"We loooved this hotel! Amazing room, great pool. The Thai restaurant was fabulous and so was the singer who was there belting out English classics. The WeChat communication method was so easy and they were always very fast to pick you up in the carts. The hotel is great for getting to the park activities early. Breakfast was so delicious. All the staff were so helpful and where needed had a translation app to assist, so we had no issues being English speakers. The western restaurant dinner service is average compared to everything else the hotel offers."

All our daily needs, from extra amenities to assistance with booking hotel activities and even last-minute requests, were handled quickly and efficiently. Everything was addressed thoroughly with almost no delays or waiting. When we decided to extend our stay for an extra day, even though it was a different room type, she still managed to coordinate for us to stay in our original room – truly thinking of the guests' needs. 3. **Thoughtful Treats for the Little Ones**: She was exceptionally considerate and remembered the children. There was always a lovely lady in a qipao in the lobby who would give out candies and special local snacks. My child was thrilled every time they received a treat, which became a delightful surprise during our vacation. The hotel itself truly lives up to its reputation as a top-tier family resort in Yalong Bay. Compared to the older facilities at Tianyu and MGM, Hualuxe has everything: a park, swimming pools, and a full range of parent-child activities. Coupled with Rosie's meticulous service, our entire trip was relaxing, worry-free, and flawless. I highly recommend it for families with children."

"Hotel location is very good (close to the first market night market), the apartment is very good, the room is on the 26th floor, the sea view is wide, you can see the sunset and sunset, and you can give a variety of drinks every day. Step out of the room, and there's a pool with water so clear it looks like jelly – perfect for photos. Our room type had direct access to a private pool, so no crowds. We spent our days lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and our evenings watching the sunset by the sea. The evening breeze carried the scent of coconut – pure bliss! The hotel's public areas are also beautifully designed, with thatched roofs and white buildings; every shot looks like something out of an Instagram magazine. Service was incredibly thoughtful too; they were never intrusive but always available when needed. It's truly perfect for couples or friends looking for a getaway. You don't have to travel far to get that same island chill vibe. I'd definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Sanya!"

"Facilities: The hotel facilities are excellent. It has a fridge, washing machine, microwave, and a fully equipped kitchen. There's a large bathtub on the balcony – perfect for a romantic soak while enjoying the sea view. The two-bedroom suite is spacious enough for several suitcases, and kids will love it too. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff are very diligent. The room was spotless, with no hidden dirty spots, allowing us to relax completely after a day out. Environment: As shown in the pictures, it's 'facing the sea, with spring blossoms.' Step onto the balcony and you're right by the ocean. Atlantis Hotel is just a 5-minute walk away, where you can buy tickets for their attractions and enjoy their saffron breakfast daily (they close at 11 AM, which starts your day off perfectly). The duty-free shop is just a few minutes' drive away, or a 10-yuan taxi ride. Shopping all day and then coming back to relax was wonderful. Service: The owner is incredibly welcoming and allowed us a late check-out until 2 PM. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sanya."

"This hotel apartment in Sanya exceeded my expectations; we stayed for five nights, and having a rented car made getting around super convenient. Just a heads-up, parking at the hotel costs 30 yuan per day. It saved us the hassle of switching accommodations daily. The butler team was incredibly warm and responsible. They contacted us even before our arrival with detailed hotel location info and explained the room facilities thoroughly, making us feel right at home. The hotel is located in Haitang Bay, in the same area as Atlantis. From Phoenix Airport, after picking up our rental car at Parking Lot 2, it was about a 40-minute drive to the hotel. We arrived around 1 PM and drove straight to the nearby Nanhai Guanyin scenic area. After exploring, we headed to Wanghao Supermarket on the B1 level of Jiyang Joy City (free parking) to stock up on essentials like disposable cutlery, eggs, fruits, drinks, and bottled water. On our last day, we bought some local specialties there, and the supermarket staff even helped us pack them up. The Linwang area near the hotel is very close and has a commercial center with plenty of restaurants like KFC, Pizza Hut, and local specialties like Yes Xiaoji. Most of our food deliveries from the hotel came from this commercial center, delivered to the express locker on the first floor of Building 2 for self-pickup. For fresh seafood, the Linwang Farmers' Market, about a 10-15 minute drive and closing at 10 PM, is a great option. You can buy fresh seafood there, and some vendors will cook it for you for a processing fee of 15 yuan per dish. It's incredibly fresh and affordable. Wuzhizhou Island is also very close, less than a 20-minute drive from the hotel, and definitely worth a visit. The hotel is very close to the beach; just a few minutes' walk from the first floor along a tropical path will get you there. Remember to buy slippers at the supermarket beforehand. Our hotel room was a two-bedroom unit, and the living room sofa could be converted into a bed. The room had an induction cooker, a refrigerator, and a washing machine, making it perfect for families with elderly parents or children. If you don't want to make breakfast yourself, there's a buffet breakfast on the first floor of Building 3 for 65 yuan per person (children half price). We tried it for two days, and the experience was just okay. I'd recommend buying groceries at the supermarket and making your own breakfast for better hygiene and health. Atlantis is also very close to the hotel, within walking distance. The duty-free shop is very near, about a ten-minute drive. If you plan to shop, I highly recommend focusing on this international duty-free city; it's huge, spread across three zones and a second phase, with new arrivals daily. The Haitang Bay Duty-Free store near Sanya Eternal Love in the city center is also large, but I personally didn't find much there. The duty-free shops at T1/2 of the airport are worth a quick look, but don't expect too much. If your return flight is from T3, I advise against visiting the T1/2 duty-free shops, as it's a 20-minute walk one way. Finally, a big shout-out to the hotel's butlers for their enthusiastic service! Their WeChat profile pictures are in the first image! Next time I stay, remember to upgrade my room type!"

"The location of the guesthouse is fantastic. It's just 50 meters from the water, and there are bars, restaurants, and supermarkets all nearby. There are also plenty of water sports options, including chartering a boat to go crabbing in the open sea. Surprisingly, the guesthouse even has an elevator. There's a coffee bar in the lobby with hot and cold drinks to choose from. The staff are very welcoming, introducing the scenic spots and helping us plan our trip. The bedding is clean and tidy, and the pillows and mattress are just the right firmness. The pillows, in particular, are perfect for me. After a day of fun, taking a hot shower and lying in bed looking at the sea is pure bliss. Oh, and there's a laundry room too, which is very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"Open the curtains and you'll see the sea across from you. It's very close to Tianya Town, Tianya Haijiao, and Xidao Island. The room has a courtyard and a good environment. Although I only stayed for two nights, the pace of life here is very slow. I enjoyed the sea breeze and the fragrance of coconuts and the sea. The boss is also very nice and will respond to any requests. I hope to come to Sanya again next time."
