Facilities: Excellent! Although it's been around for some years, it's incredibly well-maintained, living up to the standards of a luxury hotel group! We stayed in a villa with a massive private pool, and the water quality was spotless! With a total area of nearly 300 square meters, it was truly comfortable – thumbs up! Ambiance: Their own private beach makes watching the sunset a breeze! The Southeast Asian-style garden design means you don't need to fly all the way to places like Bali or Phuket to enjoy the sun, sand, fine wine, and delicious food. Service: We had a professional personal butler who was incredibly responsive to every request. It felt truly comfortable – kudos to the service team! Overall, this spontaneous trip brought so many unexpected delights, and the accommodation was definitely a highlight. We're planning to come back to Sanya next year for another vacation!

I've been to Yalong Bay many times, but this was my first stay at The St. Regis, and it was a spontaneous trip. 1. Hotel Environment: Entering the hotel, there's a lovely tree-lined path. The hotel lobby and common areas are of a very high standard. The layout is well-planned, there's abundant greenery, and the signage is clear – even someone as directionally challenged as me could find their way around. 2. Hotel Service: From check-in to meeting our butler, everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Our butler, Yuki, was an absolute sweetheart; her dimples were adorable. I tend to have a lot of requests, but when I arrived, everything had already been taken care of. Yuki checked in on us daily; I barely even used the room phone – if I needed anything, Yuki was there. Judy Fu, who cleaned our room, replenished supplies and tidied up promptly every day. The weather was hot, and her care was very thoughtful. 3. Hotel Dining: Since we were rarely around at mealtimes, we mostly ordered room service. The food at the Chinese restaurant was delicious, with a great variety of dishes. I had planned to eat there again for lunch but didn't get the chance; I'll definitely go back next time. 4. Hotel Facilities: The hotel has its own pier, and there are so many activities available. They also have go-karts and a rainbow slide, perfect for enjoying when the sun isn't too strong. I really loved my room, especially the bathroom – everything was so well-designed and spacious. I dislike cramped layouts. In summary: A few days weren't enough; I definitely need to go back!

Pleasantly surprised! I'd seen some reviews online mentioning the hotel being a bit dated, but after checking in, I found that wasn't the case at all. The service was excellent, the hotel is huge, and since I checked in during a quieter period, many facilities were practically all ours if we woke up early. The villa room was very spacious. Due to its age, there were some signs of normal wear and tear, but it was far from run-down; you could still see the quality. My favorite part was the private pool – after a day out, it was lovely to relax and swim with my family. It's a bit further from the beach than hotels right on the coast, but the shuttle bus takes you to the intersection. Shuttles run every twenty minutes from there, and you just need to cross the road and follow the path to the beach, so it was still quite convenient.

Environment: This is a villa area, and the accommodation environment is quite good. For dining, you need to contact the butler, who will arrange an electric cart to take you to the lobby. From there, you can take a taxi to nearby places like Joy City. The interior of the house is excellent. We stayed in a three-bedroom unit. The house features an internal elevator. The second floor has a dining room, a bedroom, a living room, a maid's room, and a bathroom. The first floor boasts a large master bedroom, a slightly smaller bedroom, and another living room. The first floor also has direct access to a swimming pool and hot spring. Overall, it's very suitable for a family vacation or a group of friends. The accommodation conditions are excellent.

My overall experience at the Wuzhizhou Island Coral Hotel was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located, the check-in process on the island was smooth, getting around the island was easy, and the dining facilities were comprehensive, making meals very convenient. Upon arrival, the concierge staff proactively greeted us, thoughtfully helped with our luggage, and provided appropriate and courteous service. During check-in, the front desk staff was patient and meticulous, answering all our questions thoroughly. They also objectively recommended activities and local delicacies based on the island's actual conditions, offering practical travel advice. The restaurant service was impressive; the staff were warm, attentive, and responsive, making for a comfortable dining experience. All staff members provided professional and warm service without being overly formal, consistently demonstrating excellent service etiquette. The island environment is beautiful, and staying at the hotel allows you to avoid the daytime crowds and enjoy tranquil island time. Whether for a relaxing vacation or an island adventure, Coral Hotel is a top choice, and I will prioritize staying here again if I return to Wuzhizhou.

