整體體驗非常好，所有工作人員態度都很好，尤其是辦理入住和退房的前台小姐姐EVA，真的非常貼心。在複雜的入住辦理之餘，還幫我介紹了三亞好玩的地方。因為房間需要等位，還幫我們升了下房型，讓我們早早進入了午休。
設施：房間設施很齊全，泳池太爽了，和女朋友瘋狂跳水，玩好了就上岸洗澡 yyds
衞生：衞生整體還不錯，但確實酒店略老，問題不大，入住體驗已經很 nice 了

房間超級美，很方便孩子玩水，晚上可以泡沙灘，來了五天刷了三家酒店，這家最滿意，時間不趕，孩子們可以開心的玩水，不玩了下午日落時去沙灘，床也很大很舒服，管家徐一鳴Max服務很到位，時刻在關心我們的需求，幫我們解決遇到的問題，下次還會再來，繼續入住。

不是託！真心評價！朋友推薦鉑爾曼住進來的，所有人員的服務態度都巨棒！每一瞬間都跟回家一樣，有求必應！隨叫隨到！搬運行李，幫助照顧孩子！房間乾淨整潔，清理及時！尤其是我們房間的服務經理張楠，貼心照顧我們全家！所有的需求都能及時滿足！不管什麼時候有需求，鉑爾曼的每一個人都能及時迴應！順帶説一嘴，鉑爾曼的自助餐真的好棒，一家老小的口味都能照顧到！以後來三亞遊玩的話，鉑爾曼是首選！

都是獨棟別墅，出行隨時可以叫接駁車，來的都挺快，房間的泳池也很乾凈，設施完善，還有單獨的廚房和游泳沖洗的地方，整體綠化做的都很好，拍照蠻出片的，服務經理張楠很熱情，有什麼需求和問題都能及時解決，下次還可以來體驗一下

酒店給免費升級了泰式別墅，房間面積很大，很乾凈寬敞明亮，很安靜，私密性也很好，房間精心佈置了生日驚喜，還送了蛋糕，看的出酒店很用心。別墅泳池的水很清澈，孩子玩的很開心。前台服務態度特別好，很滿意的一次入住，很贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
