"I've stayed here many times. The rooms at Tang'an are starting to show their age. In comparison, this hotel has the newest rooms, in the best condition, and is very well-maintained. The in-room amenities and supplies are also top-notch, easily on par with a star-rated hotel. The butler service is excellent and incredibly responsive to all requests. Check-in and check-out are handled very efficiently and thoughtfully, never wasting our time. The cleanliness is also quite good, though there's always room for a little improvement if possible. Overall, this is a reliable apartment hotel, and my stay was very comfortable."

"This hotel is truly comfortable 😌 I stayed in Sanya for several days, and the hotels I stayed in were all different from the pictures online—the bedding was stiff and uncomfortable, making me hesitant to book hotels anymore. Luckily, I found this one. Only this hotel had incredibly comfortable bedding, a fairly large room, and they even thoughtfully did my laundry. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sanya. The curtains even have smart technology, which is great. The front desk staff were also very nice and polite, unlike other hotels where they don't even greet you. So, I have to give it a good review. The only downside is the price—it's a bit too expensive for me."

"The service was excellent, and the sea view was amazing! I stayed with my parents, but I'd especially recommend it for families with young children because of the many parent-child activities available. Of course, the weather plays a big role. The Holiday Inn behind focuses on families and value for money, while this hotel (Huayi) emphasizes a high-end experience and an even better sea view – particularly their butler service. From before check-in and throughout your stay, a dedicated butler is directly available to answer questions and resolve any issues, elevating the service quality to the highest level. I had various large and small problems, from changing room types to transitional arrangements, and my butler, Abby Xiaoman, handled everything perfectly."

"Super satisfied! The pool is beautiful and there were lots of people enjoying it. The room was clean and spacious, and the Baoluo noodles for breakfast were delicious 😋. What I was most satisfied with was the hotel's seafood processing service. The pricing was reasonable, and the salt and pepper mantis shrimp was absolutely amazing! One night, I came back late after the chef had already left, but they still rushed back to help me process the seafood. The service was absolutely fantastic, always accommodating. Everyone should come and stay here!"

"This stay was absolutely amazing! The room had a wabi-sabi inspired design, with wooden beams and concrete floors that created a really stylish atmosphere. The bunk beds were perfect for group travel, and once you sank into the beanbag chair, you really didn't want to get up. The room was incredibly spacious, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Both the bedding and toiletries were high quality. I felt so comfortable and at ease here. It's definitely a B&B I'd visit again and again!"

"The restaurant is nicely decorated, and the rooms have projectors, making it quite comfortable to watch videos while lying down. There are many restaurants nearby, including seafood hot pot. Transportation is very convenient; it's near Democracy Square, so it's always busy and easy to get around. The hygiene is also quite good, and the service is quite nice."

"Beautiful view from the 17th floor to the sea, Atlantis is right next door, you can live in the apartments (and cook on the stove for an extra fee) and go to Atlantis. The sea is a 10-minute walk in the heat, you can't swim, there is no fenced area in the sea. There is a small store in the 2nd building (dairy department, fruits, cucumbers and tomatoes, chips, noodles, eggs and household chemicals). There is no good supermarket nearby and no cafe either. For dinner, only in the Atlantis restaurants, there are 6 restaurants. If you go to the Atlantis water park, there is also good food inside at a reasonable price (burgers, fries, chicken ..). The apartments have their own good pool. They check you in quickly. They clean every day. The furniture is not new, but for such a price it is normal. The linen is clean, the pillows and blankets are good. Water is given for free. For those who understand supermarket food delivery, no problem, there are boxes on the 1st floor."

"Facilities: The hotel facilities are excellent. It has a fridge, washing machine, microwave, and a fully equipped kitchen. There's a large bathtub on the balcony – perfect for a romantic soak while enjoying the sea view. The two-bedroom suite is spacious enough for several suitcases, and kids will love it too. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff are very diligent. The room was spotless, with no hidden dirty spots, allowing us to relax completely after a day out. Environment: As shown in the pictures, it's 'facing the sea, with spring blossoms.' Step onto the balcony and you're right by the ocean. Atlantis Hotel is just a 5-minute walk away, where you can buy tickets for their attractions and enjoy their saffron breakfast daily (they close at 11 AM, which starts your day off perfectly). The duty-free shop is just a few minutes' drive away, or a 10-yuan taxi ride. Shopping all day and then coming back to relax was wonderful. Service: The owner is incredibly welcoming and allowed us a late check-out until 2 PM. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sanya."
