Facilities: Excellent! Although it's been around for some years, it's incredibly well-maintained, living up to the standards of a luxury hotel group! We stayed in a villa with a massive private pool, and the water quality was spotless! With a total area of nearly 300 square meters, it was truly comfortable – thumbs up! Ambiance: Their own private beach makes watching the sunset a breeze! The Southeast Asian-style garden design means you don't need to fly all the way to places like Bali or Phuket to enjoy the sun, sand, fine wine, and delicious food. Service: We had a professional personal butler who was incredibly responsive to every request. It felt truly comfortable – kudos to the service team! Overall, this spontaneous trip brought so many unexpected delights, and the accommodation was definitely a highlight. We're planning to come back to Sanya next year for another vacation!

Environment: I brought my child here once in mid-May and stayed in a Deluxe Seaview Twin room. It had a full sea view, and the scenery was excellent. The 88-square-meter room was also very spacious. Service: The reason I chose InterContinental again this time is because I think the hotel offers great service, always responding to requests. The mini-train ride is free, and the shuttle bus takes you to the beach. We arrived at 11 AM to check in, stored our luggage, and took the child directly to the indoor playground. Since my child needed a nap, I hoped for an early check-in. At 2 PM, the front desk informed us that a family suite was available on the 7th floor (which was an upgrade from our original room type). Although I still preferred a higher floor with a full sea view, I didn't mind too much, thinking my child could finally take a nap. It actually still had a sea view. Facilities: The hotel opened in 2014. I stayed here at the end of 2015, and back then, it wasn't a family-friendly hotel and didn't have as many activities. At that time, I basically just slept in the hotel every day and rarely went out. Although it's been over ten years now, the in-room facilities are not outdated; classics remain classics.

This trip was for our wedding anniversary, so we booked a two-night stay at Atlantis in a 165 sq. meter luxury suite with a butler and multiple services. From the moment we landed at Sanya Airport until our check-in three days later (at another hotel), our butler, ”Nurse Shark” Fanny, was already in touch, arranging all the experiences for our two days. She made us feel incredibly welcome, first by specifically reserving a luxury suite on the highest floor, the 50th, which was the only room with a bathtub directly facing the ocean. This was a huge surprise for my wife and me, and it became our temporary home for 48 hours. That evening, she arranged a romantic dinner for two at the underwater restaurant, along with flowers, room decorations, and a welcome card, which was very thoughtful. I also separately asked her to help me buy a flower basket and print a card I wrote for my wife. Later, she organized experiences like the C Show and a beluga whale interaction, as well as our luggage arrangements for departure. The hotel itself is fantastic, with many activities; below it are a shopping mall, aquarium, and water park. However, the biggest highlight was still ”Nurse Shark” Fanny's exceptional personalized butler service, which made our wedding anniversary celebration truly outstanding. We will definitely be back and hope to have her service again.

Our stay at Crowne Plaza Sanya Bay Resort during our trip to Sanya was excellent overall. The hotel boasts a prime beachfront location on Sanya Bay's Coconut Dream Corridor, offering easy access to the beach for sunset views. It's also very close to Phoenix International Airport, making early morning or late-night flights hassle-free. The grand European Baroque-style lobby is truly impressive and perfect for photos. The rooms are spacious, and our sea-view room featured a scenic balcony with a bathtub, creating a wonderful ambiance. We could enjoy the ocean view right from our bed, and the sunset over the sea in the evening was absolutely stunning. The bedding was comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, including freshly made Hainanese noodles, and was served until noon, which was great for those who wanted to sleep in. The hotel also has two large outdoor pools and a kids' club, all set within beautiful gardens, making it a very pleasant place for a relaxing vacation. The front desk and concierge staff were warm and attentive, promptly addressing any issues. This hotel is suitable for both couples and families, offering great value for money. It's definitely a top choice when visiting Sanya Bay, and we would consider staying here again!

The Sheraton Hotel is fantastic. The environment is beautiful, the beach is clean, and the pool is great fun. There are plenty of activities for families. The rooms are clean and tidy, and Butler Potato's service was excellent – always responsive to our needs. The hotel's food selection is varied and reasonably priced. We saw geckos and squirrels everywhere. The private beach is uncrowded and picturesque. It's truly a wonderful family-friendly resort. We'll definitely come again.

