KKemoabetsweThe hotel entrance smelt heavenly ,it was clean and the hotel staff were friendly .The check in process was smooth and swift .The room was spacious ,clean and the bed was comfortable .The hotel offers a delicious buffet ,and hotel guests get a discount .There is seafood ,meat ,sides and dessert .A special thank you to Cissie Yang ,she left a cute birthday note to me .I would definitely come back .

JJinlingkankeThe check-in experience was very good. I arrived at the hotel in the evening, and the reception was very enthusiastic. I helped with the luggage and drove to the room. I found that it was not the room I wanted to stay in. I just said that I wanted a room with a terrace. The beautiful lady Zhu Cheng took the initiative to help me upgrade to a lake view room with a terrace.
I stayed for 2 nights and went to the gym three times. There were few people and the equipment was complete, which was very good. I had a lunch, and the steamed sea bass was very good and fresh. The people I met in the hotel were very nice. On the third day, I arranged a hotel car to go to Guiyang City, and we had a very happy chat in the car.
By the way, this hotel is a high-end resort homestay hotel under Country Garden, and the hardware is very good. I will definitely stay there again next time I go to Qingyan Ancient Town.

This feeling of being valued and remembered instantly elevated the entire experience. The next time I visit Guiyang, I'll absolutely choose this hotel again, purely for its outstanding front desk service!

GGuest UserThis was a truly enjoyable family-friendly stay. There were great entertainment options for the kids, and the environment was also excellent. What truly stood out was the service; all staff members were incredibly attentive, and their attitudes were consistently warm and polite. The beds and duvets were even more comfortable than those in comparable hotels!
The breakfast spread was very diverse and abundant; I noticed many items appeared to be organic. The children were also extremely satisfied with the hotel's food.
A special shout-out to Holly/Dora; she was incredibly thoughtful and even prepared a gift for our family for the Qixi Festival!
A big thank you to all the hotel staff, especially Holly/Dora. We will definitely be back!

WWoshiyizhibodiangouMy stay here truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped in a warm atmosphere. The front desk associate, 6025, had a radiant smile and processed my check-in incredibly quickly. She even thoughtfully shared some local food recommendations.
The room was surprisingly clean. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, feeling like I was sinking into clouds – I had a fantastic night's sleep until morning. The bathroom's wet/dry separation was very well executed, with plenty of hot water and stable temperature. Even the toiletries had a fresh scent.
The breakfast was a major highlight! The variety was so extensive it was hard to choose, with both Western and Chinese options available. The freshly made beef noodles and fried eggs were cooked to perfection, and paired with fresh fruit, it was the perfect start to an energetic day.
The location was also fantastic, just a five-minute walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for visiting attractions and shopping areas.
Upon checkout, the staff even proactively asked about my stay, showing excellent attention to detail. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

A special shout-out to the chef at the noodle station, who was so kind and polite. He even proactively explained and recommended how to enjoy 'Siwawa,' a unique Guizhou delicacy. Absolutely fantastic! 👍

After checking out, I forgot to pick up a package and left some items in the room. Concierge Xiao Luo helped me find the package, Xiao Guo handled my check-out, and officer Xiao Zhao followed up with my service. They were all very thoughtful. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We were traveling with both adults and children, and we had some concerns about the trip, but Sherry's service put us at ease. From pre-check-in arrangements to all our needs during the trip, she was incredibly thoughtful and efficient, handling all our inquiries promptly and making the entire trip much smoother.
It was a truly wonderful experience to have such professional and attentive staff. The service at the Renaissance Guiyang Hotel is truly commendable, and I'll definitely choose it next time I visit Guiyang.
