酒店設施很全環境超美，還有自己的沙灘温泉超級舒服，水果店的芒果炒雞好吃！賓客管家董煥細心周到，很早就開始對接入住事宜，整個入住體驗都非常順利開心！

酒店很大，管家董煥人很好，一路帶路回房間，並耐心介紹酒店，入住期間管家也一直耐心負責，有問題都能及時反饋解決。整個酒店有好多棟客房，也有温泉和泳池、私人沙灘，不過浪大有離岸流不讓下海游泳。酒店房間很大，海景房視野比較好，不過整體裝修風格稍微有點老，可能是十多年前的了老。早餐也算豐富，整體不錯

三亞旅遊淡季，不錯的酒店，這個季節人不多，園林特別大，整體就是東南亞風格的一個酒店，酒店的大堂也很氣派，三樓還有超市蠻方便的，設施設備整體齊全，衞生乾淨舒適，很棒，另外酒店的泳池很大，是個無邊泳池，還有特色的温泉，自己酒店的話也配備了沙灘，晚上海邊散散步很浪漫我覺得挺不錯的，另外管家小哥黃董煥在店期間服務熱情周到，有機會還會再來的~非常滿意

海棠灣性價比很高的一個酒店 房間設施很齊全 衞生乾淨整潔 早晨自助餐無比豐盛 酒店風景很不錯 應有盡有 無邊泳池 私人沙灘 温泉 游泳都有工作人員時刻看着 安全性很高 當然了工作人員也很nice 尤其管家黃顯佳小哥服務熱情周到 超級有耐心 有管家的幫忙真是少走了很多彎路 下次來海棠灣還要定這家 性價比之王
