GGuest UserThe room isn't big, but it's clean and comfortable. The bedding, in particular, was incredibly cozy – you know how important a good bed and pillow are when you're traveling, it really makes a difference to your sleep. I went to the cherry blossom garden on a rainy day and got mud all over my feet, and the front desk staff even gave me two extra toothbrushes to clean my shoes. Excellent service! The TV has screen mirroring, and there's plenty of hot water. Plus, there are so many great food options downstairs. I'm very satisfied!

The environment is very good, the service is also very good, the front desk is very enthusiastic, and there will be free coffee and fruit when you check in. The hotel also has free laundry, tea room, public book bar, and even dryers. The whole house is smart with high-definition projection members. SShenianxingdayun。Excellent stay! The location is super convenient, easy to find, and not far from the subway station. It's also really close to places like the North Railway Station and Qianling Mountain. The hotel's location is truly superior – nowhere feels too far away. The entrance is quite prominent, and the meals are plentiful. Very satisfied. They also have a dedicated parking lot. The facilities are brand new. This is the most convenient, cleanest, and reasonably priced hotel I've stayed at in Guiyang so far. After checking out, they even helped us store our luggage, saving us the hassle of dragging it around. A very comfortable stay overall.

Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower.
As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside.
as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight.
Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information.
How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess.
In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place.
Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night.
There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift.
I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

11588500****The overall environment was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. However, because it was a weekend, some other tourists were drinking and talking very loudly late at night. We were staying on the first floor, and they were making a lot of noise in our vicinity and in the stairwell, causing a disturbance for quite some time. Otherwise, it was fine.

Environment: The location is great! It's very close to the high-speed train station, about a ten-minute walk away. You can even see the station from the window, and despite being so close, it's surprisingly quiet.
Service: The front desk staff was very welcoming and spoke softly. They even upgraded my room for free! My normal check-out time was 12 PM, but since I checked in late, they extended it to 2 PM.
Facilities: The facilities are good, but what really impressed me was the bathroom's Bluetooth connectivity, allowing me to play music while getting ready. As someone who loves listening to music while freshening up, this was a fantastic feature – it really set a great vibe, and the sound quality was excellent.

GGuest UserGreentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above.
I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel.
During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened.
Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white.
On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me.
The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up.
I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers.
Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.
