GGuest UserCleanliness: The room was spotless. We stayed for three consecutive nights, and the housekeeping staff was very prompt in changing the sheets.
Environment: Newly renovated, which gave the place an excellent overall feel. It's also conveniently located close to all the main attractions in the city center.
Service: All the staff were incredibly warm and friendly.
Breakfast: A wide variety of options were available, and everything was delicious.

JJonathan..NgStaying at Atour for 5 days and 4 nights was absolutely the right decision. Excellent value for money, top-notch service, and a superb location.
Location: There's a bus stop right outside, and it's less than a 5-minute walk to Exit C of the Yan'an West Road subway station. This station only has an escalator going up, no going down, so be careful if you're carrying large luggage.
Dining: There are many restaurants nearby, close to the Huili Jinxing Plaza. You can find suitable shops according to your budget and taste. Also, there are street vendors after 6 pm, with a strong smell of barbecue.
Front Desk: The young man who greeted us, Xiang Le, was very polite and patiently helped us solve any problems we encountered. We only speak Cantonese and English, and our Mandarin is very poor; I didn't even know what I was saying, but Xiang Le patiently listened and tried his best to understand us.
Room: The soundproofing was excellent; we couldn't hear any car noise or vendors' calls at all. The curtains were thick and completely black out. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The floor was wooden and clean. The hotel provides four bottles of water, a can of Coke, and biscuits daily – quite generous! There's a small refrigerator for storing fruit and drinks. Porridge is also provided for supper each night.
Bathroom: The toilet seat is warm, and it has an automatic flush; the showerhead has excellent water pressure and is very comfortable.
Facilities: The laundry room has four washing machines and dryers, and their availability is displayed on the room's TV screen. Thoughtful. There's a self-service coffee machine near the elevator.
The toilet paper is made from recycled paper, showing strong environmental awareness – thumbs up! 👍
Suggestion: Towels don't need to be changed daily unless requested by the guest.

GGuest UserMy mom and I stayed at Meilun for two nights during our trip, and I'd like to share my honest experience. The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute drive away. The hotel service is excellent; they even provide a convenient shuttle service to and from the North High-Speed Rail Station. The overall ambiance is lovely, and the breakfast buffet is extensive with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend trying the beef noodles! For those who enjoy a bit of spice, the Laziji (spicy chicken) is an absolute must-try – it's incredibly authentic and delicious! My only minor complaint was that being on a high floor, the wind noise at night was quite loud, which made sleeping a bit difficult.

Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower.
As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside.
as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight.
Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information.
How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess.
In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place.
Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night.
There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift.
I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

Given its age, the facilities are a bit dated, but not severely so. The sink had some cracks.
## Hygiene:
This was the biggest letdown. I had booked two nights, but upon checking in, I found the cleanliness to be very poor. The bathroom mirror had old water stains, and shockingly, there were cigarette butts in the shower niche that hadn't been cleaned up. The toilet paper holder was covered in dust and smudges. The hygiene truly did not live up to the Orange Hotel's standard – it was quite unexpected.
## Environment:
The hotel is located in a mixed-use building, meaning the hotel occupies a few floors within a larger building. This led to crowded elevators and a more complex mix of people, though it wasn't terrible. Downstairs and nearby were the 'Big Cross' commercial area, so convenience was actually very good.
## Service:
The front desk and staff were, however, very friendly and enthusiastic.

Environment: The location is great! It's very close to the high-speed train station, about a ten-minute walk away. You can even see the station from the window, and despite being so close, it's surprisingly quiet.
Service: The front desk staff was very welcoming and spoke softly. They even upgraded my room for free! My normal check-out time was 12 PM, but since I checked in late, they extended it to 2 PM.
Facilities: The facilities are good, but what really impressed me was the bathroom's Bluetooth connectivity, allowing me to play music while getting ready. As someone who loves listening to music while freshening up, this was a fantastic feature – it really set a great vibe, and the sound quality was excellent.

GGuest UserGreentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above.
I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel.
During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened.
Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white.
On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me.
The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up.
I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers.
Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.

整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。
