"It was already past midnight when we checked in. Although the front desk attendant looked exhausted, he was still very professional and provided excellent service. Perhaps noticing I had a child and it was so late, he mentioned there was a school nearby and, fearing it might disturb our rest, upgraded us to a villa. While the room was a bit further from the entrance, the hotel has special shuttle buggies. Just contact the front desk, and someone will be sent to pick you up immediately – virtually no waiting, which is super convenient! The room was impeccably clean. On our first full day, we left a bit late, and the cleaning lady even knocked to ask if we needed service and what time would be best. When we returned in the evening, the room was already spotless! The room was also very spacious, and the wet and dry areas were perfectly separated. The toilet and shower rooms were in separate spaces, not affecting each other, a layout I've rarely seen! The overall hotel environment is fantastic; my child said it felt like an estate. Plus, the hotel has a pool and even provides swim rings, a real treat for anyone who loves swimming! Although the hotel isn't beachfront, it's not far from Dadonghai – a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute electric scooter ride. It's also very close to 'Big Pineapple' (a local landmark/mall), so the location is absolutely superb! Overall, I was extremely satisfied; the value for money is off the charts. Highly recommend!"

"This time, I brought my child for a vacation at the Sanya Tiancheng Bellmont Seaview Hotel, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. The environment, location, and the services we received, including those purchased and complimentary, made for an extremely satisfying experience. The service was 100% perfect! As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a doorman proactively greeted us and helped with our luggage – excellent attention to detail. The lobby is spacious, bright, and boasts a high-end, tasteful decor that's both understated and luxurious. Check-in was bustling, with quite a few foreign tourists, giving it a very international vibe. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to Phoenix Island, and within walking distance of popular attractions like the First Seafood Market and Coconut Dream Corridor. Shopping, dining, entertainment, and transportation are all conveniently accessible in one spot, so there's no need to rush around. The most delightful surprise was the hotel's thoughtful upgrade: our original booking for a 180° Deluxe Seaview Twin Room was directly upgraded to a higher floor 180° Premier Seaview Twin Room for free, effectively doubling our view! I must commend the front desk lady, WENDY, for her warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. Not only did she give us 4 drink vouchers and a welcome fruit basket, but knowing we were traveling with a child, she also provided extra breakfast vouchers. She even thoughtfully provided a full set of children's amenities, including shampoo, shower gel, and toothbrushes. She also proactively recommended the super popular Jin Ye Xian Sheng Coconut Chicken nearby and helped us make a reservation, which even came with a complimentary Hainanese Qingshanliang dessert! The room's amenities were incredibly practical: the bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and a double vanity design meant there was plenty of space for the whole family. Sliding open the balcony door revealed an unbeatable 180° seaview, with Phoenix Island and Luhuitou in the distance – truly a panoramic feast for the eyes. Watching the sunset over Sanya Bay from here in the evening was absolutely stunning. The balcony also features a bathtub, which is a dream come true for those who love to soak while enjoying the ocean view. Breakfast was also a highlight, served from 7 AM to 12 PM, offering ample time. There were Chinese dishes, various French pastries, and a wide variety of fruits. The welcome benefits were also incredibly generous: free entry for one adult and one child to the 5000㎡ Bellmont Kids' Club, a godsend for families with children; exclusive travel photography; complimentary drinks from the mini-bar on the first day; two non-alcoholic special drinks at the UpView Stardust Sky Lounge & Bar, and many more benefits that I won't list individually – I encourage everyone to experience them firsthand during their stay. All in all, the overall experience was perfect. The service was impeccable, the facilities were top-notch, and the location was unbeatable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation in Sanya Bay – you can't go wrong with this choice!"

"The location is fantastic, right next to Haiyue Plaza, and Sanya Bay Beach is directly across from the hotel. The hotel opened last year, so the facilities are very new, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They offer a breakfast buffet and self-service laundry with drying facilities. The balcony makes it super convenient for drying clothes. There's also an electric scooter rental shop right in the hotel courtyard, and you can even book directly through them – so convenient!"

"I came here on a friend's recommendation, and I wasn't disappointed. The sea view is fantastic, and it's great value for money, especially with the friendly off-season prices. There are many room types to choose from, making it suitable for both families and couples. The outdoor pool directly faces the ocean, and having a bathtub on the balcony where you can soak and enjoy the sea view is a real treat. You can easily walk or take a shuttle to the yacht marina and the beach, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves is a perfect experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

The room was meticulously cleaned, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The staff at the front desk, especially Xiao Wen, were very gentle and efficient with check-in. They patiently answered all my questions. The facilities were comprehensive; hot water supply was stable, and the soundproofing was good – I barely heard any noise from the hallway. The location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby. It offers great value for money, and I found absolutely no downsides. "I had a short but fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, and I loved the convenience of the smart lighting and curtain controls. The soundproofing was excellent too. Being right next to Joy City means all my dining and shopping needs were covered. The high-altitude breakfast was a great start to every day, and the 24/7 front desk service was incredibly attentive. It's perfect for both short and long stays. Plus, it's super close to the Bailu Stadium, which was really convenient for catching a show."

"The room offers an amazing ocean view, perfect for watching both sunrise and sunset. But the real highlight is the pool – it's a massive 1000 square meters! What you see from upstairs is only half of it; the other half is on the opposite side of the building, truly enormous. Transportation is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Food delivery comes right to your door, and there are shops downstairs for easy purchases. It's also not far from the Xiamen Night Market. Highly recommend!"
