The sea view is unbeatable. Facilities and cleanliness are decent. Service is average, leaning towards self-service. Overall, it's worth 4.5 stars. **Ambiance:** This is the biggest highlight of the property. 👍🏻 The sea view is fantastic; sitting on the balcony enjoying the scenery is amazing. There's a supermarket nearby that sells fresh produce, about a 500-800 meter walk. While not far, it's not exactly close in the scorching heat. Luckily, delivery services can bring groceries within half an hour. There's also a convenience store in the complex that sells fresh coconuts, which takes care of daily hydration needs. **Cleanliness:** Generally very good. The bedding is clean, odorless, and comfortable. The only two minor issues were quite a few ants around the kitchen sink. Although small and not disgusting, they were annoying. Also, the washing machine didn't come with disinfectant, which was a slight turn-off. **Facilities:** Quite complete, especially the kitchenware, which is very comprehensive, even including knives and forks. However, condiments need to be purchased separately. Two out of the three bedrooms are excellent, easily accommodating two people each. One room is a bit small, and two people might find it a bit cramped. So, overall, I'd say it's perfectly comfortable for five people, and okay for six to seven. There's also a set of sand-digging tools for kids, which is a thoughtful touch. **Service:** Pretty much non-existent. There was only one pack of tissues in the whole place, and no mid-stay services like delivering more tissues or changing towels. However, we only stayed for two or three days, so it was sufficient. But if you have expectations for these services, remember to communicate with the host in advance.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The front desk lady checked me in quickly and even recommended nearby restaurants. The room was incredibly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was incredibly quiet at night, allowing for a deep sleep. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with just the right pressure, and the toiletries smelled fresh. The breakfast was varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. They even gave me a small gift upon check-out, which was so heartwarming! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area; the value for money is excellent, and I highly recommend it!

The environment is very good. My family is very satisfied. The room is large and clean. The community environment is also very good. It is only a 10-minute walk from the beach, which is very convenient. The living facilities in the room are complete and suitable for living. There is a swimming pool outside the house. The scenery is very good. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient. It is very comfortable to live~

The room was spotlessly clean and bright, with a panoramic view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The projector in the room made for a very comfortable evening watching shows. The hot water supply was stable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The staff were warm and attentive, even recommending authentic local eateries in the town. It was a very relaxing stay for a vacation.

I originally booked a garden-view room, but the front desk upgraded me to an 85-square-meter supreme sea-view room for less than 300 a night – incredible value for money! While the facilities aren't brand new, the room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and the bathroom very well-kept. The highlight is definitely the sea view! Being on a high floor, there's nothing obstructing the panoramic view of the ocean and palm trees right when you wake up. The pool and lawn downstairs are also gorgeous. The value is unbeatable; I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 👍

I have mixed feelings about this place. The best part is the location. You are on a main road with many shops, restaurants and bus stops as well as the beach. I also liked the pool despite it being a little too shallow. The view from my balcony was also great. One problem was cleanliness. Never walk around the room barefoot cause your feet will get dirty. It also looked like the crockery and kitchen utensils were not cleaned before I arrived. As you can see some of the utensils were dusty! Hot water was another issue. Obviously you need hot water to properly wash your hands and dirty dishes. However I only had hot water in the shower, not in the kitchen nor bathroom sink. This leads to my next issue which is service. I told the staff about the lack of hot water on the Friday and they said they would fix it at some point during the day while I am out with my friend. I come back at roughly 9pm to find out there is still no hot water. On Saturday morning I remind them to fix it before I go out again, hoping when I return I will have hot water. While I'm at the beach I miss a call from them. Turns out instead of fixing the issue, they want to move me to another room with hot water. When I return from the beach I saw the message and told them I am ready to move to the new room. But they replied saying I was too late and they gave the room to someone else. (If I did take that room, does that mean the other guest would have my room and have to suffer with cold water instead of me?) Instead of taking responsibility for not providing hot water or trying to fix it, the staff tried to blame me and said I can't get hot water cause I was too busy to answer their calls. When I pushed back on that comment their next excuse was that a lack of hot water is a common problem in Hainan? But then they said they would check if there was a free room with hot water the next day (Sunday). However, they never contacted me about that again so I just gave up trying. If they couldn't fix the problem, they could have at least offered me compensation but they didn't. This experience made me feel dismissed and unimportant as a paying guest. To sum up, I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience. If they were to give me a room with hot water in the shower AND in both sinks, that's great. However, I would still have to deal with dirty floors and cookware + tableware. It's definitely not the worst place I've stayed in but regardless it didn't meet my standards so I still wouldn't stay here if I return to Sanya. Disappointing.

