We used it for an overnight 14h layover before continuing our trip - location is unbeatable, 1 min walk from check in areas - staff was all around very friendly - high quality (even though a bit old), but very well maintained and also high quality bathroom equipment (soaps, cremes etc). - beds were extremely comfortable - breakfast is à la carte with views of the airplanes / terminals - gym is small but all you need is there"

"This is the perfect hotel for an overnight stay near the airport. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes and gets you there in just 10. The rooms are newly renovated, very clean, and the bed is super comfortable. Compared to so many decades-old, run-down hotels in North America, the quality for the price here is simply unbeatable. There's a commercial area just across the river from the hotel, though it's about a one-kilometer walk. I'd definitely stay here again."

"Although it's a bit far from the city center, there was a bus stop right in front of the accommodation with buses heading downtown, so getting around was absolutely no problem. In fact, I preferred it, as it was a quiet residential area and I got to stay in a spacious house! Having a private room meant I could move around freely without feeling self-conscious. While the bathroom and shower were shared, the bathroom was right outside my door, so it felt almost private. I also never had to wait for the shower, which was great! The kind host always responded quickly to messages! It was such a wonderful place that I'd love to stay there again if I ever visit Vancouver. Thanks to them, I had a very happy stay. Thank you! 🥰"

"The boss couple was very enthusiastic and gave many suggestions for nearby sightseeing and dining. It is very friendly to Chinese speakers who are new to the area. There is no language barrier and you can clearly get information about the attractions you want to visit. I also highly recommend the airport pick-up service. If you are arriving on the first day, I strongly recommend making an appointment to save you the trouble of finding a bus to the city. The hotel is clean, and towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is also a coffee machine and fruit for you to use. It takes only five minutes to walk to the nearby food court, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping."

"Fifteen years ago, entering and exiting was a hassle because it relied on a password, but now they provide a card, making access much easier. It's quite clean, likely due to frequent cleaning. If it's not peak season, I can have a large room all to myself. It's affordable, and I can toast bagels for breakfast. The Wi-Fi works well, which is a plus since some regular hotels don't even have it. It's really cheap. Seems like a good option for solo travelers."

"This hotel is basically a poor imitation of an Ibis hotel, yet it charges an unreasonable price! The rooms don’t even have tissues!!!! When I booked the hotel, I realized it had a shared bathroom. I tried to cancel, but the hotel refused. Instead, they upgraded me to a private bathroom only after charging an extra $300!!! The hotel has no proper security. While we were staying there, a homeless person came up to the second floor holding a lighter, which terrified my wife. The hotel alarm went off and the fire department had to come!! The person responsible for cleaning the room didn’t restock the coffee for two days until I directly reminded them. When I mentioned it to the reception, they didn’t seem to care. At one point, the cleaner even left their cleaning cloth in the room."
