"The hotel room decoration is very new, the room is quite big and clean, the bathroom has no smell, which is great. The front desk was very warm and allowed to see the room before checking in. Breakfast is in the restaurant on the first floor. Although there are not many varieties, the taste is OK. High cost performance."

"Upon check-in, we were immediately offered a welcome gift, and the staff proactively helped with our luggage. The room was meticulously clean, spotless even in the corners. The carnation-themed bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the memory foam pillows provided excellent neck support. I woke up feeling completely refreshed. Absolutely fantastic value for money!"

"The environment was decent, and breakfast offered a good variety. Overall, the service was okay. However, the main drawback, likely due to management issues, was the poor elevator experience. Not only were there cigarette butts, but the long bench inside was covered in thick dust, as were other parts of the elevator. Upon entering the restroom, a strong smell of urine hit me. Since the room's door closer was faulty, and it was late, I decided to just deal with it and go to sleep. Around 5 AM, I was woken up by the noisy street outside. The room phone was useless, so I eventually had to call the front desk to get engineering to come fix it, which took over ten minutes. At breakfast, I had to look through more than ten cups, all of which were chipped. It was truly a very disappointing experience."

"Choosing to stay at Xiangjiangwan again was as wonderful as ever. The location is right on the Ganjiang River, with river views from the window, making it perfect for travel. The parking lot is spacious with plenty of spaces, and the breakfast is plentiful! It's only a few minutes' drive to all the major attractions, which is incredibly convenient! The service is even more attentive and thoughtful now, from a cup of hot tea and a hot towel upon check-in to a bowl of comforting porridge late at night – every detail shows care and attention. Although there's currently municipal construction at the entrance, the hotel's warm service has dispelled any concerns, and I understand. I'm also grateful to Xiao Tang for arranging a free late check-out. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends visiting Ganzhou."

"This was truly a very pleasant stay. The hotel's facilities are all new, with a modern design, and are exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and tidy throughout. The service was incredibly responsive; whether it was a front desk request or room service, replies and resolutions were always very prompt. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was delicious and more than sufficient for our needs. I especially want to commend the soundproofing – I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms, allowing me to get a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, I couldn't find any faults with this accommodation; it offered excellent value for money, and I will definitely prioritize staying here again the next time I visit this city."

"I came to Ganzhou with a specific purpose this time: to show my father the barracks where he once served. My hotel requirements weren't complicated; I just wanted a comfortable stay. Let me start with the positives. As an InterContinental hotel, the environment and facilities are excellent. Although the nearby Qili Ancient Town was quite empty, the landscaping was exceptionally well done, making for a very pleasant view on a nice day. The hotel room was also very clean. A special shout-out to the thick toilet paper – some hotels look great but miss these small details. The room service was also very responsive, so kudos for that. Now for the downsides. I couldn't log into the hotel Wi-Fi with my name and room number; I had to use a code, but there was no clear indication of this. I only found out after calling the front desk. After check-in, no one offered to help with my luggage (though some people did get help). I'm not sure if that's standard. The hotel is very large, and finding my room was a bit tricky. The soundproofing in the room was terrible, and I mean really bad! During the holiday season, there were a lot of children, and it was incredibly noisy, severely affecting my sleep. Additionally, the 88 RMB breakfast was very disappointing and completely not recommended. Overall, the hotel's service gave me the impression that they want to do a good job but just haven't found the right way."

The room was cleaned, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was very good, and the night was very quiet. The front desk staff is warm and polite, the check-in efficiency is very high, and the questions will be answered patiently. The supporting facilities are intact and complete, and the price is super high. It is suitable for travel or short-term business trips. I will choose this one next time."
