大清早房間裏看到兩次蟑螂🪳
給客服打電話，前半段談退房就聽得見，當我反映房間有蟑螂的問題時就開始回覆喂喂電話信號不好聽不清聽得見嗎之類的糊弄話，之後就把電話掛了。然後又重新打了個電話回來做解釋。希望你們要麼提高電話信號換個電話，要麼提高服務質量換個客服。體驗很不好，不會再來了。

非常滿意，緊挨着亞特蘭蒂斯，去亞特和蜈支洲都很近，服務一流，環境設施一流，本來定兩晚然後去三亞灣，後來又多續住一晚，下次來三亞還來這泡酒店

跟朋友出來玩，很滿意這個房間。原本明天搬到隔壁樓上的酒店，前台服務很熱情，我們就繼續續住了。衞生也不錯 看海非常棒 樓下泳池隨便玩。下次來推薦朋友 贊贊贊

帶娃錯峯遊海南，定這個房間果然很方便，夠大，設施齊全，每天孩子玩水玩沙換三套衣服，洗洗涮涮曬曬都不影響。
選的3號高樓層23層，陽台直接可以看到海，早上日出雖然不是正前方但是看的到也很美，
樓下就是游泳池，孩子每天玩水挖沙子或者去隔壁的亞特看水族館，很舒心的度假享受。
本來定了四天再換不同的酒店，媳婦兒覺得這個很不錯就果斷又續訂三天。來了個七天樂

酒店周邊交通便利餐飲豐富可以嚐到當地特色美食，酒店離海邊、海灘也很近，海灘也很乾凈沙子細膩，可以看到貝殼，海邊也有躺椅，酒店設施齊全，，園區綠化非常棒，泳池玩樂也很多，泳池邊也有沙發休息區，是很好的體驗
