"Everything was perfect about this accommodation. There are a plenty of supermarkets around, many restaurants, different shops. The beach is 5 mins walk. You can rent a bike right next to the hotel (40¥/day). The view from the apartment is amazing. The apartment is clean, the service is good. More than satisfied with this accommodation, I couldn’t want more."

"Nice location close to the beach and many different restaurants. Finding the building was a bit difficult, you have to go inside a parking garage to get to it. The receptionist wasn't always available, but when I was able to contact them it was a pleasant and quick Service. The room was very nice and clean. My only issue was the bathroom. A pipe in the bathroom was a bit loose So it often leaked dirty water onto the floor. Also the balcony door beside the bathroom didn't fully close So occasionally cockroaches would be in the bathroom. But Thats bound to happen with a outside balcony. Overall the stay was very nice and I had a good stay."

"The landlady was very polite and good at business. It felt a bit like a guesthouse, with great overall design and even books to read. There was a TV, air conditioning, a window, shower, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. All the facilities were very clean. The bed was super soft. Takeout nearby was cheap and convenient. There were many buses and electric scooters nearby, and it was very close to Sanya People's Hospital and the bus station. There was an elevator to go up. The room design was very nice and unique, and there were no strange odors in the room."

"Book if you are looking for a roof over your head. It will be hard to find the hotel if you are a foreigner, as there are no signs and the hotel looks like a small supermarket from the street. It was very dirty, the most stained sheets I have ever slept in, and there was surely an animal in the walls. Walls are paper thin, you can hear people sneezing on the street, even when the window is closed. No soap, no change of towels or bedding. The staff is very nice and helpful."

"The location of the Youth Hostel is very good. The traffic downstairs in the city center is very convenient. The bus is very convenient. "I just picked this guesthouse at random, mainly because the price seemed reasonable, and I figured it would be a decent enough place for a couple of nights. But it absolutely exceeded my expectations! You can see the ocean view right from the balcony without even leaving the room. "I enjoyed Blue Sky so much that I extended my initial three-night reservation to a total of six nights. Blue Sky is a fantastic place to stay either for backpackers on a budget looking to share a room to save money or for those who want a private room with a shower but still the fun vibes of a hostel. Either way, it is a great value. Blue Sky is clean, has friendly staff, lots of restaurants nearby, and is just a short walk to the beach. I will return on my next trip to DaDongHai!"

"The youth hostel has complete facilities. If you don't go out when it's hot, you can ask the boss to turn on the air conditioner all day. It's really **, awesome!
The hygiene is even better. The boss cleans at noon every day, even on hot days. He is a good man with a sense of life!
At night, you can sit on the balcony and eat, drink and chat with everyone. After talking about life and ideals, hahahaha, as long as you are e, the boss is more e than you!

"The location is very good, convenient to travel, very close to the beach, there is a big Wanghao supermarket nearby. There is no hot water in the basin, there is no paper in the room, there is no paper roll, no hair dryer, but you can go to the front desk to borrow, the bath hot water is still very big."

GGuest UserThis is really a lovely room: cosy, with a great view, large balcony with comfortable chairs. Bathroom is perhaps a bit more simple than the rest of the room, but still acceptable. In any case, it's the relaxing vibe that counts most! As for the surroundings, it rather depends on what you're looking for. Different tourists like very different things after all. As for me, I don't care much about surfing or swimming in the sea and I absolutely hate loud noise. I was mainly looking for a quiet relaxing place with beautiful scenery around me, then just stroll around and sit down with a drink and a book to enjoy peace and quiet. I am well aware though that most tourists visiting Hainan have quite different preferences, so I wasn't expecting a perfect match. Actually, during daytime I really loved this place! However, in the evening it turned into a bit more of a party scene with the bar next door playing quite loud music. It's the way it is and that's of course not something the friendly hotel owners can control. I still enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again if the price for a room with private balcony is right! However, I would say that in my opinion 1 or 2 nights is probably enough, because after that the evening noise would start to work on my nerves;-)

MM260016****Staying at this B&B was a complete surprise! The room was spotless, tidy, and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful attention to detail. The view from the window was breathtaking, and waking up to the sunshine and birdsong was truly relaxing.
The staff sent us a detailed check-in guide in advance, answered all our questions, and recommended some delicious restaurants nearby, away from the tourist crowds. Transportation was also very convenient; it wasn't long before we got on the bus, allowing us to easily reach various attractions.
Staying here felt like staying at a friend's house, and the value for money was exceptional. I'll definitely stay here again!

It is a B&B worth choosing. It is very close to the scenic spots and the sea. The little brother returned it to us. Posting a guide to the surrounding area, the environment 👍👍👍 will come back next time.

