The room cleanliness was acceptable, basic amenities were all there, and the air conditioning worked fine. The staff were polite, and the check-in/out process was smooth. The hotel environment has a tropical resort vibe, and you can stroll through the grounds when you have free time. However, there were a few minor issues: the air near the sea makes rooms a bit humid, and the soundproofing is average, so you occasionally hear noise from the hallway. The breakfast selection was standard, and you might need to queue during peak hours. Overall, it met my expectations for the price point – no major surprises, but no significant disappointments either. If you're not overly particular about accommodation and need a place for a short trip or a brief vacation, it's worth considering. I'd recommend opting for a higher floor for a better experience."

"The hotel room was large and spacious, centrally located in Sanya for easy access to all attractions. Transportation was convenient, with Coconut Dream Corridor and a commercial street right outside. The reception staff were attentive and helpful, providing 24-hour assistance with travel issues. I originally planned to stay a few days and move on, but ended up extending my stay for the entire trip. It was indeed convenient and comfortable. Enjoying a drink and a cigarette on the terrace at night, listening to the sound of the waves and feeling the sea breeze... it's truly a great place."

"Tucked away at the very end of a complex of buildings, you'll need to keep walking past where Gaode Maps says the navigation ends. It's quite a workout! However, the hotel environment is lovely and very resort-like. The front desk upgraded us to a villa king room, which was one unit in a two-story standalone building. Downstairs, there's a common area for relaxation and entertainment, making it quite suitable for company team-building events. The room was still very new and comfortable, and they even provided fruit. There's also a pool in the common area. For just over 200 RMB, this place is incredible value for money."

"The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, within easy reach of Coconut Dream Corridor Beach and Xianmang Night Market. There is a bus stop downstairs, and ride-hailing is very convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy with excellent lighting and ventilation, giving off a warm vibe. Best of all, disposable face towels and bath towels are provided at such an affordable rate for great hygiene. The soft bed linens make for a really restful sleep! The front desk staff are friendly and thoughtful. Check-in is efficient without delays, and they respond to requests right away. This place offers unbeatable value for money. I will choose this hotel again on my next trip to Sanya and highly recommend it!"

"I came here on a friend's recommendation, and I wasn't disappointed. The sea view is fantastic, and it's great value for money, especially with the friendly off-season prices. There are many room types to choose from, making it suitable for both families and couples. The outdoor pool directly faces the ocean, and having a bathtub on the balcony where you can soak and enjoy the sea view is a real treat. You can easily walk or take a shuttle to the yacht marina and the beach, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves is a perfect experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"My stay at the Dongrong Guest International Hotel far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is ideally located halfway up the mountain, offering a serene and quiet environment. The grounds are lush with various tropical plants, and the bougainvillea on the back hill makes for stunning photos. The rooms feature a simple yet elegant Chinese style, with abundant natural light and impeccable cleanliness, ensuring a very comfortable stay. I must particularly commend Huang Mei at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and friendly, patiently and meticulously explaining everything, whether I was asking about the pool, shuttle bus schedules, or local tour routes. The hotel boasts two pools – an infinity pool and a heated one – both with crystal clear water. There's also a regular shuttle bus service directly to Dadonghai Beach, making travel convenient and effortless. The overall facilities are excellent, and the atmosphere is relaxing and therapeutic, making it perfect for family or solo vacations. It offers great value for money, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Sanya."

"First off, the room was very new, with a wet/dry separated bathroom, and the color scheme was very comfortable – I was really pleased with that, as I dislike hotels with dark, dim color palettes. The balcony had a drying rack, which was super convenient for hanging swimsuits and such. When we checked in, I asked the butler, Bill, for a children's breakfast, and he promptly helped arrange it without any hesitation. This friendly attitude, focusing on customer satisfaction, was great. Later, when I had questions for Bill, his responses were always timely, effective, and warm. We also received some local Hainanese snacks upon check-in; the coconut crisps were incredibly delicious. I found the breakfast quite rich as well; the pandan tarts were tasty, and so was the rice noodle soup. Secondly, the infinity pool on the 17th floor was very photogenic, although it was a bit sunny during the day. It got a bit crowded in the evening, but we went for a swim both day and night 😆. Finally, regarding the issue of small bugs mentioned online, I didn't see any. It's true that a small part of the room balcony faced a construction site, but a large side view was ocean-facing, and you couldn't see the construction site when taking photos from my room. Moreover, the balcony's sliding door was quite soundproof; you could barely hear outside noises inside the room. Only after opening it did I realize how lively the beach bar across the way was. Right across the road from the hotel is a section of Coconut Dream Corridor's Haihong Plaza. It was very crowded, being a public beach, but the sunset was indeed beautiful. The Manny Bar nearby had a fire dance show at 8 PM, which was quite entertaining, and you could even participate in holding torches. Getting back to the hotel afterward was very convenient, just a two-minute walk across the road. The location is really good. The hotel's recommended Qiongshu Qingbuliang (sweet soup) was incredibly delicious; we ordered it two nights in a row. We rode a scooter to the nearby Diandian Coconut Chicken for dinner. Honestly, the coconut chicken was good, but the 178 half-chicken hotpot base felt a bit pricey. After we raised this, the staff were still very kind, explaining the upbringing of Wenchang chicken and even offering us dried mangoes. These were pretty much all our activities during our one-and-a-half-day stay at Voco. It was simply too hot during the day, so we mostly stayed in the room, gazing at the sea and relaxing 😂. Today, we're moving to Yalong Bay to experience a different style of hotel stay."

"The room was great! I originally booked a queen room, but the owner saw there were two of us and upgraded us to a king-sized twin room. The natural light was excellent, and the view from the window was beautiful. Here, every corner reflects the owner's thoughtful touches, and every breeze carries a story. Whether you're returning from afar or setting off on a new journey, there's always a light here, shining just for you."

"The hotel is located in a residential area, the room is located on the 8th floor, two bedrooms, one living room, one bathroom and one kitchen, and there is also a laundry room and a small bedroom (tatami-style, many people can also live). The surrounding facilities of the hotel are mature, the transportation is convenient, the hotel supermarket is available, and there is a farmer's market within a few minutes' walk. There is a stove to not cook (the hotel butler requires, there is no cooking guy). The hotel is more convenient to drive from various attractions. Parking in the underground garage. According to the hotel butler's guidelines, there is no private parking space with a brand parking space for parking. The ceiling is 10 yuan a day. The re-billing is 2 yuan per hour. The hotel butler is warm and attentive. Stayed for 3 days, it seems that there is no waiter to clean, the garbage is thrown by yourself, a little home feeling. The overall evaluation is satisfactory."
