Guest UserAtour hotels are always a great choice for family trips and business travel. The mattresses and pillows are, as always, incredibly comfortable, and all the facilities you could need are available. The washer-dryer combo was a lifesaver, especially with the rainy weather in Guizhou. I was also really happy with the location this time – there's an entire street full of amazing food, and it's just a short walk to the famous Fountain Square. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise too; the sour soup noodles are definitely worth trying, and the coffee was pretty good. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

Guest UserMy stay here was excellent! Great value for money, it really exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were so kind and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spotless and tidy, and the bed was incredibly soft – it was instant relief from travel fatigue. The soundproofing was also very good, the internal environment was peaceful, and the facilities were complete. The location is super convenient for getting around. This place has definitely made it onto my favorites list, highly recommended!!!

Guest UserStaying at Xunmei Qixi when visiting Huaxi was such a delightful surprise! The guesthouse is nestled right within the ancient village, surrounded by bamboo groves and lush greenery, creating a serene and comfortable environment. The architecture is unique, exuding a classical江南 (Jiangnan - a region south of the Yangtze River known for its picturesque landscapes) charm.
The room was clean and cozy, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. Plus, there are adorable little dogs to play with, and taking a stroll through the woods is wonderfully relaxing. The location is also fantastic, making it super convenient to explore the Shili Hetan (Ten-Mile River Beach). I had a very relaxing stay.

Anonymous UserI had recently come on a holiday to the city and stayed here for 4 nights. The first 2 nights were well and without issue. On the last night, i was unfortunate enough to encounter a rat in my room. It had managed to escape through a hole under the sink and I was told that all rooms had this feature when I was requesting for a replacement room. Even the replacement had issues as the wifi did not have connectivity which caused their smart room functions to not work all the way till checkout.
Also, rooms do not have a line to the front desk and communication with them is only through wechat. As such, it will be difficult for travelers who do not know mandarin to have a quick response to issues easily. I encountered my room key to not be able to open my room almost every afternoon and had to face the inconvenience of either going to the front desk or waiting for the staff to come up to provide a replacement key, where both options took substantial time due to the slow lifts. Also, the gym was not in a good condition and the breakfast was plain and repetitive.
I have to commend the hotel staff for their positive attitude and willingness to provide assistance whenever issues arose, but I felt they were let down by the infrastructure and setup and could only be apologetic a lot of the time.
It is a new hotel, so hopefully they might be able to fix these teething issues and provide future guests with a more positive experience.

badolderAs expected from a star-rated hotel, the facilities and environment are excellent. What impressed me most was the service from the young lady at the front desk. My flight was delayed, and I needed to extend my stay. Both the front desk manager and the new junior staff member actively helped me find the best and most affordable solution, saving me 200 yuan compared to just extending my booking directly through Ctrip. I'm very grateful to them!

Guest UserOur family stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Checkin and checkout were very easy. The staff of the entire hotel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. Rooms were very clean and neat. Our children enjoyed and loved the setup. Its location was very convenient: many convenient stores, restaurants and easy to get taxis. Laundry facilities were available free of charge.

Choosing the twin room at Manxuan Inn for our family trip to Qingyan Ancient Town was such a wise decision! The room had its own small living room, making it comfortable for both adults and children. The lake view of the inn truly lived up to its name; strolling along the lake and letting the kids run wild in the garden was even more pleasant than visiting tourist attractions. The complimentary ethnic costume selfie experience and afternoon tea were a delightful surprise; my wife took many beautiful photos in Miao clothing! The service was exceptionally thoughtful, making our family trip particularly enjoyable.

First: this place is not a Carlton Hotel chain hotel. It is a rip off name.
Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower.
As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside.
as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight.
Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information.
How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess.
In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place.
Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night.
There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift.
I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

Modern, clean and classy hotel. Excellent service and clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed and good ventilation throughout the night. Short walk to terminal 3 of the airport, although a bit far from public transport. Amazing value for money.

Shadow31Very bad experience. Would not recommend.
Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.
