GGuest UserMy second stay in a month, I love the staff, location, and amenities. With the room....you get what you pay for. My first trip her the room I had was awesome. However, my room on this trip was not good! Tv needs replaced, loose tiles on the floor, sheets, towels all need replaced. The shower head cloged. Loud bar music can be heard while laying in bed... so it pays to upgrade to one of the rooms they actually care about.
Over the hotel is awesome! It's not the staffs fault the owner is responsible for the material conditions of the rooms. Yes, I will stay again. Just remember to upgrade away from the basic room.

MMartin Z61The hotel is famous for its perfect location in the middle of all actions and a nice bar with view on the swimming pool. My only criticism is that for my room there was hot water coming only after 5 long minutes of letting the shower on.

DdocjoymacWe had a wonderful stay at this cozy, homelike hotel. My husband and I attended a 3-day convention at SMX Clark and brought our 2 teenagers along. The 2 bedroom suite was just right for us. The hotel has a courteous and friendly staff. Requests were addressed promptly. Wifi was fast.
The pool was small but just enough for the 4 of us.
One negative issue was the microwave which we had to clean throughly because of food debris left from the previous occupants. There is no elevator and might be hard for those who have knee problems. The location is quite shady but this is ok because we brought our own car and Grab was always available.

GGuest UserIt’s okay. Microwave and phones not working. The grease trap smells every time we use the sink and the foul smell will fill the room and we need to spray or open the door. We stayed for 5 days, i just noticed that the staff walking by the hallway is quite noisy when they’re passing. I talked to the front desk about this and they acknowledged.

The Pro's: Customer service was great from the start, from the doormen to the front desk receptionist and the bartender/waitress. Hotel lobby, restaurant, and the rooms are clean.
The Cons: The problems I had on my first room was that the room a/c was blowing cold air on my 1st day only, and my fridge didn't turn ON when I plug it into the outlet. No microwave. Bad smell was coming from from the drain pipe in the restroom. The 4th day I moved into a different room with GREAT a/c unit. Now that room has no fridge, leaking water fixture below the restroom sink, no microwave, and the room was close to the road so you hear all the loud noises from morning till 9 or 10pm. I hope the management change the windows to soundproof the noise out. It didn't really disturb me since I just put my earphones in and listen to music.
Overall, great price and great customer service. Management just need to fix some appliances and plumbing issues.

UurunawaygirlI expected worse because it was very affordable but it exceeded my expectation. The room was huge, the bed was soft and clean. The bathroom was okay. If you're just having a layover, it's perfect.
