The room is very clean, the furniture is all solid wood, the bedding and beds are new and very clean, the humidity in the room is moderate and there is no smell. I stayed here for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. There is a Linwang Night Market nearby, and there are many places to eat and sell on the way out, which is very convenient. The most important thing is that the boss and his family are very nice, very enthusiastic and great to chat with. Overall, it’s great. I don’t want to leave. I will stay at Weiwei B&B again when I come to Sanya again.

Transportation was also very convenient; it wasn't long before we got on the bus, allowing us to easily reach various attractions. Staying here felt like staying at a friend's house, and the value for money was exceptional. I'll definitely stay here again!

The host is from Northeast China and was incredibly warm and welcoming. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready yet, so he offered to store our luggage in his own room. He then gave us a detailed overview of the local dining and entertainment options – he practically would have carried us to the beach himself! The complex is extremely close to the beach, just about 100 meters from the exit. On our second night, there were mosquitoes in the room and my child got bitten. The owner heard about it the day after we checked out and messaged us on WeChat to check in, even sending a red packet as an apology. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Sanya.

Some rooms face the street, while others overlook a small beach lined with restaurants. The beach isn’t for swimming or sunbathing, but it’s great for a quiet morning or evening walk. The sea-facing rooms are quieter. Houhai Beach, a popular surf spot, is just a five-minute walk through the village. If you’re looking for calm beaches to swim, other spots in Sanya might be better. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with simple and tasteful decor. Alex, who manages the homestay, was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure I had a good stay. I really appreciated his support. I’m grateful for the time I spent here.

It's super close to the beach, making it very convenient for dining and strolling around, as well as shopping for groceries. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. From the open-air balcony, you get a 270-degree view, with Dadonghai to the left and the city's neon-lit high-rises to the right. The overall soundproofing is good, and I'm very satisfied. The apartment hotel owner is also very welcoming; you can ask him for directions if you're renting a car and exploring the area.
