"This stay, I specifically chose to experience the hotel's 1.35m twin room, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations – I just have to rave about it! The room felt incredibly spacious, not cramped at all. The two 1.35m beds were arranged with plenty of room, allowing two people to move around freely, spread out luggage, and personal items without feeling squeezed or confined. The biggest surprise was the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the entire room. They offered incredible light and an expansive feel, flooding the room with natural light during the day and providing a wide-open view. In the evening, you could enjoy the scenery outside, creating a fantastic photo opportunity and ambiance. All the in-room facilities were complete and well-maintained; the air conditioning, bathroom, and storage cabinets all functioned perfectly with no signs of age or damage. Cleanliness was absolutely impeccable. The floors, bedding, and vanity were spotless, without a speck of dust even in the corners and crevices. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation with no standing water or odors, and the bedding was soft and pristine. It's clear that housekeeping does a meticulous and thorough job. The front desk service was warm and attentive, making the check-in process quick and hassle-free. The room's soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a very quiet and restful stay. The value for money is outstanding, making it perfect for traveling with a companion or staying with a friend. The environment, facilities, and cleanliness are all top-notch. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone traveling!"

"This has to be the most ridiculous hotel I've ever stayed in; I genuinely wondered if it was a fake Accor property. The Wi-Fi in the room was practically non-existent, and even my own 5G network only had two bars. Were they worried guests would get too addicted to the internet to rest properly? In the king-size room, there was only one power outlet on one side of the bed, but the plug wouldn't fit. I called the front desk, and a maintenance person came to fix it. With two people staying, one of us was forced to use the outlet next to the kettle. That plug fit, but then it turned out there was no power. I couldn't be bothered to call maintenance again, so I started searching for other outlets. After a long search, I finally found one hidden in a crevice near the TV (see photo below) – two outlets barely visible, tucked into the wall. After washing my hair, I wanted to use the hairdryer, only to find that neither of the two outlets in the bathroom worked. Frustrated, I had to take the hairdryer back to the crevice by the TV to dry my hair. Later that night, I was thirsty and wanted some water. I figured I'd ask for two bottles at the front desk since I was passing by. The front desk said a robot would deliver them. I didn't understand why, as there was bottled water right there, and they could have just given it to me directly. Maybe the staff thought it would be too heavy for me to carry? OK, so I went upstairs. I waited a long time, but no water arrived. After showering, still nothing. I was about to go to sleep, and it still hadn't come. I called twice to follow up, to no avail. An hour had passed since I requested the water – I could have ordered delivery and gotten water faster! Also, the shower drain was clogged. I was afraid to shower for too long, fearing I'd flood the room. In my family's other room, the air conditioning was broken and also needed a technician to come and fix it on the spot. Seriously, avoid this hotel. You'll find everything is broken and needs immediate repair. For equipment, 0.5 stars would be too generous. The stay was a terrible experience!"

"This stay far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped out of the car and saw the greenery at the entrance, to the swift check-in at the front desk and their thoughtful recommendations for nearby dining, every detail was full of warmth. The room had fantastic natural light, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sinking into a cloud. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the toiletries had a wonderfully soothing scent. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, with freshly cooked noodles and freshly ground coffee being huge pluses. It's only about a 10-minute walk from the highway exit, making travel super convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the city."

"From the moment the elevator doors opened, I knew this place was special. A subtle, pleasant floral and fruity scent wafted through the air – it felt like it was refreshed daily, as I smelled it all four days I stayed, and it was lovely. The room itself was exactly as pictured, truly. The bay window, bathroom, everything was identical. The bed was huge, easily big enough for two people to stretch out comfortably. Honestly, it's the best and softest bed I've ever slept in. The front desk staff were very responsible; even when I returned late, around 3 or 4 AM, there was always someone on duty. And the unlimited self-serve chilled bottled water? I absolutely loved that! The living room carpet and bathroom layout were also very well done. The entire room's lighting could be controlled with a single remote. While it was a bit glitchy at first, the staff diligently and thoroughly resolved the issue. Daily cleaning usually happened in the afternoon; it was very fast and professional, leaving the room looking almost new afterward. The surrounding area is also great. E-sports cafes, bathhouses and massage parlors, dining options (both street food stalls and proper restaurants), KTV – everything you could want is right there, it's incredibly well-equipped. My personal tip: When charging your phone, place the cable and phone higher up, as the outlets are in the middle of the bed. Since the bed is super big, you tend to sleep further down, and you might accidentally knock the charger out in your sleep. Perhaps because I'm from the North and a bit taller, and due to my usual habits, I occasionally bumped my head on the ceiling when entering/exiting or raising my arms inside the room. Minor pain point!"

"The room was spotless and very spacious. What's most important is the convenient location; the subway station is right outside, perfect for independent travelers relying on public transport. There are plenty of snack options nearby, including a whole street dedicated to food, catering to all tastes. All in all, it's incredibly convenient! The front desk staff was also amazing; I had too much stuff to carry when checking out, and the lady at the front desk even helped me send a package home."
