Great hotel, convenient location, river view room has magnificent view of Tao Jiang, good housekeeping, helpful staff, delicious tea at lobby.. Very good breakfast with large selection. Convenient laundry facility. Excellent banquet food. My only suggestion is to enforce the non-smoking policy in public areas and in non-smoking rooms because the smoking smell stays.

The room was great; on a sunny day, you could see sunlight as soon as you opened the curtains. It was also very soundproof, which allowed me to fall asleep quickly after a day at the music festival without being disturbed by noise. In addition, the restaurant next door was also good; the food was better than any other meal I had in Ganzhou over the past two days!

The hotel's front desk is on the 55th floor, the top floor of the tallest building in Ganzhou, offering incredibly beautiful views. The room was very quiet and clean, and the front desk staff were attentive and exceptionally friendly. The room amenities were also very complete. Overall, it felt very cozy and comfortable to stay there. I genuinely recommend it!

Wow - wonderful. This is actually a Movenpick hotel which I wasn’t aware of when I booked it. When my didi took me here I wasn’t sure if it was the right place as it seemed such an expensive looking hotel for what I paid. Everything about the hotel is luxurious down to the pillows and towels. Location is near the centre of town with a nearby BBQ outdoor place and KFC if that’s your thing. Breakfast has a good choice of mainly Chinese offerings with cereal and toast but not butter on offer too. Staff had limited English but were friendly and helpful even adding my WeChat and offering to assist if needed.

The rooms were big, spacious, and had extremely comfortable bedding, making my stay peaceful and refreshing. As a vegetarian, I really appreciated the effort the staff put into preparing special vegetarian meals just for me — their kindness and hospitality made a big difference. A wonderful experience overall, and I would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Ganzhou! 🌿🏨💛

The room was poorly maintained, with a lot of accumulated grime. There wasn't a single hook in the bathroom; where were we supposed to hang our clothes and towels? The floor wasn't clean either; my child's socks got completely black from walking around. The toilet door lock was broken, and the bedroom light switch was also broken; the light kept switching on and off, and it even tripped the circuit breaker in the morning. We stayed in a room on the 4th floor, with a lot of trash outside the hotel's platform that hadn't been cleaned up. The window was also broken and wouldn't close. We booked a family room, but there wasn't even a stool in the outer room; we had to sit on the bed. There was only a tiny, extremely narrow table next to the TV, and nowhere to put anything else. We had to drag a small stool from the lobby to the room to use as a makeshift place. We booked a family room, and it was a complete disaster. The only redeeming qualities were the quick housekeeping response, the prompt delivery of items, and the strong water pressure in the shower. That was it. I don't know why Ctrip gave us a 4-star rating; were they bribed?

It was my first time to go to Jiangxi. On the recommendation of my colleagues, I stayed at Ganzhou Wanjia. I have to say that it was really considerate and the service was super thoughtful. The suite I stayed in had a very atmospheric living room decoration. I felt like I was at home. This is very important when you are out. This hotel is convenient for shopping and the breakfast is also rich and fresh. The front desk staff is also very patient and explained the travel route to me in detail, avoiding pitfalls and not stepping on thunder. It is highly recommended.

I stayed at the hotel again after 20 days. It happened that the little girl at the front desk was still the girl who received it last time. She still remembered clearly when she mentioned the last stay. I still stayed in the room type I stayed in last time. This stay experience is still full of joy and will still choose the hotel next time.
