"Hands down the worst hotel I've stayed at in years! I originally booked two nights, but after just one, I couldn't bear it any longer and immediately contacted Trip.com customer service to cancel the second night. 1. The room is tiny with extremely low ceilings, making it feel very claustrophobic. Once a 26-inch suitcase is opened up, there's barely any space to walk around. Located right next to the elevator and equipment platform, the noise didn't stop all night, and there were random strange noises every now and then—it sounded like a freaking madhouse. 2. The underground parking garage is rundown and the spaces are tiny. After arriving by car, we had to push our luggage up a slope from the garage, which is totally user-unfriendly. 3. The hotel staff lack a service mindset and are quite indifferent. 4. Room cleanliness is abysmal. It looks okay at first glance, but a closer look at the corners reveals dust everywhere, and the facilities are very poorly maintained."

It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to Guiyang North Railway Station and about 15 minutes to Guiyang's old town, making travel very convenient. I stayed in a room on the 31st floor, which offered expansive views that were incredibly soothing and calming. The room was spotless and tidy, with soft and comfortable linens and a perfectly firm Serta mattress. The decor was elegant and upscale, the air conditioning was quiet, and the hot water came out quickly. The bathroom was thoughtfully designed; the shower floor had a non-slip finish, making it very comfortable to walk on. The faucets and showerheads were ergonomically designed and easy to use. The room felt refined and luxurious. Check-in was efficient and quick, with attentive and considerate service. The 17th-floor rooftop breakfast restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere, with a subtle fragrance creating a pleasant dining experience. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the food was delicious. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations."

The location is super excellent, with Wenchang Pavilion and Jiaxiu Tower both within walking distance. We chose the Octonauts themed family room, and the two large plush toys were a huge hit with our child; they absolutely loved them and couldn't put them down. From the high floor, we had a magnificent view overlooking the city of Guiyang!"

"The hotel is located in Guanshan Lake District, very close to the highway entrance. The surrounding environment is good, but the overall feeling is a bit remote. The room was nice and I slept very comfortably. When the front desk heard that there was no breakfast in our room, they immediately gave us two breakfasts. I thought the breakfast was quite satisfactory, but the children especially loved the glutinous rice. They actually ate two bowls of it in the morning. I ate one. Bowl of specialty rice noodles. Guiyang is a tourist city during the summer vacation. There are many people staying here, so the breakfast supply can't keep up and is a bit messy. The service in the hotel is very good. I forgot the name of the lady who stored the luggage at the front desk. I remember she said she was from Tongren. The children liked her very much. When we were waiting for the online taxi to go to Huangguoshu, we chatted with her for a long time and introduced many interesting things. place. Although the hotel facilities look a bit old, they are quite clean and the overall configuration is good. There is a swimming pool and a cooperative gym. It's the water in the swimming pool. In summer, maybe because there are so many people, the water quality is really not good. The gym is pretty good, with basically all the fitness equipment you need. What’s commendable is that there are even fitness instructors to guide you, which is something that many hotels can’t achieve."

"I stayed at the Atour Hotel this time, and the environment was pleasant and beautiful. It's located right in Dolphin Plaza, which is also a popular spot for influencers. It's about 500 meters from the White House, so the location is indeed excellent. Downstairs, there's a mall with plenty of shops and food options, making it very convenient. The hotel lobby is on the 38th floor, and the hotel rooms are on floors 49-50. This time, I was assigned a room on the 38th floor. Next time, I might try a room on the 50th floor, which I believe has a large balcony and offers views of the White House, making the scenery even better. There was a minor hiccup on the first night of my stay, but overall, it was still good. The hotel needs to improve its management regarding late check-out. The room only came with two bottles of mineral water and no other beverages; perhaps this could be improved upon. When arriving with luggage, you have to walk a short distance to reach the lobby. The front desk could inform guests in advance to have their driver go directly to the parking lot, which would be more convenient, especially since walking with luggage in the summer heat can be quite uncomfortable. Upon check-out, they provide complimentary water, which is a nice touch, especially in the summer."
