GGuest UserIt's genuinely rare to find such a great hotel. I initially booked it just to try it out for a couple of days while visiting Guiyang, planning to switch hotels, but I immediately decided to stay put after arriving. We arrived quite late, after afternoon tea had finished, but the bartender was still very enthusiastic and made us two cocktails. The room was very clean; despite continuous rain, I expected it to be damp, but it was surprisingly comfortable. The front desk staff were also very helpful, always ready to assist with any issues we had. The restaurant has long opening hours, and the food was delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Guiyang.

GGuest UserOur family trip during National Day was packed with attractions, but this hotel made it incredibly comfortable! Traveling with family, I was always worried about accommodations, but I was pleasantly surprised. ✨
The location is right next to the subway station, making everything convenient and taxis easy to get to, eliminating the need for long journeys. The amenities were impeccable. The room was spacious and bright, and you could even add a sofa bed, creating a double bed and a small cot, perfectly meeting our family's needs. They also included a small refrigerator and air purifier.
Xiao Wang was also very attentive to us throughout the trip, helping us prepare the necessary items. We could contact her promptly if we needed anything. She felt like a friend, giving us a complete sense of security.

GGuest UserI specifically booked this Hyatt for the Ziyu concert, and it was absolutely the right choice! After jumping around all night at the show, my whole body was aching, but coming back to the hotel and sinking into the soft bedding was pure therapy. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; once the window was closed, I couldn't hear any outside noise, and I slept wonderfully. The staff were super efficient, handling both check-in and check-out in just two or three minutes. The entire experience was flawless, with great service (shoutout to Stacey), and the facilities were comprehensive. I've already recommended it to my friends who also went to the music festival. Next time I'm in this city, I'll definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserMy first positive review has to go to the Baiyun Intercity Hotel. Room rates didn't increase during the peak travel period of Golden Week, and the front desk staff even upgraded us to a superior room free of charge upon check-in, along with complimentary breakfast. Their service was simply outstanding! Whether meeting someone or entering the elevator, they greeted us wherever they passed. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Best of all, children of all heights ate free, which was truly exceptional at many hotels! The hotel was clean, and they provided free water and drinks daily!

I arrived at the airport after unexpectedly injuring my ankle earlier that day and had no idea how serious it was or what to do next. I booked this hotel last minute, and from the moment I contacted them, everything changed. The team immediately arranged a car to pick me up from the airport, and I was met with such kindness, care, and professionalism that I felt safe right away.
When I arrived, they provided a wheelchair for me and allowed me to keep it overnight. They thoughtfully placed me in a more accessible room, helped with my luggage, and continuously checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. This all happened late at night, yet the level of attention and warmth never wavered.
What truly stood out was how every single staff member treated me. Each time I spoke with someone, they sincerely said to call if I needed anything, and they meant it. It felt like the entire team knew about my situation and was looking out for me. As a first-time traveler in China and an English speaker, I was honestly quite scared, but they went out of their way to make sure I never felt alone or overwhelmed.
At one point, multiple staff members even came up to my room to check on me in person and ask if I needed anything. They made sure I ate and brought me a warm meal, and I can genuinely say those were the most comforting, soul-filling noodles I had during my trip.
In the morning, they kindly offered me a late checkout until 2 p.m., again reminding me to reach out for anything at all. When it was time to leave, they made the process completely seamless. A member of the reception team personally escorted me by golf cart to the airport, helped communicate with airport staff, and ensured I received a wheelchair for my onward journey. I did not have to think or worry about a single step.
This level of care goes far beyond standard hospitality. It reflects a truly exceptional team. Every person I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in my wellbeing.
I want to extend my deepest thanks to everyone working that day for taking such incredible care of me. You turned what could have been a very stressful and frightening experience into something warm, safe, and deeply human. This is a world-class team and a shining example of what hospitality should be.
I am so grateful and will absolutely stay with this hotel again. Thank you for everything.

GGuest UserFirst time staying here, and it was better than I expected. The location is super convenient, close to Jiaxiu Tower and the snack street. It's about a ten-minute walk to nearby malls if you need to buy daily necessities. Lisa provided excellent service; she called me before arrival to ask about my needs, and the room she arranged was perfect – high floor and very quiet. I even got to see the night view of Jiaxiu Tower from the 55th-floor lobby, which was a nice touch. Check-in was smooth, and at check-out, I received a small gift from Rabby, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, a great experience. I also noticed them checking and replacing expiring food items in the rooms during my stay, which shows attention to detail.

GGuest UserThe hotel location is super convenient! It's less than a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and then only 30 minutes by subway to the airport – so handy! We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a deluxe room when we checked in, huge thanks to the front desk! There are tons of snack bars, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. A large shopping mall is also close by for shopping and dining. Highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserAlthough this trip was planned for Jianglu, choosing Anantara for our layover in Guiyang was definitely the right decision. The environment is lovely, and the hotel has a distinct Thai feel. The buffet offered great value for money, and the breakfast was so extensive we ate until we were stuffed every time. Even with the holiday crowds, the service kept up well. I think when evaluating something, you also have to consider its price. For a hotel in a provincial capital during the May Day holiday, this performance at this price is absolutely worth a second visit.

CcdaisyThe hotel entrance is right at the entrance of Qingyun Road Pedestrian Street. Once you get your bearings, you can cut through from the convenience store on the other side, which makes the location quite good and very convenient. However, I'm not a fan of hotels that rent several floors in a high-rise building because anyone can go up. While there's a security gate at the front desk, it has nothing to do with the elevators, so what's the point of it?
The room itself was well-equipped and new, but I fault myself for not checking carefully when booking – it had no windows. If that's something you care about, definitely pay attention, as this room type is also quite small. The cleanliness needs improvement; I found small bugs three times, and one even crawled out of the tissue box.
The service was decent; the front desk staff was particularly enthusiastic when I checked in.

Jjessica庄思嘉I think this place deserve 4++ stars at least. if you're looking for a low price homestay with a decent room and location, this place is for you. The one who owns the homestay is a super nice person, he was trying his best to fulfill our needs.
This place is near to Shachong lu station exit A , which is just one station away from guiyang railway station , super easy access to foods and tourist attractions.
For this price, I don't have anything to complain really, worth the price !
There's a small bbq cafe opened by the boss one the 5th floor, the environment is quite nice, especially the lemon drinks made by the boss, super refreshing !
