"We stayed for 5 nights.
The Good:
1. Complimentary laundry for guests though the dryer was not powerful. We had to dry our clothes for 9 hours.
2. Location is about 800m walk to International Eco-Conference Center metro station.
3. Good price point for a spacious room especially the bathroom with place to hang our clothes vs other hotels/homestay we stayed in Guizhou for a month.
The Not So Good:
1. Security is lax. Delivery personnel were allowed to access guest rooms directly.
2. Maintenance of the room was not done properly. Some lights were not fixed before our check-in.
3. Housekeeping was done daily but appeared that room was not swept.
4. Lack of breakfast varieties and small dinning area."

"The room was pretty good, clean, tidy, and spacious enough. Many popular local eateries like Shehui Beef Noodles, Chen Family's Doumi Hotpot, and Yuzhen Suansun Sour Soup Hotpot, as well as Minsheng Road Food Street, are all within walking distance, which is super convenient. It's also not far from the Penshuichi subway station, so getting to other places by metro isn't a hassle. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My only minor gripe is that the soundproofing isn't the best; I could hear traffic at night and people talking in the hallway in the mornings quite clearly. Guiyang's food is truly unforgettable! This is my second time visiting. 👍🏾"

The hotel is located on the 12th floor of Building A03, Block 3, Beida Resources Dream City in Guanshan Lake District. The floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the room are absolutely stunning. Every morning, I'd wake up, draw the curtains, and the sunlight would stream into the room. The view outside was panoramic – lush green trees, blue skies, and white clouds, forming a picturesque scene that instantly cured all my travel fatigue.
The hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful too. The complimentary umbrella rental service saved me from rainy day woes. One time, it was raining and I didn't have an umbrella, so the front desk proactively brought one to my room and even kindly reminded me to be safe. When I returned the umbrella, they'd offer me a cup of hot water, which was such a warm gesture. The communal laundry room was fast and efficient, getting my clothes clean quickly. Free drinks were always available, with coffee, milk tea, and juice options.
There's also a wealth of delicious food and beautiful sights nearby. The Sour Soup Fish and Huajiang Beef Hotpot are super authentic, and cycling in Yueshanhu Park is incredibly enjoyable. Staying here, I felt surrounded by happiness every day. I really can't recommend it enough!"

All the amenities nearby are great for both sightseeing and business. What's more, before we even checked in, Janice from Guest Relations added us on WeChat and sent us a handy guide to all the local facilities. Every single staff member was polite and genuinely friendly. Cat also provided outstanding service. We felt so comfortable and at ease during our stay. I truly recommend it to anyone visiting Guiyang.

The location is decent, but it's not very convenient for subway travel. We were upgraded to a deluxe king room because we had a child, and the room was spacious, which was very satisfactory.

The room was fantastic, and all the facilities and amenities were top-notch. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. It's surrounded by popular trendy shops, and the area is very convenient. Before checking out, the front desk even asked if I wanted water. Overall, it was excellent, and I really love their service.

The hotel staff came to guide us back to the hotel. The service was very good. The breakfast was just average.
They had called us beforehand to ask how to get to the hotel, but it was really hard to find on our first visit.
