Amazing
GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay. The property is brand new, everything’s clean and very well maintained. The unit was spacious, modern and neat, all great. Staff were all great, easy communication and willingness to help at anytime. The property also features a gym which we haven’t had time to try but I’m sure it’s lovely. Would def recommend!
While this didn’t impact the quality of our stay, feedback to housekeeping would be to have hangers in the bathroom (not much space to hang towels) and to provide milk and water to guests on arrival. The property does a great job with extending complimentary coffee beans for an experience but with no milk it’s a bit too strong for non-regular coffee drinkers.

AAnonymous UserThe people at the front desk were very helpful and polite as well as the cleaning staff. Would stay here again. Make sure you pay for parking with the hangTag app or ask the front desk for parking

Great
GGuest UserJennifer is a nice host, the first day I stepped into her house, she was welcoming me with passion, and she explained things that I needed to know. At the time of staying, I had couple times chatting with her, she was a nice lady that willing to give suggestions and advice on lives. The room is clean and tidy, it's bright and comfortable, even the bathroom is clean and neat. It is a nice experience and I really love staying here and hanging out with the host.
GGuest UserWe have a bad experience with St. Regis. We told the front desk to help us to book a big taxi for 4 people to take us to airport in early morning, but the staff didn't mark it properly, when we double checked the 2nd time, the order wasn't there and turned out a small taxi came and they needed to reorder a big one for us.
They mixed up the room charge, it was remarked to pay at the hotel, first time the staff gave us the wrong info that both rooms were already charged to my card. Then the next day, they said it was not charged yet, we told them we paid by different credit cards, but when we checked out, they charged both rooms on my card without my permission. Finally, they cancelled 1 room payment and charge it back to my friend's card. This is very unprofessional and I haven't received my statement yet and not sure if they really cancelled the wrong payment.

PPedjaIt’s a beautiful place on great location. Very specious, with absolutely breathtaking view from terrace. I only didn’t like check in , it must be keyless. We came very late , it was almost 1am and the great thing they were waiting for us , but all flight you are thinking what is gonna be if they don’t . Then you need to send them message when you land , when you take your luggage, when you are in taxi and that could make you more tired after long flight and worried about million other things .

GGuest UserService was good, room was clean and well equipped, although short on coffee pods. The decor was dated as were all appliances and fixtures. Chairs and coach were all low (not good for a bad back), the toilet was also old and low. Best feature was close proximity to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Worst ”feature” was being told the room had a king bed, but no, just a queen. The isn't the only hotel that misrepresents their beds, what an annoying trend. The onsite restaurant pub is very average. Fries were greasy but my Buffalo Chicken Wrap and my wife's Bacon & Tomato Soup were ok. Service in the restaurant was excellent, very helpful waitress.

AAnonymous UserThe room size was excellent- with a large bed, a seating area and comfy reading chair. It had an alcove closet with plenty of space.
The service was fabulous, with the staff being very welcoming and helpful. The room service food was delicious and arrived on time.
The only improvement I could suggest would be for better bathroom lighting in the shower area and perhaps a magnifying mirror for us senior clientele. 🙂
The location is great but the public transportation around the hotel is not so good. Lucky, taxi services are available and reasonably priced.
GGuest UserThe building is old. However, the front desk staff and cleaning staff were very kind and friendly, and our family was very comfortable to stay. The view from the 18th floor was as beautiful as a picture postcard, making it a memorable trip!

JJoanne HayeTo be honest I don't really understand where those bad reviews came from. The location is very convenient, 10 mins drive from the airport and free airport shuttle is running every 30mins till 11:30pm (I took the last bus). Hotel is dated but it is very well maintained and clean. Theres also a small grocery store and a very nice little Japanese restaurant nearby - bonus point. Receptionists were helpful and friendly. Happy hour at the restaurant was such a good deal too.
AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent. It's a 30-40-minute train and bus ride from the airport, and the bus stop is right across the street. English Bay is a two-minute walk away, and Starbucks is next door. A supermarket, drugstore, and post office are within a five-minute walk. The room was average, but the air conditioner was a window-mounted unit that was incredibly loud, making it impossible to sleep. Fortunately, it was cool at night, so I slept without it. Also, there was no kettle pod in the room, so it was a hassle to go down to the front desk every time to fill it. Also, there were only paper cups in the room, so while there was a microwave, there were no plates. I had to go out of my way to the supermarket to buy paper plates. Since it's in the city, you can hear people making noise outside until around 10 PM. As I mentioned, it wasn't a problem at all, as I was only going back to sleep for sightseeing. I had a wonderful time in Vancouver. Thank you!
