鉑爾曼是雅高旗下的酒店，自帶法式浪漫。前後來三亞20多次了，海棠灣，亞龍灣，三亞灣三個灣都住過，最貴的住過艾迪遜，最便宜的住過京海假日，縱觀三亞灣，可以説鉑爾曼是三亞灣最好的酒店了，沒有之一。先説説優點:1酒店的主要功能就是住的舒適，乾淨，安靜，是最重要的，酒店的房間仔細看過了，一根頭髮都沒有，確實打掃的細緻，還提供全蕎麥枕，適合喜歡矮枕頭的客人。2服務到位，管家VIVI一直全程服務，還幫忙升級了房型，必須點贊，本來定的雙床房，vivi幫忙升級了行政套的大床，非常感謝。臨走還送了小禮物，玩偶小熊非常精緻。3各類設施齊全，自助晚餐BBQ非常有氛圍感，中餐廳有粵菜海南菜，水療價格非常實在，沒有任何虛高。遊樂廳各類遊戲機很齊全。4去海邊通過公路，有電梯方便通行，這比國光豪生要好多了，豪生衹有樓梯。5行政酒廊景色不錯，餐品也比較細緻。下邊説説可以改進的方向:1客廳沙發的配色是不是可以換成淺色，感覺不太温馨，和卧室統一起來就好。2早餐是不是可以增加一些中式菜品，感覺偏西式較多。不過可以理解，俄國客人太多了，拍張照片都以為在國外了。

首先説一下結論，這個行政樓層附帶的happy hour可以完全無視。出品非常差，除了有一些飲料、水果。熱菜衹有一個炒麪，還有一些炸薯條、炸洋葱圈，有點寒酸。關鍵樓梯上來看到標價是228，還是非常不能理解的。
除此之外，酒店確實年紀上面大了點，然後可能是靠近三亞灣的關係，老外還是比較多的。入住當天2點到達酒店，還是沒有房間，兩間房間到手基本上要4點了。提前一天有人聯繫問幾點到達酒店，但是在告知的時間段到達，也沒有拿到房間，其實還挺不理解的，這個電話不是有點多餘嗎？
比較好的是酒店的常温泳池，水温還是可以的。然後有一個酒店專屬的過街通道，可以去到三亞灣。而且上下都是電梯，非常適合有帶老年人和小孩的朋友們出行

房間還可以，衞生也可以，環境很好，工作人員態度都很友好。vivi 管家的服務也很好，提前安排了小朋友遊玩的項目，離海邊也很近，步行幾分鐘就到了，唯一有點不太好的是6歲小朋友早餐還要付費，還是第一次遇到小朋友需要付費早餐😭希望這個不太友好的點可以取消～哈哈哈～

預訂前有酒店人員提前溝通到店時間和要求，並有管家加微信持續服務，我的管家是Vivi
當天到的比較早還沒空房寄存完後就直接出去晃悠了，到了下午兩點半左右管家Vivi直接幫忙升級了行政海景房入住（還送了水果），無敵海景！13樓正對大海，走上陽台的那一刻，兩天的週末躺平爽到！
雖然房間設施確實老舊了（譬如電視，還有陽台欄桿風吹日曬啥的），但衞生個人覺得還是可以的，客房服務人員態度也很好，酒店環境也很棒，該有的都有。
Check out的時候還送了個小熊（本來正好在吊娃娃機那猶豫要不要釣個玩玩的，也很驚喜了）
整體而言：設施不新，衞生ok，環境很好，服務很棒，管家服務也很貼心，感謝Vivi的幫忙升級和房間挑選，正對大海的景色真的很棒，這次躺平很舒服！
PS：如果陽台能有個躺椅就很好了

到三亞入住的第一家酒店，環境乾淨衞生，管家服務態度超好，在樓上就能看到大海，樓下有地下通道直接就可以到椰夢長廊太棒啦，在海邊躺椅上躺着吹吹海風看看風景真不錯，酒店還有提供浴巾和墊子超棒，走的時候管家還給申請了小禮物超喜歡。

酒店服務非常好，房間衞生也不錯，酒店公區環境優美，有直達沙灘的地下通道，自帶的淘氣堡也很大，孩子很喜歡。
酒店還贈送了旅拍，拍拍島旅拍服務很好，拍照技術也很棒，拍出來的照片非常喜歡，好評！
