Guiyang Hotels with Pools

I stayed for four consecutive nights this time, and the overall experience was good. The hotel opened in 2025, so the facilities are relatively new. However, it's a bit unreasonable that there's an extra charge for swimming. The location is very close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. But it's really hard to order the takeout food you want! This is because it's a bit far from Minsheng Street… either the minimum order is 60 (RMB) or it takes over an hour. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items and is replenished promptly. The staff delivered some fruit on the day of check-in, but it was all very sour. Overall, it's alright.

I've stayed at this hotel before, but it's been a long time. I chose them again for a business trip this time, and the service was as warm and attentive as ever. While the room facilities aren't as new as recently opened hotels, it feels very comfortable and secure. I had an issue with an invoice when checking out, and I'm grateful to both the platform and the hotel for helping resolve it. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip.

My stay at the Poly International Hot Spring Hotel's King Room was absolutely perfect! The service was attentive throughout: the front desk staff were warm and efficient, greeting guests and checking us in quickly. Room service was prompt and responsive to our needs, and we even received complimentary fresh fruit upon arrival – such thoughtful touches. The package included unlimited access to the hot springs for two, featuring deep natural spring water and a variety of indoor and outdoor pools with different benefits (like herbal baths and petal pools). After a soak, my skin felt smooth, and all my fatigue melted away. The breakfast spread was extensive, a great mix of Western and Chinese options, including local specialties, and everything tasted delicious.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are good, especially the shower, with great water pressure and hot water. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent; even small details like bathroom corners and carpets were very clean. Environment: The hotel is right next to Qianling Park, and the subway station is just outside, making it very convenient to get around. The breakfast is decent, offering local specialties like beef noodles, glutinous rice, and crispy pork fried rice. Service: Although it's an older hotel, the staff provides excellent service. For the price during the summer, this hotel is highly recommended.

This stay at the Holiday Inn Qingyan Ancient Town truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment is elegant and quiet, within walking distance of Qingyan Ancient Town, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are spacious and bright, impeccably clean, fully equipped, and the bedding is soft and comfortable—I slept soundly until morning. The receptionists, Xiao Tao, Sharon, and Wang Qixin, were kind and attentive, providing meticulous and thoughtful service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including local specialties. Overall, a perfect experience! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Qingyan!

Its exterior boasts a modern design, while the interior decor perfectly blends classic elements with contemporary comfort. Upon entering the lobby, you immediately sense the hotel's high-quality service; the front desk staff are friendly, and the check-in process is swift and efficient. The rooms are spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable beds that ensure a great night's sleep. The in-room amenities are comprehensive, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a mini-bar, and an LCD TV, catering to both business and leisure travelers. The bathroom is clean and tidy, well-stocked with toiletries, making for a very satisfying showering experience. The hotel's dining service is equally excellent. The breakfast spread is rich and varied, offering everything from fresh fruits and pastries to hot omelets and bacon, all prepared to perfection. Furthermore, the hotel's fitness center and swimming pool provide guests with a great place to relax and unwind. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. It's a great choice for both business trips and leisure vacations. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to the city.

The hotel grounds are quite spacious, but apart from being large, there isn't much to praise about the garden view; the design is rather ordinary. 1. For a five-star hotel, it feels remarkably stingy. For such an expensive room rate, the mini-bar was completely empty. Honestly, a few cans of Coke or Sprite might not get drunk, but it's the gesture that counts. There weren't even any welcome fruits, something even a basic guesthouse provides. How can a big hotel be so dismissive of these small touches? 2. As a family-focused hotel, it's expected to have many children, but the swimming pool water was so murky it was uninviting. The hotel should consider adult guests more, perhaps by dedicating a separate lane. Plus, the outdoor pool closes quite early. Overall, for adults without children, the pool is practically useless. 3. Our flight was canceled late at night due to a typhoon, forcing us to rebook an earlier flight. We had to leave first thing in the morning. We had breakfast included, so we went to the breakfast area to ask for some food to go. The manager said we could only take simple items like eggs and bread, nothing else. Why? We paid extra for breakfast in our room rate, why are we restricted to just a few items? The restaurant manager then said we could take a little more, but only if we signed an agreement to avoid disputes… and we had to list everything we wanted to take. We were already in a rush, and then they gave us two small boxes, following us the whole time. In the end, just as she said, it was a very small amount. I really don't understand this policy. Many children, who don't even pay for breakfast, waste food by eating half and discarding half, with no one supervising. Yet, paying guests who genuinely need it are treated this way? 4. The buffet dinner was terrible value for money. Apart from some tiny crayfish, there was hardly anything else worth eating! While it's a good family hotel that's kid-friendly, as an adult looking for a relaxing vacation, you'll feel largely overlooked here.

It's beautiful and spacious, right within the ancient city walls. We felt completely at ease letting our kids run around in the courtyard. The breakfast was also quite substantial. There's really no need to venture out to any commercial streets, as the city wall is right outside the entrance. It was very pleasant to just stroll around at our own pace.

The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, spacious and clean rooms, a wonderfully quiet environment, and top-notch service. It's conveniently located just 300 meters from the subway station, and several bus lines are right outside the hotel. The best part is the complimentary lunch service with local food options; for only 18.8 yuan per person, you can enjoy delicious and fresh self-service meals, or order à la carte dishes at reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Overall, my recent stay was just average. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes, and the taste was decent. However, during breakfast, I was seated by the window, and right next to my table, on a cabinet, were cleaning supplies, including disinfectants, along with discarded food scraps, used tissues, and other rubbish. Having trash right next to where I was eating created a very unappealing sight and made for an uncomfortable dining experience. Cleaning supplies and garbage should not be exposed in guest dining areas. I hope the hotel can improve its venue management by storing cleaning tools and waste in the back and not immediately next to guest tables, to enhance the overall dining experience.
