"First, the hotel management is chaotic. Several hotel names are used interchangeably, and the front desk calls it "Qin Hotel," while the floor I stayed on is called another hotel. The management is a mess. Second, the room lighting is terrible, and the corridor light is broken. After calling someone, they said they couldn't fix it and told me to just make do, that it wouldn't bother me. In reality, the area outside the door is extremely dark at night, and I didn't dare linger there. What angered me most was that the hotel offered no remedial measures… their attitude was as if they were fully booked and didn't care if I stayed or not. Finally, the cleanliness was appalling; there were many stains on the floor."
