The room was massive, and the huge projector was a really unique touch. All the tech-assisted features gave it a super modern feel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful; they contacted me early to confirm my check-in time and arrangements, and even offered to help with my luggage. The views from both the front and back of the room were picturesque and beautifully designed. The complimentary fruit and snacks were a nice bonus too.

My stay at the Poly International Hot Spring Hotel's King Room was absolutely perfect! The service was attentive throughout: the front desk staff were warm and efficient, greeting guests and checking us in quickly. Room service was prompt and responsive to our needs, and we even received complimentary fresh fruit upon arrival – such thoughtful touches. The package included unlimited access to the hot springs for two, featuring deep natural spring water and a variety of indoor and outdoor pools with different benefits (like herbal baths and petal pools). After a soak, my skin felt smooth, and all my fatigue melted away. The breakfast spread was extensive, a great mix of Western and Chinese options, including local specialties, and everything tasted delicious.

This Hilton hotel is absolutely fantastic! The facilities are top-notch, and the service is incredibly attentive and thoughtful. A special thank you to Ms. Li Zhouyu at the front desk for her warm and helpful service. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Guiyang.

Thanks for the wonderful stay at the end of March 2026. After a long trip through Guizhou we were absolutely delighted about the room and the services at the Holiday Inn Resort Qingyan. Breakfast offers all sorts of food, the chefs are very welcoming and offer a broad variety of soup, vegetables, bakery, cereals...whatever you wish it will be there. Don't miss the large and elegant swimming pool. Very relaxing after all the walks in Qingyan Ancient Town. The walk to the Ancient Town is very short, it leads you along the fields where farmers grow their products. Nice walk!! Just across the main Hotel entrance you will find a small shop with everything you may need - food and non-food Don't miss the close monastery with the tall pagoda! It's more than worth to see one Temple building after another surrounded by wonderful nature. All in all the Holiday Inn Resort gave us an unforgettable and relaxing time! Thanks to all Service personal, we don't know all names but would like also to mention great support by Vivian, Elena, Mia and Leo Li, who organized cheap and quick transfer to Guiyang. We will definitely come back one day!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. I was debating between this and Guizhou Hotel for ages, but I'm so glad I chose this one. The front desk service is excellent, they were able to accommodate all my requests. The room facilities are very new and definitely live up to five-star standards. The metro station is right outside the door, but the best part is how close it is to Qianling Park. My main goal this trip was to see the monkeys, and the market at the park entrance is also great for exploring, with lots of delicious food and super cheap fruit which I bought to feed the monkeys. A special shout-out to the uncle at the parking lot entrance, he was very friendly and helped direct parking.

The front desk service was absolutely fantastic, from check-in to check-out, they were warm and attentive, making me feel incredibly welcomed. The hotel also offers a thoughtful shuttle service to and from the station, so transportation was completely stress-free. The room was spacious and clean, with great amenities, and I had a wonderful night's sleep. My overall experience exceeded expectations, and I will definitely choose Junyue Hotel again next time I'm in Guiyang. Highly recommend it to all fellow travelers!

After a long search, this hotel didn't disappoint. The lobby was clean, spacious, and bright. The front desk offered complimentary tea and coffee. As soon as I got out of the car, staff came to help with my luggage; the service was impeccable and incredibly welcoming! They were always responsive and helpful in resolving any issues. The receptionist was also very attentive and helpful, showing me to my room. The room was large, clean, and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable, making video conferencing a breeze. It looked very comfortable. The room seemed relatively new, as the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Our family of three stayed at Qingyan Wenfan Zhuangyuan Courtyard, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff were warm and attentive, and the hotel's ambiance was serene and secluded, offering a peaceful escape from the bustling town. Every corner was picture-perfect. In the evening, we explored the ancient town with lanterns, which our child absolutely loved. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, especially the rice noodles – so silky and flavorful, I wanted another bowl! The overall atmosphere is ideal for photos; its ancient charm makes every shot a winner. Highly recommended for family vacations or romantic getaways. It's a real gem that we'd definitely love to revisit! 🏮📸🍜

Having previously stayed at Anantara hotels in Thailand and been very impressed, I specifically chose to book one of the only two Anantara properties in China for the end of my Guizhou trip. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, with a lovely staggered layout and an abundance of greenery. We were upgraded to a panoramic king room with an excellent view. There were also plenty of activities for children, especially the ethnic costume photoshoot. This was a lifesaver, as my rebellious son, who usually hates having his picture taken, ended up looking very handsome! The bonfire sunset ceremony in the evening was also a lot of fun. A big thank you to Miss Apple for her service; she added me on WeChat beforehand to discuss our needs and kept us informed about all the hotel activities. When we were in a rush to check out, she even handled all the post-departure billing for us. Anantara truly put a perfect end to our Guizhou journey!

The hotel service was excellent. As soon as I entered, the concierge proactively helped me with my luggage and escorted it all the way to my room, explaining the hotel facilities and recommending local dishes along the way. They even helped me mail some local specialties I had purchased. The hotel lobby is very well-designed with beautiful floor patterns and local ethnic decorations. The entire lobby is very bright and clean.
