Our stay was fantastic! The hotel's pet-friendly service was incredibly thoughtful, with all the necessary pet supplies provided. Traveling with our furry friend was completely hassle-free, and you could really feel the staff's patience and care towards pets. The gym facilities were excellent and very well-maintained, offering a good variety of equipment for daily workouts, making for a great exercise experience. Employee Huang Jin provided warm and attentive service, responding promptly and showing professionalism in every detail. Definitely a five-star rating!

I had recently come on a holiday to the city and stayed here for 4 nights. The first 2 nights were well and without issue. On the last night, i was unfortunate enough to encounter a rat in my room. It had managed to escape through a hole under the sink and I was told that all rooms had this feature when I was requesting for a replacement room. Even the replacement had issues as the wifi did not have connectivity which caused their smart room functions to not work all the way till checkout. Also, rooms do not have a line to the front desk and communication with them is only through wechat. As such, it will be difficult for travelers who do not know mandarin to have a quick response to issues easily. I encountered my room key to not be able to open my room almost every afternoon and had to face the inconvenience of either going to the front desk or waiting for the staff to come up to provide a replacement key, where both options took substantial time due to the slow lifts. Also, the gym was not in a good condition and the breakfast was plain and repetitive. I have to commend the hotel staff for their positive attitude and willingness to provide assistance whenever issues arose, but I felt they were let down by the infrastructure and setup and could only be apologetic a lot of the time. It is a new hotel, so hopefully they might be able to fix these teething issues and provide future guests with a more positive experience.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time; it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and the check-in process was very efficient with no waiting time at all. The guest room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room had good natural light, and all the essential facilities were well-equipped; the air conditioning, hot water, and internet all worked smoothly. The toiletries were also of good quality. The public areas were clean and grand, and the hallways were quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise. The breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes that were homely and delicious, catering to different tastes. All the service staff were polite, and requests were attended to promptly. The value for money is outstanding compared to other hotels in the same category, making it suitable for both leisure travel and business stays. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and sincerely recommend it to all fellow travelers.

Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the taste was quite good, plus they had freshly ground coffee. The hotel is conveniently located close to both the high-speed train station and the city center, making it very easy to get around. Highly recommend!

Excellent value for money, this will definitely be my top choice for accommodation when I travel again. I'll be back!

What impressed me most about my stay at the Sofitel wasn't the bedding or the breakfast, but the view outside the window. I checked into a high-floor city view room, and when I pulled back the electric curtains, I was genuinely stunned—the entire city stretched out below me. During the day, the buildings and river were clearly defined, and as dusk fell, the lights gradually twinkled on. Jiaxiu Tower was right before my eyes. Sitting by the window, staring blankly for half an hour didn't feel like a waste at all. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the 55th-floor Sky Lobby offered an even more spectacular view; I took over a dozen photos while checking in. The French decor already has a sophisticated feel, and paired with this skyline night view, it truly felt like 'money well spent for a good mood.' I'd be willing to come back just for this view.

A dedicated butler contacted us in advance, arranged pick-up and drop-off, and was on hand for luggage storage and any other needs we had. 🏠 The room amenities were incredibly thoughtful. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and a standalone bathtub – perfect for relaxing after a long day of travel. They also provided a Marshall speaker, premium toiletries, and a Dyson hairdryer, making for a truly high-quality stay. Breakfast can be delivered to your room, so you can enjoy high-altitude city views with your morning tea right from your bed. The American-style cafe downstairs is super photogenic, and there are complimentary welcome fruits, coffee, and drinks. Plus, laundry and drying services are available. It's truly ideal for couples! I traveled with my parents and a dog. This hotel has free pick-up service and is pet-friendly. I booked two rooms. The hotel facilities are new and clean. The front desk lady and the pick-up driver are very nice. It is worth recommending.

Greentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above. I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel. During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened. Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white. On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me. The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up. I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers. Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

Our family of four went to Guiyang for medical treatment and booked a two-story room at his place for convenience in cooking. The room matched the description perfectly; it was exceptionally clean and fully equipped. The mahjong table could be used as a dining table, and all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils were provided. It was very close to the subway station, making transportation convenient and saving us a lot on taxi fares. Shopping and dining options were also readily available nearby. The young landlord was incredibly polite and welcoming, providing prompt and attentive service for any inquiries. He even helped us with our luggage because I'm older. I highly recommend his place in Guiyang.
