"Great location, within walking distance to the pedestrian street. I really loved it here. Though the space isn't huge, the overall environment is beautiful and clean. We even got a welcome drink during check-in. We opted for the breakfast package, and the portions were generous. The staff are warm, hospitable, and friendly, and the security guard was very helpful. I'll definitely bring my family and friends back here if I get the chance."

"My stay at Pacific Breeze was good but the facility is starting to show it's age. To get hot water (actually never hot) to my shower I had to run the water for approximately 10 minutes before the "warm water" arrived. The water pressure was very poor which exasperated the whole shower experience. I did like my room and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. I chose to use the hotel for my laundry service, and it was quite expensive, but I could have used an outside service so that is on me. I will say on a very positive note that the staff was exceptional and professional. Another issue, but not of a serious nature, was the fact that the hotel provided an appliance to heat water, and a cup for making coffee but did not provide any coffee or tea bags in the room. These items are provided at most hotels as a complementary item for it's guest's and there was none provided. I would believe the cost of these items would be minimal, so it was somewhat disappointing. I would probably not stay at this hotel again."

"During my 3-night stay, the towels were never replaced even once. They claimed the hotel was remodeled this year, but the bathroom was absolutely terrible. There are no electrical outlets next to the bed, so you cannot use your phone while it's charging. On top of that, they demanded 1,000 pesos claiming a soap dispenser—which I didn't even use—was broken. When I refused to pay, they threatened to call the police. My flight was approaching, and I paid them out of sheer disgust, so I am writing this post. In front of the hotel, there is always standing water, presumably from sewage flowing out from somewhere, making it impossible to walk properly. If anyone is considering booking this hotel, I think it would be wise to read my post at least once and look for a different hotel. I had a flight to catch, so I just paid the money out of pure disgust and am writing this review now. Also, there is always stagnant water in front of the hotel, seemingly from a sewage leak, making it almost impossible to walk properly. If anyone is considering booking this hotel, please read my review and do yourself a favor by looking for another place."
