"I was looking for an affordable hotel near Jiaxiu Tower in Guiyang and stumbled upon this place by chance. It truly lives up to its name, 'Huanzhu' (meaning 'joyful stay').
It's located on a very lively street, about a 15-minute walk to Jiaxiu Tower, with bustling commercial streets all along the way.
The hotel entrance is small; you need to take an elevator to the third floor to check in. Both the second and third floors are guest rooms.
The corridors have thick carpets, which provide excellent sound insulation. The rooms are fully automated with Xiao Du (a smart assistant) controlling lighting brightness, air conditioning, and curtains.
There's no TV, just a large projector on the wall opposite the bed. One evening, I bought a couple of beers downstairs, watched a movie, and surprisingly, despite the loud projector sound, no one bothered me, and I couldn't hear any noise from next door either.
This room included a double breakfast, which was delivered to the room. It was exquisitely prepared. Although they were ready-made and microwaved, it was still a nice touch.
One afternoon, it rained, so I went to the front desk to see if they had an umbrella. The lovely lady at the front desk immediately gave me her own umbrella.
This is truly an economical, thoughtfully run, and affordable hotel."

"A clean but old hotel. Staff Bubbles upgraded me to a bigger room and it was huge w a nice view. Aircon was noisy and I had to turn it off at night. Location was v convenient with a drop off point for taxis. They also offer free luggage drop service even after checking out days later. The room however has thin walls, the male guests next door was watching world cup and was cheering and shouting for the entire 2 nights i stayed. I can even smell the supper they ordered late at night."

"As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. There were no strange odors in the room, the carpet was dry, and the sheets were pristine white and wrinkle-free. The bathroom had excellent separation of wet and dry areas, and water stains were promptly cleaned. You can really tell the hotel puts a lot of effort into its cleaning and disinfection, which made for a very reassuring stay."

"Our room experience was absolutely fantastic! The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, letting me completely relax and sleep soundly until morning. One thing previous reviews didn't mention, a friendly tip: You'll need to go up a half-flight of stairs from the parking lot to the lobby, and again from the elevator to the suite. If you have large luggage, it's best to ask a staff member for assistance."

"My stay was very satisfying. The room amenities were excellent, with a complete smart home system by Xiaodu, allowing me to control everything by voice, and it was very responsive. The room also had a mini-fridge, which was super handy for chilling drinks and fruits I bought when I was out. The best part was that breakfast was extended until 12 PM, so I didn't have to rush in the morning. The breakfast spread was extensive and clean. Overall, the comfort level was top-notch. The first impression upon entering the hotel was one of comfort. The lobby was clean and tidy, with a simple yet elegant design and a quiet, uncluttered environment. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, handling check-in and check-out quickly and efficiently. They patiently and meticulously answered any questions, offering exceptional gentleness and attentiveness, making you feel warm and welcome from the moment you stepped inside.
The room experience was superb. The room was spacious and airy, with a well-designed layout that prevented it from feeling cramped. The bedding was clean, soft, comfortable, and breathable, and the mattress was perfectly firm, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The soundproofing was excellent, completely blocking out outside noise, resulting in a high-quality night's rest. The room was impeccably clean; the floors, surfaces, and bathroom were spotless, with no unpleasant odors. Toiletries were complete and clean, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
In addition, the hotel's facilities are comprehensive, with a plentiful and stable supply of hot water at just the right temperature. The internet speed is smooth, ensuring uninterrupted streaming of TV and mobile devices. The housekeeping staff are also very attentive, diligently and responsibly cleaning and replenishing supplies promptly and completely.
Overall, the value for money is exceptional. The service, environment, and cleanliness completely exceeded my expectations, making it a particularly comfortable stay! The design is a French-inspired 'cream cave' style – every corner is Instagram-worthy. Our double room was incredibly comfortable, with a spacious layout and soft bedding. The amenities are very smart, including a smart toilet. The attention to detail is evident, even the toiletries feel like works of art. The service was also exceptionally thoughtful. We were greeted with a welcome afternoon tea, and the Tremella soup was delicious. In the evenings, there's a comforting 'goodnight sweet wine and mochi' service. Plus, the 24-hour room service meant we could enjoy Guiyang snacks even late at night.

I arrived at the airport after unexpectedly injuring my ankle earlier that day and had no idea how serious it was or what to do next. I booked this hotel last minute, and from the moment I contacted them, everything changed. The team immediately arranged a car to pick me up from the airport, and I was met with such kindness, care, and professionalism that I felt safe right away.
When I arrived, they provided a wheelchair for me and allowed me to keep it overnight. They thoughtfully placed me in a more accessible room, helped with my luggage, and continuously checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. This all happened late at night, yet the level of attention and warmth never wavered.
What truly stood out was how every single staff member treated me. Each time I spoke with someone, they sincerely said to call if I needed anything, and they meant it. It felt like the entire team knew about my situation and was looking out for me. As a first-time traveler in China and an English speaker, I was honestly quite scared, but they went out of their way to make sure I never felt alone or overwhelmed.
At one point, multiple staff members even came up to my room to check on me in person and ask if I needed anything. They made sure I ate and brought me a warm meal, and I can genuinely say those were the most comforting, soul-filling noodles I had during my trip.
In the morning, they kindly offered me a late checkout until 2 p.m., again reminding me to reach out for anything at all. When it was time to leave, they made the process completely seamless. A member of the reception team personally escorted me by golf cart to the airport, helped communicate with airport staff, and ensured I received a wheelchair for my onward journey. I did not have to think or worry about a single step.
This level of care goes far beyond standard hospitality. It reflects a truly exceptional team. Every person I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in my wellbeing.
I want to extend my deepest thanks to everyone working that day for taking such incredible care of me. You turned what could have been a very stressful and frightening experience into something warm, safe, and deeply human. This is a world-class team and a shining example of what hospitality should be.
I am so grateful and will absolutely stay with this hotel again. Thank you for everything.

The hotel not only provides free coffee, juice, milk tea, facial masks and eye masks, but also free use of washing machines and dryers. The lounge area at the front desk is also very thoughtful. The hotel also has a homemade guide for reference. It is really friendly for foreign tourists. The sanitation is super clean and tidy, even the dead corners are cleaned very well. The service of the lady at the front desk is super good and super enthusiastic. After sending us to the room, she also introduced us how to use the facilities in the room. It's so thoughtful. I highly recommend it, highly recommend it, and I say it three times because it's important. I will bring my friends with me next time.

Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower.
As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside.
as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight.
Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information.
How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess.
In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place.
Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night.
There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift.
I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

MM350788****Choosing the twin room at Manxuan Inn for our family trip to Qingyan Ancient Town was such a wise decision! The room had its own small living room, making it comfortable for both adults and children. The lake view of the inn truly lived up to its name; strolling along the lake and letting the kids run wild in the garden was even more pleasant than visiting tourist attractions. The complimentary ethnic costume selfie experience and afternoon tea were a delightful surprise; my wife took many beautiful photos in Miao clothing! The service was exceptionally thoughtful, making our family trip particularly enjoyable.

GGuest UserGreentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above.
I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel.
During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened.
Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white.
On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me.
The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up.
I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers.
Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

The location is incredibly convenient, with a subway station (Line 2) right downstairs. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, making it an excellent choice for tourists. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.