Room: I highly recommend the standalone villa with a private pool. It has its own courtyard, and the sliding door from the balcony opens directly to the pool. The bathroom window overlooks a patio with greenery, making for a superb living environment. The bathroom is very spacious with a double vanity, perfect for two people to get ready simultaneously. Breakfast: Served until 12 PM, with both buffet and à la carte options. This is ideal for families with kids who like to sleep in during summer vacation, allowing for a late brunch after waking up. Environment: The hotel has extensive green areas. It was a short walk from our room (8831) to the beach. The public swimming pool was closed for use during our stay, so if your room doesn't have a pool, you'd need to go to the Rihwa side. Surroundings: Getting to Rihwa by golf cart is very convenient. Next to it is the Wanda Cinema, where we caught ”Odyssey” and ”Eight Immortals” two days in a row (wouldn't have time to watch these if we weren't on vacation!).

No need to worry about passersby disturbing you while swimming or relaxing here, making it perfect for couples on their honeymoon or families traveling together. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk directly to Yalong Bay Beach, and it's also a short taxi ride to the commercial street in Baihuagu. The park shuttle is on-call, so you don't have to walk around the property. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, and the room service is incredibly attentive. The hotel facilities are comprehensive: the Lakeside Western Restaurant offers stunning views, and the breakfast buffet has a rich variety, including Chinese, Western, and local Hainanese snacks. There's also a public infinity pool, a gym, and a Thai SPA – you could easily spend all day at the hotel and not want to leave. Today, the staff provided gentle and thoughtful service, responding promptly and quickly addressing our needs. If you're looking for a quiet, private resort villa with its own pool, this is the place to book without hesitation! The complimentary travel photoshoot was excellent; I had trouble choosing because there were so many good options. The photographer was great at guiding our poses, so we didn't feel awkward in front of the camera. The candid shots were natural and lively, no stiff posing required, and the original photos had great quality. The best part was the photo selection process – absolutely no hard selling or pressure to buy more photos. The communication was comfortable and stress-free. There were various packages to choose from across two projects, so you could pick what suited your needs and budget. The entire shoot yesterday was relaxed and unhurried, suitable for couples, families, or friends. Staying in a villa and getting a resort photoshoot done at the same time is convenient and produces great pictures. If you're on vacation and want to create lasting memories, go for it!

The hotel's location in Xiaodonghai is great. While it's an older property, the facilities are well-maintained, and the rooms exceeded my expectations. It offers good value for money. During holidays, getting to the city center can be slow due to traffic from Luhuitou. I hope the hotel improves its pool management; it's currently subpar. People were in the pool without swim caps and even wearing shoes, which makes you wonder about the water quality. On the plus side, access to the beach is very convenient and close, perfect for families with children. However, Xiaodonghai has many underwater rocks, making it a bit uncomfortable to swim from the shore. The concierge service was excellent – very friendly and proactive in helping with luggage. Also, the breakfast was delicious with good quality offerings, including fresh juice. Overall, it was a good value stay, and I hope the hotel addresses the areas for improvement.

The room was very spacious, which my two-and-a-half-year-old, who loves to run around, absolutely loved. Right outside, there are indoor and outdoor kids' play areas, and the beach is just a short walk away, where my baby had a blast digging in the sand. I was so lucky that the front desk upgraded me to a three-bedroom apartment on the first floor. My mom and husband really enjoyed having tea at the large coffee table in the living room, and the balcony was very convenient for drying clothes. **Facilities:** They are a bit old, which is understandable given the age of the place, but it doesn't affect their usability. **Cleanliness:** Very good. I was particularly pleased that there was no damp smell, even on the first floor. **Service:** The service was truly excellent. The front desk staff were wonderful, and the concierge always helped open car doors and carry luggage. The cleaning ladies were very diligent and thorough, and the restaurant staff were also very friendly.
