GGuest User非常驚喜的酒店，在旅途當中臨時定下來的，當天到達的時候是晚上7-8點，途中有段小路沒有路燈，這段路開的有點坎坷，但到達目的地的時候，有種柳暗花明又一村的驚喜感，燈光和門牌的設計，温馨舒適，很有情調～酒店房間比較少，我們三個人包掉了二樓一層，對於帶寵物的家長來説非常有安全感！！房間也整潔乾淨，整體設施都是小米產品，操作簡單快捷，毛巾和一次性用品也給人一種用心準備的舒適感！樓下還有茶室，可惜着急趕路也沒有細細感受，老闆的現做早餐也很美味，量也正好～走時老闆還贈送了小禮品～非常愉快的一次入住！下次經過龍南還會再來～

AAiwen158The room was very clean, and their gym is finally open, which is great. I had a small issue, but the housekeeping staff resolved it promptly and effectively. There are still many small details to improve, and I hope this place can become more like Wanda (a popular hotel chain/brand) in the future.

I wanted to have dinner and asked for a menu.
Instead of providing the menu with transparent prices I was offered a main dish and was requested to pay over 280 RMB for it, when I rejected, and said Id rather take the buffet (for around 120) they again offered the dish, this time at 88, and said it had been a mistake. Clearly somebody had the intention to cheat me, maybe thinking I would not be able to convert into euro.
2) Instead of charging the dinner in the room upon checkout, they came to my room at 20.00 to get paid on that same day. I was already having some rest after a long day at work.
The hotel is nice, but the way the guests are treated is not up to the categoru
I would expect a much more professional treatmemt.. I am not.planning to come back nor recommend this hotel to anybody

The lake view room exceeded expectations, and the room was spacious, bright, clean and warm. Whether it is the front desk of the hotel, the restaurant and the fitness center service is professional and warm. I like this hotel very much. I will bring my family and friends next time. By the way, I like the rooftop pool of this hotel so much. The water quality is clean and the scenery is beautiful. Because I was on a late flight, the hotel gave me a late check-out until 2 o'clock. I left the room, but the hotel still allowed me to go swimming in the rooftop pool to relax, very happy.

The high-speed rail station can go directly to the Vientiane City by viaduct to the hotel. The business district package is also very convenient. There is a Vientiane City shopping mall nearby. Junshang Shopping Mall. Wanda Shopping Mall. All very convenient. There is also Central Park, Binjiang Park. You can take a walk. It is also very convenient and fast from Jingcheng District.

When I looked at the posted pictures, I wasn’t really impressed. When I went inside the room I was astonished at how nice the room actually look. The room look much better than the pictures. The look of the 2nd floor on the side of the 民宿 facing the street is not good but once you step inside, you will enter into a very beautiful lobby and then further in the rooms.
I am picky about the workmanship of the room . The room is quite well built and it is hard to find any flaw.
The room design is aesthetically beautiful. It is pleasing to the eyes. The white wall gives me a cheerful mood. The expansive windows offers an excellent view and a lot of natural light. The room is bright with bedside buttons to turn off the necessary lights when I went to bed. There are lounge areas where one can relax and enjoy the tranquil ambience.
I like the shower area separates from the toilet . The shower stall has a door so area in front of the toilet remains dry after shower.
The location can’t be beat . It is very close , within walking distance of all major attractions. The street is full of antique stores but within 10 to 15 minutes you can find many food options.
There was daily house keeping. Garbage was disposed and towels replaced during my stay. The cleaning crew really did a great job.
I saw 3 different persons at the reception desk. They were all very helpful and kind. I have asked him to show me how to shut the window, turn on the heater etc and he came right away to help.
The included daily breakfast offers a range of choices.
I love this hotel and wish that I could stay longer. Many thanks to the staff of the 民宿for their hardwork .

The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was very stable. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water supply is sufficient, and toiletries are complete. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the work efficiency is high, the overall environment is quiet and not noisy, the price is very high, the experience of staying is superb, and the next trip will give priority to this one!

DDavid AyrI cannot begin to tell you how great this hotel is. But before I try to, I will say - it is not a expensive 5-start hotel but at any such hotel you would never receive the friendliness and helpfulness that you can receive at this hotel. The staff helped me in many ways, finding the historical sites, for transport, and for buying clothes. All the staff are excellent, from the young women on reception, the security men, and the manager Yang Ying. The hotel is clean, my room specious, the breakfast is good and nutritious. All in all, good value for money and, very importantly, a friendly and helpful atmosphere. If you want to see the Red Culture and history of Ruijin it is very close (30 minutes walk) to the Yeping revolutionary site so it is very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and I hope to persuade my friends to come with me to Ruijin and if so - this is where would stay.

JjnlbI stayed at the hotel again after 20 days. It happened that the little girl at the front desk was still the girl who received it last time. She still remembered clearly when she mentioned the last stay. I still stayed in the room type I stayed in last time. This stay experience is still full of joy and will still choose the hotel next time.