AAnonymous UserI have mixed feelings about this place. The best part is the location. You are on a main road with many shops, restaurants and bus stops as well as the beach. I also liked the pool despite it being a little too shallow. The view from my balcony was also great.
One problem was cleanliness. Never walk around the room barefoot cause your feet will get dirty. It also looked like the crockery and kitchen utensils were not cleaned before I arrived. As you can see some of the utensils were dusty!
Hot water was another issue. Obviously you need hot water to properly wash your hands and dirty dishes. However I only had hot water in the shower, not in the kitchen nor bathroom sink.
This leads to my next issue which is service. I told the staff about the lack of hot water on the Friday and they said they would fix it at some point during the day while I am out with my friend. I come back at roughly 9pm to find out there is still no hot water. On Saturday morning I remind them to fix it before I go out again, hoping when I return I will have hot water. While I'm at the beach I miss a call from them. Turns out instead of fixing the issue, they want to move me to another room with hot water. When I return from the beach I saw the message and told them I am ready to move to the new room. But they replied saying I was too late and they gave the room to someone else. (If I did take that room, does that mean the other guest would have my room and have to suffer with cold water instead of me?) Instead of taking responsibility for not providing hot water or trying to fix it, the staff tried to blame me and said I can't get hot water cause I was too busy to answer their calls. When I pushed back on that comment their next excuse was that a lack of hot water is a common problem in Hainan? But then they said they would check if there was a free room with hot water the next day (Sunday). However, they never contacted me about that again so I just gave up trying. If they couldn't fix the problem, they could have at least offered me compensation but they didn't. This experience made me feel dismissed and unimportant as a paying guest.
To sum up, I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience. If they were to give me a room with hot water in the shower AND in both sinks, that's great. However, I would still have to deal with dirty floors and cookware + tableware. It's definitely not the worst place I've stayed in but regardless it didn't meet my standards so I still wouldn't stay here if I return to Sanya. Disappointing.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's in-room projector and bedding were excellent, even comparable to some high-end hotels I've stayed in. The super king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept wonderfully. I also appreciated the Dyson hairdryer; it left my hair feeling smooth and soft. The airport pickup service was both quick and punctual. Due to its close proximity to the airport, there are a few seconds of noise during takeoffs and landings, but as a heavy sleeper, it didn't disturb me in the slightest.

JJames56Location is fantastic! Along Sanya Bay with a bus stop just opposite which can take you to Yalong Bay and Lu Hui Tou park and Dadonghai shopping centre. The Xinfeng street tram stop is only about 100 m away. Nearby is a shopping mall with a supermarket. Many eateries nearby too.
The place is run by a friendly elderly couple. The room was spacious and airy with a view of the sea. It has a fridge which was very useful.
If we come back to Sanya, would stay here again. Highly recommended!

HHweiling OwThe place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area.
We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point.
There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views.
From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day.
You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful.
This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

The staff is absolutely superb, and the location is great! I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Sanya.
- Cleanliness: It’s not bad, but it didn’t quite meet my personal cleanliness benchmark, so I’d rate it 4.5/5.
- Location: The location is excellent. There are so many restaurants nearby, including a bakery and a supermarket. It’s only a 6-minute walk to the beach 😎, a 40-minute walk to Jiefeng Road (Jiefeng Pediatrician Street), and a 35-minute relaxing walk to the famous Luhuitou Scenic Area. Do I walk too much? LOL. The hostel is also close to many bus stops, making it super convenient to get around. 5/5
- Service: The front desk service was unforgettable. Even though they only operate until midnight (-1 for that), the daytime staff is sooooooo nice! I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff member spoke pretty good English and put in so much effort to help me communicate 😭😭. He even recommended a great restaurant! So... 99/5?
- Facilities: There’s a cozy café space outside where we could work at night. They provide a washing machine, dryer, and hanging space, which is cool (even though I didn’t use them). They also offer a shared refrigerator, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer—BUT no towel (you can rent one for ¥10, by the way). 4/5
Verdict: Definitely one of my ”no-regret” decisions. I will come back again.
**P.S.** If you want to try some traditional food, go for coconut chicken (the portion is huge, so you should go with friends) or 抱罗粉 (Boulou Powder? Not sure what it’s called in English, LOL).

LLalita VExcellent location of the hotel! First coastline. View from the balcony directly to the sea. On the balcony it is very convenient to have tea/coffee, eat fruit and make salads, in short - it is a kind of living room in the open air with a view of the sea, palm trees and sand. You leave the hotel, cross the road and you are on the beach. This is captivating) Please note that the reception in this house is on the 4th (fourth) floor, not on the 1st. For us this was new. By the way, only Chinese live in the hotel, we were the only Russians. And we really liked it. No one bothered anyone with conversations and other alleged socialization. But we were able to immerse ourselves as much as possible in the life and leisure of the Chinese. This was also captivating. The house itself is not new and the interior inside is not very modern, but everything works, everything is clean. The room was small, although the website says 25 sq.m. - this is not true)) But the bed is really big, because The Chinese consider a double bed to be 1.5 m wide - for us, this is too small. On the floor there is a kitchen, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a gas stove, a sink, and some dishes. We only used the refrigerator. Every day we bought fruits, vegetables, yogurts, ham, and other goodies. It was very convenient. In the hall on the floor there is also a huge mirror (full-length) on the wall.
Next to the hotel there is a chain grocery store, which has everything for any request. A few blocks away there is another grocery store of the same chain, but it is twice as big! Deep in the block, on each street there are many different cafes. We found one cafe with a menu in Russian and very friendly owners. Then every day we went only to this cafe, because if the owners tried with the translation, it means that we will be their clients. We tried almost everything from the Chinese menu. An interesting experience. Overall, the location of the hotel is ideal - I recommend it. You can close your eyes to the size of the room))

GGenOhlsonComfortable, lots of light and air, and insane views from the 24th floor. Bed and towels were freshly laundered. Loads of hangers for clothes airing/ drying. Slept like a log until the neighbours had an argument next door the next morning. Water hasn't been routed to the bathroom sink, but the shower right next to it works fine, and the water temperature is adjustable to be hot. The desk staff were direct and helpful, all queries answered and dealt with.
Will definitely come again.
