GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay. The property is brand new, everything’s clean and very well maintained. The unit was spacious, modern and neat, all great. Staff were all great, easy communication and willingness to help at anytime. The property also features a gym which we haven’t had time to try but I’m sure it’s lovely. Would def recommend!
While this didn’t impact the quality of our stay, feedback to housekeeping would be to have hangers in the bathroom (not much space to hang towels) and to provide milk and water to guests on arrival. The property does a great job with extending complimentary coffee beans for an experience but with no milk it’s a bit too strong for non-regular coffee drinkers.

MM223982****The room was very clean. The hotel has a great location, convenient for getting around. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I would definitely stay here again next time. It's a one-bedroom apartment, and if you know how to cook, you can cook for yourself. The experience was fantastic.

GGuest UserWe passed by this hotel hundreds times and we finally spent 2 nights celebrating our 45th anniversary there.the service was excellent,lots of cool characters everywhere inside and you got the real key to your room.The parking garage was well lit and safe.we will go back again this summer 👍❤️❤️❤️👍

TTeck AWe loved this place, very friendly and caring owner and manager who made sure we were taken care of before we moved in and after check out.
The condo is very strategically located in Vancouver, easy access to all areas by public transport or walking. Good view from the condo.
There is a very big oriental supermarket and Costco nearby. Great for grocery shopping; we had everything in the kitchen for home cooked meals too. Chinatown is within walking distance, plenty of food in the area from all international cuisines.

YYayakaPros: Excellent location right in the city center, within walking distance to Stanley Park, Gastown, and shopping malls. The front desk staff and breakfast were both good.
Cons: The bathroom water pressure was very low, and the toilet area was extremely cramped. The bedsheets were dusty even with a light touch, very dirty. There was also a rude, strange elderly Asian guest! Some guests would make their rooms smell terrible, and the room ventilation was poor.

Also I could store my baggage after check out for my city tour. And the city center station for skytrain to the airport and richmond was 5mins walk from the hotel. Everything was perfect for me.

GGuest UserStaying at this place during my Vancouver trip was absolutely the right and fortunate choice! I truly hope to have the chance to return.
The **location is incredibly convenient**, situated very close to both the airport and downtown tourist attractions. A public transit station is just 1.5km away, and there's a bus stop only 400 meters from the property, making getting around a breeze.
What truly set this stay apart was the **host's exceptional guidance and warmth**. From the moment I confirmed my booking until just before my arrival, they promptly emailed me detailed directions tailored to my estimated arrival time, including clear instructions on how and where to access the property. What was especially heartwarming was that I arrived past 10 PM when it was completely dark, yet the host had already turned on the warm yellow lights in the living room and backyard for me. It was like a welcoming beacon in the dark, instantly making me feel comfortable and at home.
The **room itself was well-equipped, spotless, and incredibly tidy**. The bedroom linens were pristine, and it came with a handy wardrobe, a private bathroom, and reliable WiFi. The dominant white color scheme made everything feel bright and airy, but more importantly, every single item was meticulously cleaned, which truly enhanced my overall mood and stay.
Beyond the private space, the **shared amenities were excellent**. On the ground floor, guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a washing machine, making the facilities truly comprehensive and convenient.
Finally, the **surrounding environment and air quality were superb**. The house is nestled in a residential area surrounded by other homes and plenty of trees. Being off the main road, there was absolutely no noise, allowing us to fully appreciate the fresh air and tranquility of this lovely garden-like setting within the city.
Overall, this stay was truly a highlight of my Vancouver trip!

The bathroom consisted of a shower and toilet, and shampoo and shower gel were provided, but no conditioner. There was no elevator, so you had to carry your luggage upstairs yourself; the staff would assist with luggage if needed.
