酒店設計裝修用料還是很大氣高檔的，在市中心鄰近國際會議中心，去的時候正趕上會議，沒有地下停車庫車位為少停車困難，入住停車的時候就很曲折，第二天準備離店時發現車子在停車場被剮蹭，反映給酒店後，姚興軍經理很快就來到了現場，進行查看與拍照，並安慰我一定可以查到肇事車輛的，同時也把這件事上報給他的上級。之後他認真查看監控，監控從我頭一天入住開始，一直查到第二天早上7點多，終於查到了肇事車輛。之後他設法與肇事車輛車主取得了聯繫，多次勸説車主儘快來飯店與我們一起處理責任認定、向保險公司報案事宜。在他的不斷努力下，我們與肇事車主在後續報案及理賠上達成了共識，並於下午2點多離開貴陽開始下一個行程。由於他的努力，車子被剮蹭這件事沒有對後續行程產生太大影響。幾天之後，他還再次打電話詢問理賠事情進展情況，讓我們感到非常暖心。非常感謝他以及貴州飯店其他服務人員熱情周到的服務。