I brought my grandson to Hainan for the holidays. I used to stay at Marriott frequently, so I chose Marriott again this time. However, after reading some negative reviews, I only booked for one night. As soon as we arrived at the hotel lobby, I was absolutely stunned – it truly lives up to its Marriott name, elegant and grand. Vicky, a lovely young lady at the front desk, greeted us with a smile, explained the benefits included with our room, and recommended the concierge manager to us. Manager Jia was truly attentive to guests and well-managed; she prepared children's amenities for us, and hearing that we missed the executive lounge hours, she arranged another day for us (even though we didn't go, we were very grateful). She also sent fruit, cake, and coconut for the little one. What moved us the most was that our flight was at 8 PM, and she extended our checkout until 5 PM – something no other hotel would easily do, especially during a holiday. We were so fortunate to meet Manager Jia this time. Her extremely thoughtful service, professional and skilled business acumen, and dedicated work attitude towards guests fully demonstrated the hotel's high standard of service and excellent brand image. She truly showed us what 'home away from home' means. We will definitely choose Marriott again next time we visit.

Yalong Bay Mangrove Tree Resort is a well-established five-star hotel with a strong Balinese tropical vibe, offering an immersive island vacation experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the beach, with direct access by foot. The open-air, sea-and-sky-integrated lobby bar offers expansive views. Sitting there, enjoying the sea breeze and gazing at the clear blue ocean and sky, truly enhances the ambiance. Although it's been open for a while, the overall facilities are well-maintained. The lush gardens are beautiful, with a new picturesque scene at every turn, making strolls around the resort leisurely and therapeutic. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, providing a high level of comfort. The staff are attentive and polite, making the entire stay very pleasant. If you're looking for a slow-paced, relaxing holiday in Yalong Bay, this place is highly recommended. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Sanya!

Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. It’s worth noting that the hotel caters primarily to Russian tourists, so much of the signage, tours and information are aimed at Russian guests. As an English speaker, this sometimes made things a little more difficult, but it didn’t stop me from enjoying my holiday. When I arrived, I had a couple of issues with my room. The hot tub took over an hour to fill, and the water wouldn’t stay warm while it was running, so I wasn’t really able to enjoy it. The charging ports in the room also weren’t working, although the hotel kindly provided me with an adapter, which solved that problem. Unfortunately, the hot tub issue was never resolved. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of food each morning. The swimming pool was also lovely—warm, clean and a great place to relax. My biggest concern was the fish spa. I initially thought seeing a dead fish was just a one-off, but I noticed dead fish in the spa every day during my stay. That made me question how well the spa was being maintained, and I hope the hotel looks into this. The staff were always kind, polite and helpful, and despite the few issues, I had a lovely stay overall. With a little more attention to maintenance, particularly in the fish spa and the hot tub, this hotel would be even better.

This hotel boasts an excellent location right on the beach, with no road separating it from the sand. You can even see the ocean from the hotel pool, making it a great value option among the beachfront hotels in the area. The only minor drawback is that the hotel's decor is a bit dated, but it has all the necessary facilities. It's a shame not all areas of the pool were open, which lessened the fun. On the positive side, the hotel's breakfast was impressive, with more variety and better taste than what I've experienced at some Hilton hotels.

I absolutely have to give a shout-out to Ella, the butler at Wanda Realm! To be honest, the room facilities are a bit dated; you can definitely see the age in the bathroom and furniture. But that didn't detract from our experience at all, because the butler service was simply outstanding! From adding her on WeChat to communicate our needs during check-in, to receiving daily thoughtful weather and activity reminders, every request was met with a prompt response. The butler even specially delivered a fresh fruit platter to our room. And at check-out, she had prepared Hainan specialty souvenirs. The attention to detail was incredible, making us feel truly valued and pampered. Moreover, the hotel's outdoor environment is absolutely stunning! The sand on the beach is as fine as flour, the seawater is crystal clear, and every photo you take looks like a wallpaper. The complimentary travel photoshoot was an even bigger surprise; the photographer patiently guided our poses, and the results were simply amazing. We ended up buying a package of over twenty photos, which was far better than any roadside photographer – why even bother with a bicycle when you have a luxury car? (a Chinese idiom meaning 'why settle for less when you can have the best') Honestly, I truly believe that without the dedicated efforts of these high-quality professionals, this hotel would struggle to operate so smoothly. The hardware might be old, but the warmth of the people makes up for it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values service experience!
