AAnonymous UserI had recently come on a holiday to the city and stayed here for 4 nights. The first 2 nights were well and without issue. On the last night, i was unfortunate enough to encounter a rat in my room. It had managed to escape through a hole under the sink and I was told that all rooms had this feature when I was requesting for a replacement room. Even the replacement had issues as the wifi did not have connectivity which caused their smart room functions to not work all the way till checkout.
Also, rooms do not have a line to the front desk and communication with them is only through wechat. As such, it will be difficult for travelers who do not know mandarin to have a quick response to issues easily. I encountered my room key to not be able to open my room almost every afternoon and had to face the inconvenience of either going to the front desk or waiting for the staff to come up to provide a replacement key, where both options took substantial time due to the slow lifts. Also, the gym was not in a good condition and the breakfast was plain and repetitive.
I have to commend the hotel staff for their positive attitude and willingness to provide assistance whenever issues arose, but I felt they were let down by the infrastructure and setup and could only be apologetic a lot of the time.
It is a new hotel, so hopefully they might be able to fix these teething issues and provide future guests with a more positive experience.

GGuest UserWould definitely stay here again, I had a great view from my room, and the building is tall enough that you can see pretty far out. The breakfast was up to par for CN standards, had a made to order noodle bar. Very comfortable and spacious overall, not just the room, but common areas as well, (oh and they have good coffee with a selection of Monin syrup and a variety of quality tea bags, self-serve in the lobby 24/7). They also had free laundry/dryer at the 3/f, with detergent. On the second night of a 2 night stay, there was torrential rainfall throughout the night, including thunder and lightning; the power went out twice in the whole area, at least several city blocks; there basically wasn’t anything the hotel could do about it. But all the emergency backup lighting and signage were all working properly, both in the room and in the hallway, so that was surely good. 小周 at the front desk was quite helpful and sincere, props to them, they were also super apologetic about the power outage (even though it was in no way their fault). Great stay!

GGuest UserThe location is amazing, on top of Beijing Road Subway station. The staff are very professional and friendly. The room is clean and spacious. They have free of charge self-help laundry as well. If I ever go back to GuiYang, I will definitely stay in this hotel again. I will also recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

GGuest UserAbsolutely thrilled with my stay! The hotel's environment was clean and elegant, and my room was spacious, tidy, and wonderfully quiet – truly a fantastic ambiance. Breakfast offered a great variety, with plenty of fresh fruits and drinks, and everything tasted delicious. The staff were all warm and polite; check-in was super efficient, and they were quick to respond to any requests. Excellent value for money, this will definitely be my top choice for accommodation when I travel again. I'll be back!

The bathroom's wet and dry areas were well-separated, and the towels were all dry and warm. Overall, it was clean and hassle-free.

MM314000****After a long search, this hotel didn't disappoint. The lobby was clean, spacious, and bright. The front desk offered complimentary tea and coffee. As soon as I got out of the car, staff came to help with my luggage; the service was impeccable and incredibly welcoming! They were always responsive and helpful in resolving any issues. The receptionist was also very attentive and helpful, showing me to my room. The room was large, clean, and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable, making video conferencing a breeze. It looked very comfortable. The room seemed relatively new, as the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The location is convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and shop nearby. GGuest UserThe room matched the description; it was very clean and fully equipped. Pots, pans, bowls, and chopsticks were provided, so cooking was allowed. It was very close to the subway station, making transportation convenient. There were many restaurants nearby, a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, and a Walmart and Jiufucheng Shopping Plaza were also nearby. It was close to Guanshanhu Park, the stadium, and the convention center. The host was very patient and responded to any inquiries promptly. Excellent service!

The location is superb, making it easy to get around, and there are tons of great food options nearby, perfect for exploring and dining. The whole place is clean and tidy, the rooms have no strange odors, the bedding is comfortable, and the individual lockers provide a great sense of security. The common areas are spacious and cozy, with full amenities including a washing machine, hot water, and toiletries. The owner and staff are warm and friendly, and they thoughtfully share local travel tips. The hostel has a relaxed and welcoming vibe, which is ideal for solo backpackers. It offers fantastic value for money and is my top choice for a short trip to Guiyang. I’ll definitely be back!
