The hotel's decor is excellent, having just opened at the end of 2025. It boasts a high level of smart technology, with AI voice control available through a smart speaker. The rooms are spacious, and on the 5th floor, there's a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is very convenient for guests staying for multiple nights. The front desk staff are friendly and responsive to any needs. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast and a late-night congee service. For those driving, parking is easy, and the newly installed charging stations are a big plus for electric vehicles, saving a lot of time!
I have two small suggestions:
1. I recommend adding a small trash can to each shower room for tissues and other toiletries.
2. For guests staying multiple nights, I suggest varying the buffet breakfast menu more. I stayed for four days, and while there was a good variety of options (pastries, Chinese dishes, noodle soups, whole grains, fruits, drinks, etc.), less than 20% of the items changed daily. For instance, the same three types of fruit were served every day, which was a bit awkward. This limited the variety of choices for guests on extended stays.

No fast charging, slow charging 4 or 5, and 2 bad, more than an hour to charge a little electricity and even deducted 2 cents. The hotel's parking lot can't go directly to the hotel, you have to go around from the outside, the parking space is very narrow. I don't think it's convenient. The air conditioner was not cool at first. It was called maintenance and said that it was like this. The background was controlled and could not be adjusted. It was said that our physique was more afraid of heat, but not only a few of my children said that it was hot. The front desk said that the same was true for changing rooms. Even if it was, in the middle of the night, the air conditioner suddenly had a nerve and the wind was super cold. I got up and adjusted it to 23 degrees or it was super cold. As a result, I didn't fall asleep for half a night. The children's quilt cover was tight. The experience is very poor. The bed was still very clean and refreshing, and the first customer service lady who went to the night shift was also very good. People are very different from people, so the experience is not the same. Sorry, I can't give you 5 points of praise. Although the young lady who didn't get off work was good, I saw that there were many children. I took the initiative to give us a few more toothbrush shoes and water, and also took the initiative to upgrade me to the quietest room in the innermost. Thank you very much.

PeterJAshtonI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend and consider staying again in the future.
I visited Ganzhou to see an old friend, who had warned me that the city does not see many (if any) foreign tourists, and indeed the hotel staff seemed a little concerned at our language barrier (regrettably, my Chinese is still very poor) and that I might struggle to communicate if there were any problems. Despite this, we were able to understand each other through the use of translation software, and they were very courteous and kind in my brief dealings with them.
The room was extremely spacious, clean, comfortable, and luxurious, with free snacks and drinks replenished daily. I would have liked to have spent much longer at this hotel because the room was so nice. The lobby area was similarly clean and beautiful with a pleasant ambience.
As for the location, I was escorted everywhere by a friend who lives in Ganzhou, so I cannot say for certain how centrally located the hotel is. However, Ganzhou does not have a subway to begin with, so DiDi (taxi) is the best option for getting around regardless of where you are, and as such I do not think it really matters. I was satisfied with the location. I think it took about 20-30 minutes by taxi to reach the train station, and maybe about the same to reach some larger attractions of the city, such as the old town and the shopping mall.
In conclusion, while I do not think the hotel (or the city as a whole) has much experience with foreign, non-Chinese-speaking travellers, I was very warmly welcomed and had a wonderful stay. I definitely anticipate staying here again if I return to Ganzhou in the future, and would recommend it to anyone else looking to stay in this city!! I'll work on my Chinese in preparation for my next visit!

