Very Good
KkiyokenThe rooms are spacious and clean. If you're not careful, small ants will appear. The staff are polite and helpful. The rooftop pool and restaurant bar have a great view. I think this is a very good hotel.

JJulia031089Good things:
1. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, we didn’t have any problem with them
2. The room was spacious, bed sheets clean but super worn-out
3. Enough towels in the bathroom and they were clean, although not soft and had a strong smell of detergent
4. Breakfast by the pool at the rooftop was our favorite thing🤩 I especially liked the strawberry jam- yummy!!!
5. There’s a free basement parking for hotel guests
Bad things:
1. TERRIBLY DIRTY bathroom. It looked like nobody cleaned it. I have photos but I’m not sure if it’s appropriate to post them here. There was hair in the sink and the toilet bowl looked disgusting. For me, cleanliness is THE MOST IMPORTANT part. If a hotel is not clean, I’m not going to stay there again even if they are super nice and the food is delicious. No, thanks.
P.S. When I called the reception to complain about the bathroom, they did offer me to change the room. But since I already unpacked and didn’t want to waste my time packing and unpacking again, I asked if they could send someone to clean and disinfect the bathroom which they did, so we were able to use it

GGuest UserService totally out is like the don't know what they gonna do... They kind of trouble in so many ways but they have atleast 4 reception in front but the way they did their Job kind of out for me. We have called the customer service for what bathroom matt they came too late we have to call atleast 2-3 for them to bring it..

AAnonymous UserI booked this hotel as a special gift to celebrate my sister’s graduation, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. She had worked so hard to reach this milestone, and I wanted to give her a relaxing, memorable experience. From the moment she arrived, she was impressed by the warm hospitality, beautiful décor, and comfortable accommodations. The staff made her feel welcomed and valued, and the amenities exceeded her expectations. She especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and excellent service. It was exactly the kind of getaway she needed after her studies, and she truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture.