This is a huge villa with a huge pool, the rooms are large and amenities are what are advertised. The only disappointment is that the wear and tear are very obvious. It is such a shame as this villa could be amazing. The rooms are neat and clean, although inside a wardrobe there was mould and a missing clothing rail. Also cleaning of the outside spaces wasn’t great. There was also a room full of junk in the basement rooms, it made it feel like the villa was used for a dumping space, not a space prepared for paying guests to stay. The staff however, were amazing! So helpful and happy to come and sort out any issue straight away. Thank you to all the staff, you were lovely! We really did like our time at this villa as we are only a small family and would come again just for the pool and the lovely staff.

I highly recommend this sea-view apartment hotel. To put it simply, it's a two-bedroom, one-living room setup where you can cook your own meals and do laundry. The facilities are comprehensive, making you feel like you've bought a large sea-view apartment in Sanya. Every time I returned from the beach, it felt like coming home. The kitchen is separate, and the bathroom has instant hot water. Each room has air conditioning. It's super close to the beach, making it very convenient for dining and strolling around, as well as shopping for groceries. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. From the open-air balcony, you get a 270-degree view, with Dadonghai to the left and the city's neon-lit high-rises to the right. The overall soundproofing is good, and I'm very satisfied. The apartment hotel owner is also very welcoming; you can ask him for directions if you're renting a car and exploring the area.

I kept cancelling room stay at Sanya Hua'erxi previously as I am afraid of encountering typhoons. My original plan was to stay at this hotel on 23 August 2025 but I cancelled the room stay because the typhoon shut Sanya down on 24 August 2025 and the high-speed train company informed me that there is no train service between Sanya and Haikou on 24 August. So, two days before I checked-in on 20 September 2025, I decided to re-book the fourth level room at Sanya Hua'erxi after knowing another typhoon will not hit Sanya and Hainan on 21 September 2025. I thank receptionist Xiao Fang for arranging the room that faces Sanya Phoenix Airport runway. The airport is beautiful at night and during sunrise. The bed is comfortable. The toiletries are sufficient although there is no razor. I am very happy that I manage to spot planes on the rooftop and in the room. There are no dog barks and cock crows after the typhoon. The plane noise is bearable although ear bugs are available in the room. I was the only guest to eat complimentary breakfast, a bowl of noodles without any fruit. The place to eat appears to be smaller that what is depicted on Trip.com. There are only two rows of tables and the drinks dispenser machine after the hotel entrance. Sanya Hua'erxi (华尔汐酒店), formerly known as Hua'erxi Beauty Inn (华尔汐美宿), is of ten minutes' taxi ride from Sanya Phoenix Airport. It is located very near to Hinze Hotel. One-way taxi fare from the airport to this hotel costs 24.90 RMB. The hotel does not have its own shuttle van for return airport transfers. The transfers are by private car. Late check-out until 2 pm is not allowed but the guest can still go up to the roof for plane-spotting until 4 pm after storing the luggage at the reception desk. The rooftop is only open when the guest requests Xiao Fang and other receptionist to open the rooftop. There are no official opening hours of the rooftop. There are no lamp posts along Fenghuang Road. It is advisable to only walk outside the hotel after 6 am when the sun rises.

Slowly packing my bags, I really appreciated the peaceful and elegant environment here. The water pressure was fantastic, making showers an absolute delight. The staff in the lobby were incredibly attentive, not only friendly but also offering thoughtful service that truly made an impression. Five stars all the way!
