I could clearly hear the sound of water running above and next door at night, and the noise of room cleaning was very loud in the morning. Furthermore, there were disposable slippers that had been used. When I opened the package, the soles were wet and dirty. This is outrageous! This is the first time I've encountered such a situation! (I contacted the front desk and they replaced them, which was really frustrating.) Holiday price increases are normal, but isn't it important to maintain proper hygiene?

必須好評，首先服務全程能感受到兩位員工發自內心的熱情，並非敷衍的服務話術，辦理入住時兩位小姐姐還主動倒了茶水，提醒了早餐用餐時段，電梯位置，也細緻告知了我吃飯和逛街的地方，讓人一進店就覺得很舒心，也詢問了她們的名字，一個是小王，一個是小陳的，酒店温暖貼心的服務能為一場旅行加分不少。 然後是房間，進門後第一感覺就是整潔敞亮，全屋打掃的很乾凈，桌面地面都沒有灰塵。床鋪被褥柔軟蓬鬆，躺上去舒適度很高，枕頭軟硬適中，睡起來特別安穩。房間採光很不錯，開窗通風很順暢，衞浴區域乾濕分離，洗漱台沒有水漬污垢，熱水供應穩定且出水流暢。屋內空調製冷制熱效果良好，隔音效果也超出預期，身處鬧市卻聽不到外界嘈雜聲響，晚上休息不受打擾。洗漱用品品質也不錯，日常居住完全夠了。
