It’s about a 10-minute walk to restaurants and to the Summer Mall and Winter Mall shopping centers. I can recommend this place for a long and comfortable stay. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was very quiet at night. Downstairs, there's a convenient store and various restaurants, and getting a taxi was easy. The room is very clean, the furniture is all solid wood, the bedding and beds are new and very clean, the humidity in the room is moderate and there is no smell. I stayed here for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. There is a Linwang Night Market nearby, and there are many places to eat and sell on the way out, which is very convenient. The most important thing is that the boss and his family are very nice, very enthusiastic and great to chat with. Overall, it’s great. I don’t want to leave. I will stay at Weiwei B&B again when I come to Sanya again.

This was our first time visiting Tianya Town, and we stayed at this seaview guesthouse for three nights. The surroundings of the guesthouse are fantastic. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. Although there was a small hiccup on the first night, the staff were quick to actively resolve the issue. The room was beautiful, and the sea view was breathtaking. It was very clean, and the facilities were complete and well-equipped. Overall, we were very satisfied and had a very pleasant four-day, three-night stay. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends!

The host is from Northeast China and was incredibly warm and welcoming. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready yet, so he offered to store our luggage in his own room. He then gave us a detailed overview of the local dining and entertainment options – he practically would have carried us to the beach himself! The complex is extremely close to the beach, just about 100 meters from the exit. On our second night, there were mosquitoes in the room and my child got bitten. The owner heard about it the day after we checked out and messaged us on WeChat to check in, even sending a red packet as an apology. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Sanya.

It's super close to the beach, making it very convenient for dining and strolling around, as well as shopping for groceries. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. From the open-air balcony, you get a 270-degree view, with Dadonghai to the left and the city's neon-lit high-rises to the right. The overall soundproofing is good, and I'm very satisfied. The apartment hotel owner is also very welcoming; you can ask him for directions if you're renting a car and exploring the area.
