"Nice check in from Aica and Camille on reception. Great rate and they looked after me by giving me a preferred room. The room was comfortable and big enough for a long term stay. It has a fridge, kettle, coffee, water , toiletries. Rose and Cherry replenish these every day, when they make up your room. They are so consistant and always friendly. Super clean, no bugs here. In the bar/restaurant you will find: Lyka, Elvie, Lizette, Joy and sometimes the Big Boss Len. All treat you as a valued customer and really add to your stay. Finland looks after maintenance including the main centre piece, the swimming pool. The whole operation gives off a great vibe and is well run. Perfect location too. Anyway, will keep going back to The Bavarian. Possible enhancements: I think they could give a welcome drink when you check in, and it would be great if the sold the Philippines best beer - Beer Na Beer."

"I booked one of the higher-category rooms — a Premier Deluxe with a jacuzzi and balcony — but unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing. The shower in the washroom was leaking, there were ants all over the floor from the entrance to the balcony, and even a spider on the wall. The bath shower nozzles were loose and spraying water in different directions. I paid a higher price mainly for the jacuzzi, but it wasn’t working. I called the reception for housekeeping; the staff came and tried to turn it on but couldn’t. Then he called someone from maintenance, who checked it, but after a while, both of them left and it still wasn’t fixed. I stayed there for two nights but couldn’t use the jacuzzi at all, even though I paid extra for it."

"The location is a little difficult to find. The room is small. Is this price acceptable? There is a pool and restaurant. There was live music on Saturday night, and I was able to relax in the restaurant. They also had all-you-can-eat samgyeosal. You are not allowed to bring your own food, but there are no convenience stores nearby, and the prices for cooking beer are cheap and reasonable. I didn't have time to get a massage, so I couldn't do it. It has a pool and seems to be popular with families. Breakfast was plentiful."

"The desk wasn't wiped clean. The air conditioning unit is hot and needs to be replaced as it's old; it seems like it's just been patched up to work, but honestly, it's not cooling properly. It definitely needs an upgrade. They should also provide basic amenities like soap. The towels could be whiter and less worn out. The bed linens are good, but I wish they smelled fresher. The security guard was quick to help and always smiling; very attentive."
