3-Star Hotels in Angeles

Location is very good. Looks clean and beautiful but if you check detaily, smjust so so. In the Shower booth, the shower head is too much dirty. And no small shower hose and head. Its not venient. Guard and door man are very kind, but other employees are always serious face and no smile, looks like doesnt want to work. Insude room, only 2 towels, how 2 adult use only 2 towels, use again again again? It was terrible. I saw first time to supply only 2 towelsin the hotel. Also garbage trash can also only 1 in the cr. No trash can in the room. And free supply soup is too much small. Really terrible. There are no interphone in ther room. This hotel looks not ready to business perfectly. Good point is spacious room, good location, swimming pool, fitness and free pocket ball and pretty led light.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Check-in was fast and easy, and they explained everything clearly. The room looked neat and smelled fresh. The bed was soft and comfortable, so I was able to rest well. The aircon worked properly and the WiFi connection was good too. I also liked that the bathroom was very clean and complete with basic things we needed. The food was good and there were many choices during breakfast. The hotel also had a relaxing atmosphere which made the stay more enjoyable. The staff were always polite and quick to help whenever we needed something. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything felt smooth and stress-free. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to others looking for a nice and comfortable place to stay.

The hotel postcode took me to the rear of the hotel, bear in mind this hotel is in the middle of nowhere, you cannot get into the hotel from there so I had to drive another 5 miles to get to the access road to the hotel. The hotel is ok but could do with a makeover and a bit more signage to get you to your room if you have been allocated a room in one of the other buildings in the hotel grounds.

It was a good hotel since their towels are clean and bedding are so near. The only problem is.. it's very noisy. Customer service is very good. Staffs are very accommodating. The family room is really nice for family members.

Everything about my stay was great. The front desk and room service were super efficient. The only minor downside is the location – it's a bit tucked away. It would be perfect if it were just in an alley, rather than an alley *within* an alley. Also, I really wish the older building had an elevator. Sometimes after a night out and a few drinks, climbing those stairs completely sobers me up, haha. However, the new building is excellent with an elevator, and all the facilities look great. I'd definitely recommend staying here. For this area, it offers incredible value for money, truly second to none.

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

The place is quite old but still clean and nice. Will surely come back to this place. We stayed here overnight coz we had a fun run to attend near to this hotel.

For the price, the room was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. The only downsides were that the shower didn't have hot water and there wasn't a convenience store nearby.

I expected worse because it was very affordable but it exceeded my expectation. The room was huge, the bed was soft and clean. The bathroom was okay. If you're just having a layover, it's perfect.

I had a very pleasant stay at Ritz Hotel Angeles and overall, I was satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, accommodating, and responsive to requests. They were easy to approach whenever I needed assistance, which made the stay much more convenient and comfortable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It provided a relaxing place to rest after a long day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and pleasant. I also appreciated that the room had the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping and hotel staff were attentive, and any requests or concerns were handled efficiently. One of the things I appreciated most was the hotel’s convenient location in Angeles City. It was easy to get around the area, and transportation was readily available whenever needed. This made the hotel particularly convenient for business travelers, as well as guests who may have meetings, appointments, or other activities around Angeles and Clark. There are also various establishments within the surrounding area, making it easy to find dining and other necessities. The staff contributed greatly to the positive experience. They were courteous, professional, and willing to assist whenever needed. Good customer service can make a big difference during a hotel stay, and I appreciated how approachable and helpful the team was throughout my visit. The hotel also offers good value for its location and overall service. It is a practical choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and accessible place to stay in Angeles City without unnecessary complications. Overall, I had a smooth and enjoyable experience at Ritz Hotel Angeles. The combination of accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, convenient location, and easy access to transportation made the stay worthwhile.
