Facilities: The room facilities are generally new with minimal signs of use, and the actual room matches the pictures and videos shown. Cleanliness: Quite good; clean and tidy for a guesthouse. Toiletries are all disposable, which is reassuring for those concerned about the hygiene of guesthouse linens. Environment: The overall environment is elegant, located in a scenic area, nestled against the mountains, and the surrounding environment is relatively quiet. Service: The owner is very welcoming and proactively offers assistance with any problems encountered during the trip. They provide maps and route planning for every guest, which is a great feature.

I made a last-minute decision to go to Danxia Mountain and saw that I had booked Yunsu Hotel 8 years ago, but I hadn't called the owner to make a reservation beforehand. The owner told us to stay at Firefly Hotel instead. Back then, Firefly Hotel had just opened, and the walls and room facilities were relatively new, so it was alright. 8 years later, when I booked Firefly again, it was much older and more worn out. Water was constantly dripping from the air conditioner at the door, and the sheets seemed unwashed; they were quite itchy. The only redeeming quality was the price.

The host family are super nice, friendly and helpful. They were interested to talk with you and help you figure out your plans. Location is super convenient it’s just a 15 minute walk. Unfortunately, it’s outside of parking area and cannot park Hello bike in front of hotel, so you need to park back to the tourist entrance and walk back to the hotel. They’re willing to upgrade my room and give me a bigger room. There are two washing machine on rooftop and drying rack.  A lot of uncles are sitting in the living room and smoking, so a lot of time you can smell the cigarettes 

The environment is super good, living on the upper floor, and seeing the sunrise 🌅, it is so beautiful, I will choose here next time.

I like the location of this hotel very much. It is right in the Danxia Mountain Scenic Area. You can see the mountain from the door and the parking lot is free. More than 190 yuan is quite affordable compared to other B&B hotels, and the owner is also very enthusiastic when greeting guests. The bed and toilet are also very clean, which is good

The river-view rooms offer direct views of Elder Peak, and there's a pier right outside. It's very close to the entrance of Yangyuan Mountain Scenic Area, a 10-minute walk to the viewing platform, or even faster by shuttle bus. The cable car entrance is a bit further, a 15-minute walk. The main gate of the scenic area is a 20-minute walk; you can take a taxi or wait for the free scenic area bus.

The proprietress was very enthusiastic and provided attentive service. The room was clean and tidy. She personally took us to the town to buy local specialties, which were inexpensive and good quality. They were better and cheaper than the local specialties near the scenic area. I give it a thumbs up!

The room was spacious and clean, with good water pressure and sufficient heat. The air conditioning and heating were very effective in the cold winter, and it was quiet enough to fall asleep easily. The owner and his family were very welcoming and friendly! The recommended route was very useful! It's super convenient, just around the corner from the mountain gate! Highly recommended!

There's a breakfast place (No. 9 Restaurant) just a one-minute walk from the hotel and at the street corner. The beef noodles and wontons are delicious, and most importantly, there are no flies! But avoid the IKEA restaurant – swarms of flies buzzing around and nobody seems to care. I ordered delivery, and I got diarrhea the next day.
