GGuest UserOn check-in, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, though I barely spoke Chinese. Room is very spacious and true to photos. There are no traditional television, but they have a projector above the bed..though I could not watch as most of the channels were in Chinese but its okay since I mostly spend time going out. The keycard tech was advanced, switches for lights all working well. Bathtub was clean, they will provide with disposable bathtub cover to use and all disposable amenities could be requested for free as well as housekeeping services.
Toilet had a seat warmer and disposable toilet covers are provided too.
Towels provided are also disposable, but can request extra from housekeeping :) Shampoo, Conditioner and Body soap smell great!
They have self-service laundry at the top floor, detergent and softener provided which was convenient and smells nice . For the hot season in Sanya, the AC was cold and can feel the cooling air fill up the spacious room in a few minutes, so it is enjoyable after a long day out!
Location was very ideal and loved it! At first I had walked past it as it looked quite unassuming and the entrance was in between shops.
Minor cons:
The top of the bathroom tile was slightly dislodged
2nd day one of the bathrobe had a small dead fly on the pocket
Took a while to figure out the bathtub switches and directions
I suggest the hotel to consider checking the cleanliness of the linen and bathrobe. A welcome letter can be placed in the room for guests to refer to, but the use of WeChat application was really useful. I would definitely come back here again when I have the opportunity.

GGuest UserExcellent! The owner, a friendly guy from Northeast China, was very welcoming. The place was clean and super close to the beach, which was really convenient. The sea was beautiful, and I even caught two clownfish – there were tons of different kinds of fish around the rocks. Oh, and enjoying a beer on the beach at night with the breeze was just incredible! When I left, the owner even gave me a ride to the parking lot. I later realized I'd forgotten my slippers and had to trouble him to go back for them, which I felt really bad about.

GGuest UserStaying at this B&B was a complete surprise! The room was spotless, tidy, and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful attention to detail. The view from the window was breathtaking, and waking up to the sunshine and birdsong was truly relaxing.
The staff sent us a detailed check-in guide in advance, answered all our questions, and recommended some delicious restaurants nearby, away from the tourist crowds. Transportation was also very convenient; it wasn't long before we got on the bus, allowing us to easily reach various attractions.
Staying here felt like staying at a friend's house, and the value for money was exceptional. I'll definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserI originally booked a garden-view room, but the front desk upgraded me to an 85-square-meter supreme sea-view room for less than 300 a night – incredible value for money! While the facilities aren't brand new, the room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and the bathroom very well-kept. The highlight is definitely the sea view! Being on a high floor, there's nothing obstructing the panoramic view of the ocean and palm trees right when you wake up. The pool and lawn downstairs are also gorgeous. The value is unbeatable; I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 👍

AAnonymous UserI have mixed feelings about this place. The best part is the location. You are on a main road with many shops, restaurants and bus stops as well as the beach. I also liked the pool despite it being a little too shallow. The view from my balcony was also great.
One problem was cleanliness. Never walk around the room barefoot cause your feet will get dirty. It also looked like the crockery and kitchen utensils were not cleaned before I arrived. As you can see some of the utensils were dusty!
Hot water was another issue. Obviously you need hot water to properly wash your hands and dirty dishes. However I only had hot water in the shower, not in the kitchen nor bathroom sink.
This leads to my next issue which is service. I told the staff about the lack of hot water on the Friday and they said they would fix it at some point during the day while I am out with my friend. I come back at roughly 9pm to find out there is still no hot water. On Saturday morning I remind them to fix it before I go out again, hoping when I return I will have hot water. While I'm at the beach I miss a call from them. Turns out instead of fixing the issue, they want to move me to another room with hot water. When I return from the beach I saw the message and told them I am ready to move to the new room. But they replied saying I was too late and they gave the room to someone else. (If I did take that room, does that mean the other guest would have my room and have to suffer with cold water instead of me?) Instead of taking responsibility for not providing hot water or trying to fix it, the staff tried to blame me and said I can't get hot water cause I was too busy to answer their calls. When I pushed back on that comment their next excuse was that a lack of hot water is a common problem in Hainan? But then they said they would check if there was a free room with hot water the next day (Sunday). However, they never contacted me about that again so I just gave up trying. If they couldn't fix the problem, they could have at least offered me compensation but they didn't. This experience made me feel dismissed and unimportant as a paying guest.
To sum up, I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience. If they were to give me a room with hot water in the shower AND in both sinks, that's great. However, I would still have to deal with dirty floors and cookware + tableware. It's definitely not the worst place I've stayed in but regardless it didn't meet my standards so I still wouldn't stay here if I return to Sanya. Disappointing.

