JJuny JomkanI had a wonderful stay here. The service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was very clean, and even more spacious than I expected from the photos.
Everything I needed was provided, making the stay super comfortable. I especially loved the relaxing atmosphere, with plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the natural surroundings.
There was also a cute dog welcoming guests, which made the experience even more charming!
I’d definitely come back and stay here again next time.

GGuest UserI've stayed at a few Hampton by Hiltons during my trip to Guiyang, and this one was by far the best! The room was incredibly clean, and you could tell they paid attention to every detail. The staff were all super friendly! Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were so warm, patient, and always happy to help. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Guiyang.

GGuest UserMy overall experience at the Hyatt Regency Guiyang was absolutely top-notch. The environment perfectly blends modern luxury with traditional Guizhou ethnic charm. The lobby is spacious and grand, adorned with Miao and Dong totems everywhere you look, and there's even a simulated waterfall landscape outdoors, offering a wonderfully peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The cleanliness was impeccable; the guest rooms were spotless, the bedding soft and pristine, and the bathroom was perfectly dry-wet separated with no odors whatsoever. The public areas were also consistently tidy. Christina's service was thoughtful and attentive, and the front desk handled check-in efficiently and quickly. The staff provided smiling service throughout, and any requests were promptly addressed. The facilities were comprehensive and excellent, including a temperature-controlled swimming pool and a well-equipped gym, making for an incredibly comfortable stay.

After a long trip through Guizhou we were absolutely delighted about the room and the services at the Holiday Inn Resort Qingyan.
Breakfast offers all sorts of food, the chefs are very welcoming and offer a broad variety of soup, vegetables, bakery, cereals...whatever you wish it will be there.
Don't miss the large and elegant swimming pool.
Very relaxing after all the walks in Qingyan Ancient Town.
The walk to the Ancient Town is very short, it leads you along the fields where farmers grow their products.
Nice walk!!
Just across the main Hotel entrance you will find a small shop with everything you may need - food and non-food
Don't miss the close monastery with the tall pagoda!
It's more than worth to see one Temple building after another surrounded by wonderful nature.
All in all the Holiday Inn Resort gave us an unforgettable and relaxing time!
Thanks to all Service personal, we don't know all names but would like also to mention great support by Vivian, Elena, Mia and Leo Li, who organized cheap and quick transfer to Guiyang.
We will definitely come back one day!

MM314000****After a long search, this hotel didn't disappoint. The lobby was clean, spacious, and bright. The front desk offered complimentary tea and coffee. As soon as I got out of the car, staff came to help with my luggage; the service was impeccable and incredibly welcoming! They were always responsive and helpful in resolving any issues. The receptionist was also very attentive and helpful, showing me to my room. The room was large, clean, and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable, making video conferencing a breeze. It looked very comfortable. The room seemed relatively new, as the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The guest rooms are expansive, each with its own private balcony offering scenic views. The staff members were all incredibly courteous, especially Xiao Han. Highly recommend!

QQingjiaowomrsyangThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. I was debating between this and Guizhou Hotel for ages, but I'm so glad I chose this one. The front desk service is excellent, they were able to accommodate all my requests. The room facilities are very new and definitely live up to five-star standards. The metro station is right outside the door, but the best part is how close it is to Qianling Park. My main goal this trip was to see the monkeys, and the market at the park entrance is also great for exploring, with lots of delicious food and super cheap fruit which I bought to feed the monkeys. A special shout-out to the uncle at the parking lot entrance, he was very friendly and helped direct parking.

EemiliciousI chose to stay at this hotel, billed as the 'cheapest Anantara,' but my overall experience was, frankly, below expectations. For the price, I could have found a newer, more comfortable five-star hotel right in the city center.
First, let's talk about the service. During check-in, the front desk staff's attitude wasn't bad, but it lacked the warmth and welcoming vibe one expects from a resort. There were quite a few smokers congregated in the balcony area connected to the lobby, and I noticed the smell of smoke from the moment I checked in, which definitely impacted the overall experience.
I understand that the hotel is older, but the cleanliness of the guest rooms definitely needs improvement. Beyond just making the bed and changing towels, the general cleaning was subpar. There was noticeable dust on the desks and the floor wasn't cleaned properly.
The gym was quite a disappointment. It's small, has poor lighting, and a limited number of machines. If you have a regular workout routine, it might not meet your needs. The children's play center also felt quite dated, which didn't really align with the hotel's positioning as a family-friendly resort. I had planned to let my child enjoy the outdoor pool, but it wasn't open during our stay. The indoor pool was quite crowded on the weekend, though it became significantly less busy after the Sunday check-out rush, making for a much more comfortable experience.
The breakfast, which we added on, was pretty average overall. Neither the taste nor the presentation met my expectations, and it felt rather ordinary compared to the hotel's supposed standing.
Of course, there were some positive aspects to this stay. Since we booked for two nights, we received an upgrade benefit for consecutive stays, and the hotel upgraded our room type, which was a pleasant surprise.
The complimentary travel photo shoot included in the package actually turned out to be the biggest surprise of our stay. My child and I experienced a Miao ethnic costume shoot. While the costumes cost an extra ¥10 per set, there were many options, and the clothes were clean and odorless, which was acceptable. The entire changing and shooting process took less than half an hour, but the photographer was very professional. Not only were the photos great, but they also patiently guided our poses. My child was very engaged throughout and even wanted to take the costumes home afterward. Although the package only included three retouched photos, we ended up purchasing more.
The hotel's location is relatively remote, but surprisingly, there's a wide selection of delivery food available nearby. Delivery times were a bit longer, but the barbecue and iced drinks we ordered were both delicious, which somewhat made up for the inconvenience of the location.
Overall, this hotel's hardware facilities clearly show their age, and there's significant room for improvement in some maintenance and service details. The brand itself is appealing, but if you have high expectations for accommodation quality, facilities, and the resort experience, I personally don't think the overall value for money is very high at the moment.

AAnonymous UserWhile Guanshanhu is a newer district with fewer tourist attractions and famous restaurants compared to the main city, the hotel consistently maintains its high standards. The room also offered a great view. Guanshanhu Park is conveniently located nearby, perfect for a leisurely stroll. Though Hongjie Night Market is also an option, Fuzhou Road, directly across from the hotel, actually boasts a wider variety of dining options. The lamb noodles at Yangxiaozi, in particular, are highly recommended.

Rhea provided thoughtful and attentive service, the room was clean and comfortable, and the panoramic window offered excellent views. The breakfast featured distinct local Guizhou flavors, and the accompanying gym and executive lounge were all well-equipped, making it suitable for business travel. The stay experience was excellent, definitely worth a return visit.
