GGuest UserStayed for two nights. The breakfast was quite varied. I specifically tried both the fried noodles and the boiled noodles; they were the same type of noodle but had completely different flavors, which was really good. Since it's close to the airport, I asked about nearby attractions when checking in. The front desk staff, Xiao Mo, was very professional and knew the area inside out. She was clear about travel times and routes, which saved me a lot of time planning. Many thanks!

GGuest UserMy overall experience at the Hyatt Regency Guiyang was absolutely top-notch. The environment perfectly blends modern luxury with traditional Guizhou ethnic charm. The lobby is spacious and grand, adorned with Miao and Dong totems everywhere you look, and there's even a simulated waterfall landscape outdoors, offering a wonderfully peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The cleanliness was impeccable; the guest rooms were spotless, the bedding soft and pristine, and the bathroom was perfectly dry-wet separated with no odors whatsoever. The public areas were also consistently tidy. Christina's service was thoughtful and attentive, and the front desk handled check-in efficiently and quickly. The staff provided smiling service throughout, and any requests were promptly addressed. The facilities were comprehensive and excellent, including a temperature-controlled swimming pool and a well-equipped gym, making for an incredibly comfortable stay.

GGuest UserMy first positive review has to go to the Baiyun Intercity Hotel. Room rates didn't increase during the peak travel period of Golden Week, and the front desk staff even upgraded us to a superior room free of charge upon check-in, along with complimentary breakfast. Their service was simply outstanding! Whether meeting someone or entering the elevator, they greeted us wherever they passed. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Best of all, children of all heights ate free, which was truly exceptional at many hotels! The hotel was clean, and they provided free water and drinks daily!

GGuest UserI had a very satisfying stay at the Sofitel Guiyang Hunter. The bedding was so comfortable; I could just lie down and relax, leading to a great night's sleep. The hygiene was spot on—everything was clean and tidy, which was very pleasant to see. The service was excellent too; Lisa arranged our room in advance and prepared a generous fruit platter for us. The room had an amazing view of Jiaxiu Tower and Nanming River. Any requests we had were responded to quickly. It was a really good experience overall.

SSiyuexiaotaiyangThe location is quite good, very close to the snack street and Jiaxiu Tower. The non-smoking rooms are on a higher floor and are very quiet. The room is spacious, with a classic hotel decor style.
What I have to say is, are they really that stingy? There were only two bottles of drinking water in the room, and they were placed in the bathroom. I mean, seriously??? Even the regular drinks in the fridge are charged, and there's a tiny label on the bedside table saying the Evian water is 88 yuan a bottle.
Perhaps the facilities are just too old. The air conditioner constantly makes a loud rumbling noise. If you're a light sleeper, it's truly unpleasant.
To sum it up in two words: not good.

The laundry room is clean and well-maintained, and the facilities are comprehensive and in excellent condition. The bedding is soft and comfortable. You need a key card to use the elevator, which provides high security. The hotel's surroundings are super convenient, with plenty of transportation, dining, entertainment, and shopping options.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at this brand's hotel, and I was incredibly satisfied. It was a business trip combined with a family vacation. The room's bedding was very clean, and even the outdoor sofa fabric was spotless white. The small courtyard was tidy, and my family loved the vibrant green plants.
Later, I learned it's a Thai brand, definitely worth keeping an eye on. I heard there are only two locations in China, with the second one in Xishuangbanna.
The front desk staff, APPLE, was very thoughtful; she added me on WeChat and recommended the hotel's dining options. We tried it – delicious and generous portions, really good! Two people couldn't finish it all, and there was even a 618 discount. The hotel also offered a fun parent-child activity making coffee bean bracelets.
We also did a travel photoshoot at the hotel, featuring Dai ethnic costumes, as a family souvenir. The photographer and staff were very attentive, helping with poses and choosing outfits. Many thanks to them!
The only minor downside was that we couldn't experience the SPA department due to a shortage of staff. Maybe next time! 🌹

SStanley The Travel ManI saw a live cockroach one morning. The staff upgraded my room. I took a picture and killed the cockroach. This is not a big problem . I will stay here again in the location is the best,
The staff was very cordial and helpful.
There are 3 elevators but each has a separate control. 1 elevator wasn’t working. The other 2 had high usage as the elevators aren’t that big. With separate control, the guests press 2 different buttons for 2 elevators and they will take the first one that arrives. Also between 20 to 25 floors belong to different hotel . This hotel is between 18 to 20 so we now have 8 floors, each with at least 22 rooms using 2 functional elevators. The wait is at least 5 minutes.
The nice thing about the hotel is the laundry room and in the same room exercise machines. There are 3 exercise machines, 2 washers and 2 dryers with free detergent. I love it.
The hotel is next to a 24 hour convenient store. The pedestrian zone is outside the hotel. 10 minutes walk is metro line 1. 2 bus stop away is 贵阳站. Also there a wet market across the hotel and you can get fruit and cooked food like roasted ducks.
The view from my room was very good and 小度小度worked well. The room is enormous.
I don’t mind staying here again during low season.

LLay TannyGood location of 100m walk from metro station and bus stops,1 stop from Guilin Station, quiet city area. 10 mins bus ride to scenic spots, Park ,Historic Old walking street, night markets etc. Homestay unit is hotel turned homestay, which hotel room is comfortable, hot water shower, clean sheets, water boiler and dispenser for coffee. Wifi is available in common area and of certain hours. Host is helpful, enthusiastic, friendly and room is great pricing for backpackers! Safe choice for Solo female backpacker definitely value for money. Highly recommend!