Very bad experience from some of the members of the service.
I wanted to have dinner and asked for a menu.
Instead of providing the menu with transparent prices I was offered a main dish and was requested to pay over 280 RMB for it, when I rejected, and said Id rather take the buffet (for around 120) they again offered the dish, this time at 88, and said it had been a mistake. Clearly somebody had the intention to cheat me, maybe thinking I would not be able to convert into euro.
2) Instead of charging the dinner in the room upon checkout, they came to my room at 20.00 to get paid on that same day. I was already having some rest after a long day at work.
The hotel is nice, but the way the guests are treated is not up to the categoru
I would expect a much more professional treatmemt.. I am not.planning to come back nor recommend this hotel to anybody

Our hotel stay far exceeded our expectations! The room design was modern, and the bedding was so comfortable we slept soundly through the night. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional, proactively offering great travel tips. Breakfast was lavish, and the local specialty pastries were particularly unforgettable. Every detail was perfect, and the value for money was exceptional. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

Stanley The Travel ManOne of the best hotel that I have ever stayed in.
Location : It is near the bus station. I took a bullet train from Hong Kong and took a bus from the train station. It costs 6 rmb.
One negative is the entrance of the hotel is not facing the street. It is inside an entrance to a parking lot . There isn’t any signs or arrows. I asked a few and finally one lady knew and told me. The others 3 simply said in that direction or around the corner.
The front desk was well staff. There were 2 persons there.
They were polite and helpful.
The room is brightly lit. It is big. It has separate shower and toilet stall. It even has a bottle that labels ‘clothing washing detergent ‘. The sofa is very nice and soft. The view from the room is not good but I am fine with it. There are 4 elevators. 2 of which only go up to the 3rd floor.
The check out is an unheard of 2 pm. It is like 1 in 1000 hotels that I have stayed in that has such a late check out time.
The breakfast is quite good with noodles, vegetables, buns, fresh grinder coffee, cakes and fruit.
In summary for the price that I paid it has good value. I definitely recommend it .

Guest UserThe environment was decent, and breakfast offered a good variety. Overall, the service was okay. However, the main drawback, likely due to management issues, was the poor elevator experience. Not only were there cigarette butts, but the long bench inside was covered in thick dust, as were other parts of the elevator. Upon entering the restroom, a strong smell of urine hit me. Since the room's door closer was faulty, and it was late, I decided to just deal with it and go to sleep. Around 5 AM, I was woken up by the noisy street outside. The room phone was useless, so I eventually had to call the front desk to get engineering to come fix it, which took over ten minutes. At breakfast, I had to look through more than ten cups, all of which were chipped. It was truly a very disappointing experience.

We decided to upgrade to a ground floor suite and it was the best decision. The suite was bright and spacious with a private terrace overlooking the lake from which you got a spectacular view of the neighbouring Bajing park and bridge as well as an islet with a tree full of white egrets. The suite had both a bathtub and separate shower and a cosy niche with a circular bay window for enjoying one's tea. The grounds and public areas of this hotel were immaculate, and one can't help but be impressed by the cleaners constantly sweeping up every last leaf in the courtyards. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, from the receptionist who retrieved our laundry when we were out, to the lady owner who greeted us in the street and offered helpful suggestions for sightseeing, to the kitchen staff who tried their best to adjust to our western taste at breakfast. The hotel had a superb location on historic Bajing Street which was full of quirky shops selling antiques and folk crafts. The Song Dynasty cultural village, the Bajing Pavilion, the ancient city walls and the pontoon bridge were all within easy walking distance.

I cannot begin to tell you how great this hotel is. But before I try to, I will say - it is not a expensive 5-start hotel but at any such hotel you would never receive the friendliness and helpfulness that you can receive at this hotel. The staff helped me in many ways, finding the historical sites, for transport, and for buying clothes. All the staff are excellent, from the young women on reception, the security men, and the manager Yang Ying. The hotel is clean, my room specious, the breakfast is good and nutritious. All in all, good value for money and, very importantly, a friendly and helpful atmosphere. If you want to see the Red Culture and history of Ruijin it is very close (30 minutes walk) to the Yeping revolutionary site so it is very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and I hope to persuade my friends to come with me to Ruijin and if so - this is where would stay.

The room is spacious, the layout is reasonable, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, it is also close to the office, the transportation is convenient, the room facilities are also very complete, and the price is very high.
