GGuest UserWould definitely stay here again, I had a great view from my room, and the building is tall enough that you can see pretty far out. The breakfast was up to par for CN standards, had a made to order noodle bar. Very comfortable and spacious overall, not just the room, but common areas as well, (oh and they have good coffee with a selection of Monin syrup and a variety of quality tea bags, self-serve in the lobby 24/7). They also had free laundry/dryer at the 3/f, with detergent. On the second night of a 2 night stay, there was torrential rainfall throughout the night, including thunder and lightning; the power went out twice in the whole area, at least several city blocks; there basically wasn’t anything the hotel could do about it. But all the emergency backup lighting and signage were all working properly, both in the room and in the hallway, so that was surely good. 小周 at the front desk was quite helpful and sincere, props to them, they were also super apologetic about the power outage (even though it was in no way their fault). Great stay!

Aarthur yeoI have no complaints with the room because it is already very classy and comfortable. The shampoo and body gel in the bathroom are very smooth and nice. Hotel is situated about 5 mins drive to guiyangbei station where you can get metro and high speed train. Hotel provide shuttle car service between the hotel and the Guiyangbei station. If your holiday has a lot of travel to the outlaying tourist spots, staying near the guiyangbei station is the right thing to do. The downside? Even with our request for addition, there were only 4 cloth hanger, for 2 of us, for 5 nights. Breakfast is decent, for the room rate we paid.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located nearby the subway with about 15-20 mins walking from Bailuhu station. The girls at the reception gave excellent service. When I exited the said station at exit C, I wasn't sure of my bearing. The reception took the trouble to come to the station to pick us up! That is top service! I wasn't happy with the first room as it was facing a construction site with the pounding noise and they changed to another room for me without any fuss. The room is big and clean and exactly as their advertisement. From the reception girl to the cook and cleaner, they are ever ready to assist and they have a smile and greetings whenever I see them. There is a coffee machine at the reception counter where you can make your cuppa whenever the fancy takes you. They are also never stingy on giving out the bottled water whenever you want it. There is also a water dispenser at the reception. Breakfast is filling and no 2nd helping is allowed. My only complaint is their towels are not very absorbant. Other than that, impeccable service all the way! There are many food options outsifcde. Will recommend to friends and will definitely book again if I ever come to Guiyang.

GGuest UserThe hotel's overall environment is clean and elegant, making for a fantastic stay. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the check-in process was efficient and thoughtful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, all delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel offers great value for money, with convenient access to transportation. I was extremely satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it!

The room was well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel's location is also superb, with plenty of dining options right downstairs. Most importantly, the service and ambiance were excellent.

GGuest UserMy stay at Sofitel Guiyang was absolutely perfect, 10/10! First off, the hotel's location is excellent, making getting around super easy. All the amenities nearby are great for both sightseeing and business. What's more, before we even checked in, Janice from Guest Relations added us on WeChat and sent us a handy guide to all the local facilities. Every single staff member was polite and genuinely friendly. Cat also provided outstanding service. We felt so comfortable and at ease during our stay. I truly recommend it to anyone visiting Guiyang.

Hotel service is very good and attentive;
location is convenient as it’s located near shopping malls (one is just next door), supermarket is located downstairs, its near Guiyang’s iconic White House building, and hotel is not too far from Guiyang railway station and airport;
Room is large and spacious;
Room design is nice;
Bed and pillow are comfortable;
Amenities are good.
Not so good points:
Hotel is a bit hard to find at first , as it’s located in the building where there are many other hotels;
Breakfast is provided but doesn’t taste good (and the eggs were not fresh) and food is cold;
One major thing is that the room cleanliness should be improved: when we checked in, there was some food and oil stains still on the sofa and near the window area, and the floor had some tufts of hair and dust. Looks like the room is not cleaned properly and not vacuumed properly.
When we checked in, the shampoo bottle was almost empty - shouldn’t this be replaced when guests checkin?

• Front Desk: The staff at check-in were extremely efficient, and their smiles were infectious. They proactively inquired about my needs and even kindly extended my check-out time, making me feel right at home from the moment I entered.
• Dining: The breakfast selection was excellent, with a great blend of Chinese and Western styles. The restaurant ambiance was elegant, the food was fresh, and the staff cleared plates promptly, making for a wonderful dining experience.
• Cleanliness: Special praise goes to the housekeeping lady, Ms. Guo! The room was spotless, even the dust in the corners was meticulously removed. When I returned to my room, I found that she had even tidied up my messy charging cables—such thoughtful care was truly heartwarming.
This will definitely be my first choice for future business trips or vacations!

GGuest UserThe room matched the description; it was very clean and fully equipped. Pots, pans, bowls, and chopsticks were provided, so cooking was allowed. It was very close to the subway station, making transportation convenient. There were many restaurants nearby, a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, and a Walmart and Jiufucheng Shopping Plaza were also nearby. It was close to Guanshanhu Park, the stadium, and the convention center. The host was very patient and responded to any inquiries promptly. Excellent service!