SSzymmI highly recommend this sea-view apartment hotel. To put it simply, it's a two-bedroom, one-living room setup where you can cook your own meals and do laundry. The facilities are comprehensive, making you feel like you've bought a large sea-view apartment in Sanya. Every time I returned from the beach, it felt like coming home. The kitchen is separate, and the bathroom has instant hot water. Each room has air conditioning. It's super close to the beach, making it very convenient for dining and strolling around, as well as shopping for groceries. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. From the open-air balcony, you get a 270-degree view, with Dadonghai to the left and the city's neon-lit high-rises to the right. The overall soundproofing is good, and I'm very satisfied. The apartment hotel owner is also very welcoming; you can ask him for directions if you're renting a car and exploring the area.

AAnonymous UserThe lady at the front desk was absolutely lovely! She kindly offered us a complimentary late checkout until 2 PM and even drove us to the airport. It really felt like a home away from home. Even though it's quite close to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet and didn't affect my sleep in the slightest. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends.

GGuest UserI stayed in Sanya for two nights, and for the first night I stayed at a hotel near Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Forest Park because I was going to go there the next day. For the second night, I was looking for a cheap hotel with an ocean view that was as close to the sea as possible, since I had already come to Sanya, and I found this hotel.
This was the only cheap hotel that met my criteria, costing less than 200 RMB.
I usually book the cheapest room, but this time I booked the most expensive room on a high floor (10th floor) with a balcony and an ocean view.
I was able to make the reservation before the price went up, and I was able to get a discount on my flight purchase, so it was 159 RMB for one night without meals.
This hotel is a corner of an apartment building that is used as a hotel, so I didn't know where to check in, and I came to the front of the building, but I didn't know which floor to go to, so I called a Chinese person passing by and was able to check in safely. (Check-in is on the 4th floor)
At first, I was shown to a city view room on the 12th floor of another building, but when I said it wasn't an ocean view,
I was then shown to an ocean view room (not directly in front) on the 6th floor of that building.
When I said it wasn't the 10th floor (not a high floor), they finally showed me an ocean view room with a balcony on the 10th floor of the building I checked in in, just as I had reserved.
The details of my reservation on trip.com hadn't been communicated to the owner at all.
There were no bath towels in the room, so I went to the check-in area to get one.
The room was a typical business hotel, but the view from the balcony was amazing.
Although there was a bit of a problem with the check-in, the weather was good the next day, so I'm really glad I stayed at this hotel.

GGenOhlsonComfortable, lots of light and air, and insane views from the 24th floor. Bed and towels were freshly laundered. Loads of hangers for clothes airing/ drying. Slept like a log until the neighbours had an argument next door the next morning. Water hasn't been routed to the bathroom sink, but the shower right next to it works fine, and the water temperature is adjustable to be hot. The desk staff were direct and helpful, all queries answered and dealt with.
Will definitely come again.
*The pool featured in the attached photos doesn't belong to the Seaview building; it belongs to the place next door, but there is a pool and sun lounge area on the 3rd floor of building 2.
*The neighbouring building has an aviary on top of the penthouse, and they have peacocks that call every now and then.
