. The hotel's public areas were tastefully decorated and stylish. "Fantastic experience! This hotel is completely different from other budget hotels in Sanya Bay; it can definitely compete with those in Yalong Bay. The resort environment is beautiful, with lovely gardens and a stunning pool that even has a small sandy beach. There's a private path directly to the main beach, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and elegant, offering superb ocean views. The kids' facilities are excellent, and the breakfast is abundant, making for a truly relaxing vacation feel. Highly recommend! My child had an amazing time, and a special shout-out to our butler, Vivi. We'll definitely stay here again!"

From the convenience of its city location, the quiet ambiance, excellent hotel facilities, proximity to the beach, spacious pool, and delicious breakfast, to the warm and thoughtful staff service, my overall satisfaction was incredibly high. "Choosing the Westin this time was absolutely the right decision. As soon as I entered the lobby, the front desk informed me that my butler, King, had already upgraded my room and allowed me to check in early. The service was professional and impeccable. During the day, I enjoyed panoramic views of the bustling city streets. In the evening, I watched the golden sunset illuminate my windows, and at night, the city lights twinkled on. Sitting by the infinity pool on the 10th floor, I had a private view of the entire romantic cityscape. What truly amazed me was the hotel's rainforest river pool. My only minor disappointment was that I had prepared rose petals for a bath, but the water wasn't warm enough, so I couldn't use them. I hope the hotel pays attention to such details next time. "An unexpectedly stunning seaview B&B! 😎 The service was excellent, very accommodating and helpful. They offered water upon arrival, and the room's AC was already on, making it wonderfully cool. Cleanliness-wise, it seemed quite clean, no major issues. The environment was incredibly serene and therapeutic. The balcony offered an unobstructed sea view; you could open the doors completely and gaze directly at the ocean. Even from bed, you could enjoy the sea view, despite the hot and sunny weather. The B&B has a beautiful common swimming pool that guests can use. The open-plan lobby on the first floor is super photogenic and a great spot to relax and watch the sea. There's a laundry room on the top floor with two washing machines (no dryer), but laundry detergent is provided. There are also facilities for hanging clothes, and given the hot summer sun, clothes hung at night were dry by the next morning. A slight inconvenience is that the seaside town where the B&B is located is not accessible by car. If you're driving, you'll need to park in a designated parking lot (40 per day max), walk a few minutes to the tourist shuttle pick-up point, and then take the shuttle to the hotel. This was the only somewhat troublesome part. I booked the Azure Open Terrace Seaview King Room on the fifth floor, which has an elevator. The room's AC was powerful and kept it very cool, and the shower water pressure was decent. The Laifen hairdryer was a great touch. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out at 12 PM. Since it wasn't a holiday, there weren't many people. During the off-season, it was only around 500-600, which is excellent value for money."

The infinity pool design is absolutely stunning; it creates a seamless horizon where the sky meets the water, making you feel like you're floating in the ocean's embrace. Every photo you take looks like a professional vacation shot. There are also super fun water facilities for kids, so both adults and children can have a blast. It’s truly an ideal seaside vacation experience! We struck gold with this hotel for our family trip; their pool truly understands what families with kids need~ The huge infinity pool directly faces the sea. My child had a blast on the water slides while I relaxed, enjoying the sea breeze and the view – it was pure bliss to have my hands free! The pool water is clean, and the lifeguards are very responsible, making us feel completely at ease playing in the water all day. We were utterly captivated by the hotel's ocean-view pool! The infinity pool directly facing the ocean, with the gorgeous pink and blue sunset sky, was beyond beautiful. Water play, photos, and ocean views – all in one place, making the vacation vibe 100% immersive. The water facilities are also super fun, perfect for both relaxing and letting the kids run wild. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next beach getaway! Service:⭐⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️ The front desk service was a huge plus! Check-in was quick and thoughtful, with the staff being enthusiastic and attentive throughout. They even proactively offered many useful tips for local attractions and restaurants, helping us avoid several pitfalls. Any issues we had during our stay were addressed promptly by the front desk, and their attitude was consistently excellent. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic. Seafood Buffet⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Even my friend who doesn't usually like seafood raved about it. The ingredients were impeccably clean, and the chilled section maintained a consistent low temperature, keeping everything fresh. There wasn't a long wait at the live cooking stations, and the servers proactively helped change our plates – the service was incredibly attentive. That feeling of being so full you can barely move, who understands it? The variety of seafood was overwhelming, with unlimited crab, snow crab legs, and all sorts of shellfish. Everything was fresh, and getting things cooked on the spot was incredibly satisfying. Choosing this seafood buffet for our family was definitely the right decision! All the ingredients in the seafood section were clearly labeled, and there was a dedicated live cooking area where kids' favorites like shrimp and fish could be prepared fresh, which was clean and reassuring. Besides seafood, there were also many hot dishes and desserts that kids love. My child had a great time, and I got to enjoy unlimited seafood – it was perfect! Kids' Club⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have to praise the hotel's newly upgraded and expanded kids' club! After the expansion, the facilities are much newer, and the age-specific zones are more thoughtfully designed. The soft play area for younger kids is great, and there are plenty of activities for older children too. Most importantly, it's clean and safe, with staff who are incredibly responsible throughout. I finally got to relax peacefully nearby, and now I don't have to constantly chase after my child during our family vacation – it's a dream come true! I was so happy to discover that the hotel's kids' club had been upgraded and expanded this time; the experience was so much better than before! Not only is the space larger, but many new and exciting activities have been added, and all the facilities are brand new. The soft padding and protective measures are also much improved. My child was completely engrossed in playing. The kids' club will definitely be a must-visit for our future family trips here! Room Cleanliness⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The room was meticulously cleaned, overall neat and comfortable, with items neatly arranged. It was a very pleasant stay, and the attention to detail was excellent."

"We had breakfast at the hotel every morning, and the spread was incredibly rich, with a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes. We were truly satisfied every day. For dinner, if you're looking for a feast, I highly recommend the Ibis Seafood All-You-Can-Eat Buffet on the 16th floor. The selection is so vast it's dizzying, and there's live band music, which creates a fantastic atmosphere. Don't miss the poolside afternoon tea at the Ruby Bar, where you can enjoy high-altitude ocean views, savor beautiful desserts, and watch the orange sunset in the evening. It's incredibly romantic. Special thanks to our butler: A perfect vacation is often made by the little details. This time, I have to give a huge shout-out to our butler, Zoe! After we checked in, she meticulously looked after every aspect of our experience, carefully following up on every detail of our stay. "Ferrari is still Ferrari, even when old. (This is a metaphor implying that even an older, established hotel can still be excellent.) The hotel is backed by mountains and faces the sea, very close to the city center. It's just a few minutes' taxi ride to the First Market, where you can find all sorts of seafood and fruits. It offers a quiet seaside escape, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. As soon as we arrived, a friendly bellboy opened the car door and helped with our luggage. The front desk lady upgraded us to a family room, which was fantastic! The view was superb, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. During the day, the kids loved the various activities at the children's playground – it was truly immersive fun for them. In the evening, they had a blast beachcombing downstairs.
