MM262460****The hotel opened in the last two years, so the in-room facilities are very new and comprehensive, including a coffee machine, kettle, and bathtub. There are also complimentary drinks available at the hotel entrance and front desk. The service is incredibly thoughtful.

GGuest UserIt was fantastic to stay in a newly opened Air B&B suite where we enjoyed a high-level privacy and a very tranquil neighborhood. The owners were very kind and always tried their best to facilitate our stay. If this suite appeared earlier in the list, I'd definitely booked all my stay in this place.
The location has an easy access to King Edward Ave by using a staircase at Puget Dr & W 24 street. All-in-one with kitchen, laundry and parking just made it so family friendly and homy. Highly recommended!!

GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

The room was larger and cleaner than expected, and 2 bottles of water were replaced every day.
I use L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE for shampoo, shower and conditioner.

GGuest UserThe location is right in the middle of downtown. I lived there for 10 days, and it was easy to get on the bus, train, and sea bus.
There were many places to eat nearby, so it was very convenient.
If I had to say one thing, on the day of check-in, I arrived too early on a JAL flight, so I begged to check in early, but they kept saying they would check it out with a smile, and in the end, I was filling out the paperwork at exactly 4 p.m., so I guess they just weren't motivated to begin with.
I should praise the housekeeping staff. I stayed on the 14th floor, and it seemed like each floor had a designated person in charge, and the person in charge on the 14th floor was very cute. Whatever I asked for, they did it right away.
The best breakfast recommendation might be the eggs Benedict. The dish from South Africa that I forgot the name of and the salmon bagel were both good, but I just had the eggs Benedict.
The fitness gym was a little small, and the machines were not well maintained, but it was open 24 hours a day.
The pool also had no strict rules, and I was able to use it until 11 p.m. There were towels by the pool, which was convenient.
I happened to get a good deal on a junior suite, so my 10-day trip went by in a flash.
Next time I go, I'd like to stay in North Vancouver.

GGuest UserExquisite business hotel, the room is relatively small, but clean and comfortable. The front desk is very efficient. Although my English communication is not good enough, they understand the guests' needs at once, which saves worry and effort. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

GGuest UserThe hotel was great because it was centrally located. It was clean, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were very attentive as well. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out so we could enjoy our last day without worrying about it. The only issues we experienced was that the walls are quite thin which enabled us to hear everything and everyone around us.

GGuest UserWe were very happy with our stay at sandman suites we were able to checkin 3 hours early. Room was very clean and had everything we needed for 1 night. We had been travelling for 7 days and had trouble drying clothes we had washed so a very nice housemaid took them and put them through the hotel dryer and returned them in 30 minutes at no extra charge.

AAnonymous UserWe stayed with four friends. The hotel is conveniently located downtown with excellent access. As we were on an upper floor, street noise wasn't an issue. We also felt very reassured as some of the staff could speak Japanese. The room itself was quite small, and with four of us, it was challenging to open our suitcases comfortably. One thing to note is that the air conditioning blows directly onto certain sleeping areas, so be mindful of potential dryness and a sore throat.
