GGuest UserManxing Garden Boutique Hotel is worthy of the name, beautiful environment, clean and tidy. I especially like the garden leisure area on the roof. It is very carefully arranged. It is very romantic to bask in the sun during the day and watch the stars at night. The room was clean and bright, there was no smell, the bed was moderately soft and hard, and the sleep was particularly fragrant. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is sufficient, and the quality of toiletries is good. The front desk service is warm and efficient, responsive, and free pick-up service is also provided, which is so intimate. The surrounding facilities are perfect, quiet and not noisy, and it is highly recommended to friends who come to Ruili.

Facilities: Outside the window is a building under construction, so the lighting is slightly worse. The bathroom is not completely separated from wet and dry, the water will run out, and there is no non-slip mat. This needs to be improved. It is really not possible to pull a curtain. GGuest UserWhen researching, everyone said a day trip to Ruili was enough, but I really wanted to see the sunset over the Phnom Penh Buddha Temple, so I booked an overnight stay in Ruili. The accommodation experience was unexpectedly good: the room was very clean, the environment was just like the photos, there was no unpleasant smell, and the TV and curtains were even voice-controlled. It was also very close to Fortune Plaza, within walking distance, and also within walking distance of Ruili's live crabs and bus route 786. I was extremely satisfied with this accommodation and would recommend it to friends visiting Ruili.

GGuest UserHealth and facilities: The ”wallpaper” on the wall of this room is yellow and damaged, and the paper is the ”oil” that can be wiped from the wall. On the night after check-in, a huge cockroach crawled over his feet while brushing his teeth in the toilet. (I have lived in Shantou, Foshan, Nanning, Chongqing, this is not the first time to see!) and found that the toilet had put the medicine in the cabinet, before I lived, that is to say that the hotel staff is known about the things with the cockroach.
Environment: It is convenient to go to the bus terminal, and it is convenient to travel around the hotel, no matter the bus, shared bicycles, taxis.
Service: I changed a room for me, thank you very much. But here I suggest the hotel service staff to correct it! Because when I ask me about the problem, your first reaction is: ”This is very common in us” This excuse and explanation is too unprofessional! Especially if you have worked in hotels for years.

The check-in at the front desk was efficient and professional, and the room type was upgraded intimately, and the details were full of care.
The room is spacious and bright, the floor-to-ceiling windows have an excellent view, the bedding is soft and comfortable like sleeping on the clouds, and it is a good night's sleep until dawn. It makes people feel the warmth of ”home away from home” instantly.
Local specialty snacks are impressive. When checking out, the waiter took the initiative to help carry the luggage and gave a special gift.
