EEutopos LimI took the dog to drive and set this hotel. The front desk staff Xiaoyu and Xiaoyu were very kind and thoughtful, and they were pet-friendly hotels. It was very intimate that they also presented a dog suit when they checked in. There were shit bags and disposable towels. It was very intimate. The room was elegantly decorated and comfortable, the bottom of the slippers was non-slip, and the details were very thoughtful. The breakfast service staff was also very caring and welcoming. I hope this new hotel is getting better and better, and I hope that friends who travel with pets pay attention to the hygiene of their dogs and cats, so that more merchants can join the pet-friendly ranks.

GGuest UserI was passing by Longnan and found this place temporarily. I was very satisfied with it overall. The room was large, well decorated, and soundproofed. The bedding and toiletries were all good. It was very cost-effective!!! Highly recommended! The public area was not very clean, and the elevator was not very clean. The breakfast was average and the service was not very good.

YYang2026This stay was really a surprise! As soon as I entered the room, I was moved by the warm and elegant layout. The twin bed was soft and comfortable, and it instantly relieved the fatigue of the journey. The room has good lighting, the large floor-to-ceiling windows are matched with soft gauze curtains. The sun shines in during the day and is particularly healing, and I can rest quietly at night. The bathroom and facilities are very new, and the details show the quality. The hot springs here are very good, soaked in the warm spring water, all the pressure has disappeared. The service staff is also very thoughtful, from check-in to follow-up needs, they respond promptly and intimately. Praise ✨

GGuest UserI stayed for two consecutive nights, and the hotel's location made getting around very convenient. Walking around the hotel felt like a scenic tour in itself. The front desk manager was incredibly helpful and always responsive to any requests! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit! All the hotel staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The environment is also fantastic, and most importantly, it's clean and hygienic. For the price, staying at this hotel is truly excellent value for money. I'll certainly return if I have the chance.

GGuest UserThe hotel logo is not clear enough, especially the path logo of the villa area. There was no personnel guidance in the villa area. When I opened it to the door, I was told that I had to go down the mountain to check in at the front desk to get the key before I could open the villa door. It is recommended to set up a villa butler to handle the affairs of the store for the guests. The facilities in the room are not bad, and the hot spring water can be released freely, which is good. In terms of catering, the needs and courtesies of the villa guests are not considered and need to be improved. In the room, the tea cup has a gap that has not been replaced, and the tea mineral water is not replenished.

Although the location facing the street is arranged, the staff told us that the window has two layers of glass, so don't worry about being noisy, it is really quiet. The room facing the street is a bit larger than other rooms, cost-effective, it is worth staying next time
