GGuest UserJust by the sea, you can see the sea in the room, the price is cheap, the price is very high, the boss is also very enthusiastic to help us send luggage to the village, the whole is very good, the only small drawback is that the sound of the toilet door is relatively large, I hope the boss can improve it, Otherwise, going to the toilet in the middle of the night will noisy people in the same room.

First off, the room was spotless and incredibly well-equipped – they even had swimming rings and sand-digging tools, not to mention pots, pans, and a nail clipper, all super clean. There's also a swimming pool within the complex. Secondly, the location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to the beach and close to the commercial street, which is really convenient. Lastly, the service was incredibly thoughtful; they contacted us in advance to confirm our arrival time and shared important details. They even gave us a free upgrade to a sea view room, and the ocean view was truly stunning! If I come to Sanya again, I'll definitely choose this place, and I'll recommend it to my friends too.

AAizaad RasidOur family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) from Singapore recently stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate the New Year. As our first trip to China, we were blown away by the beauty of Sanya and the hospitality of this villa.
Exceptional Service & Elderly Friendly
The service was immaculate from start to finish. The complimentary railway station transfer was a lifesaver. The manager, who was also our driver, was incredibly punctual and went above and beyond to assist with our heavy luggage and my grandfather’s wheelchair.
A special mention to our young housekeeper; despite the language barrier, his warmth and professionalism made our check-in effortless. The villa is perfect for multi-generational families—the ground-floor bedroom was ideal for my grandfather’s accessibility.
Fun for the Whole Family
The basement was the highlight of our stay. Our children spent hours learning pool, while the arcade machine in the bedroom brought back great memories for the adults. Outside, the back gate leads directly to the beach. We were right next to the Crowne Plaza, where they have buckets and shovels prepared for kids to share and a kiosk selling a great variety of popsicles to enjoy by the sea.
Location & Travel Tips
Haitang Bay is stunning. It features the world’s largest duty-free mall and arguably the best beaches on the island.
For Muslim Travelers: Halal food is more concentrated in Sanya Bay and Yalong Bay, so plan your meals accordingly if staying in Haitang Bay.
Guest Discounts: Be sure to ask the staff about yacht charters! We enjoyed a great discount on a private boat trip just by staying here.
Weather: For those coming from Southeast Asia, the weather here is perfect in late December—dry, sunny, and very comfortable.
Helpful Notes for Future Guests
Room Layout: The top-floor bedroom has a unique open-bathroom design and no wardrobe. It’s a stylish arrangement, but good to know for privacy planning.
Skin Sensitivity: A few of our family members have very sensitive skin (like eczema) and reacted to the swimming pool water. This is just a note for those with similar skin types, and perhaps something the villa can look into for the future.
The Beach: The waves can be quite strong and the wind can be high, so do check the tides before heading out.
Conclusion
Watching the 1.1 New Year fireworks and drone displays away from the usual crowds was worth every cent. Sanya is a clean, safe, friendly, and beautiful city. This villa is a hidden gem that we would recommend to anyone. We could actually see ourselves living here!

GGuest UserThe room is very clean, the furniture is all solid wood, the bedding and beds are new and very clean, the humidity in the room is moderate and there is no smell. I stayed here for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. There is a Linwang Night Market nearby, and there are many places to eat and sell on the way out, which is very convenient. The most important thing is that the boss and his family are very nice, very enthusiastic and great to chat with. Overall, it’s great. I don’t want to leave. I will stay at Weiwei B&B again when I come to Sanya again.

Upon check-in, you get complimentary coffee and three travel photos. The owner thoughtfully provides hats for guests who love to take pictures, which seems to be their exclusive perk!
This place fulfills all your desires for a vacation, dining, and photography. It's my top recommendation for Sanya!

GGuest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The front desk lady checked me in quickly and even recommended nearby restaurants. The room was incredibly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was incredibly quiet at night, allowing for a deep sleep. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with just the right pressure, and the toiletries smelled fresh. The breakfast was varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. They even gave me a small gift upon check-out, which was so heartwarming! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area; the value for money is excellent, and I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe host is from Northeast China and was incredibly warm and welcoming. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready yet, so he offered to store our luggage in his own room. He then gave us a detailed overview of the local dining and entertainment options – he practically would have carried us to the beach himself! The complex is extremely close to the beach, just about 100 meters from the exit. On our second night, there were mosquitoes in the room and my child got bitten. The owner heard about it the day after we checked out and messaged us on WeChat to check in, even sending a red packet as an apology. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Sanya.

LLaura EI stayed here for 10 days and really enjoyed my time. I was looking for something more personal and less like a resort, and this place was a great choice.
It’s located in Teng Hai, a village with fishing roots. The area has small guesthouses, local restaurants, and a lively night market with plenty of food stalls.
Some rooms face the street, while others overlook a small beach lined with restaurants. The beach isn’t for swimming or sunbathing, but it’s great for a quiet morning or evening walk. The sea-facing rooms are quieter.
Houhai Beach, a popular surf spot, is just a five-minute walk through the village. If you’re looking for calm beaches to swim, other spots in Sanya might be better.
My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with simple and tasteful decor.
Alex, who manages the homestay, was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure I had a good stay. I really appreciated his support.
I’m grateful for the time I spent here.

SSzymmI highly recommend this sea-view apartment hotel. To put it simply, it's a two-bedroom, one-living room setup where you can cook your own meals and do laundry. The facilities are comprehensive, making you feel like you've bought a large sea-view apartment in Sanya. Every time I returned from the beach, it felt like coming home. The kitchen is separate, and the bathroom has instant hot water. Each room has air conditioning. It's super close to the beach, making it very convenient for dining and strolling around, as well as shopping for groceries. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. From the open-air balcony, you get a 270-degree view, with Dadonghai to the left and the city's neon-lit high-rises to the right. The overall soundproofing is good, and I'm very satisfied. The apartment hotel owner is also very welcoming; you can ask him for directions if you're renting a car and exploring the area.
