The service is warm and thoughtful, the front desk is on duty 24 hours a day, the check-in is fast, the demand response is timely, and you can help store your luggage and call a car. The facilities are complete and practical, the air conditioning is powerful, the 24-hour hot water is sufficient, the WiFi is stable, the room has many sockets, and there is free parking. The location is in the city center, quiet in the middle of noisy, convenient for travel and shopping, super cost-effective, suitable for business trips!

From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm and thoughtful, responsive, gentle and professional. The rooms are clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the environment is quiet and comfortable. The details are in place, making people feel as at home as at ease. The overall price is very high, this is the first choice for travel, highly recommended, will come again next time!

GGuest UserThis hotel is quiet in the middle of noisy, although it is located in the city, but the internal environment is quiet and the green plants are elegantly arranged. The room hygiene is in place, all corners are clean and refreshing, and there is no smell. The sound insulation effect is good and you can rest quietly at night. The front desk service is intimate and thoughtful, and will take the initiative to introduce local play information. Traveling and accommodation are very worry-free.

First, let me talk about the location. You can ride a shared electric scooter right outside the door, and it's just a few minutes' walk to catch a bus directly to Yizhai Guoliang. There's also a shopping mall nearby, so it's very convenient.
(Personally, I feel Ruili isn't that big; you can just hop on a small electric scooter and go wherever you want to shop🆗)
The room was also quite nice and clean, with a desk and chair, etc.!! The bathroom even had toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, etc… It's the off-season, so there weren't many girls staying there (I had a room all to myself😙). In short, awesome🫶🏻
The security level is also super high. There's a main door downstairs with a combination lock, so you can enter and close it easily. The room also has a combination lock, which is very convenient and perfect for someone like me who's always forgetting things🥹🥹🥹 It was tailor-made for me.
The owner is incredibly kind; she even heated up my food for me!!! So grateful! 😙😙 She even recommended places to eat and have fun nearby. In short: she's always patient and helpful with any questions you may have. 🥵🥵🥵
There's also free local coffee in the common area on the third floor, but unfortunately I was in a rush yesterday and didn't get to try it. 🫨🫨
I'll definitely stay at her place again next time I'm in Ruili! 😘😘 Hehe 🫡 (By the way, here are some beautiful photos of me in Ruili! 😬😬)

The location is easy to find, very close to the business district and convenient for shopping. GGuest User衞生和設施：這間屋子牆上的“壁紙”焦黃和破損，用紙是可以從牆上擦下焦黃的“油”。入住後的晚上，在廁所裏刷牙時，一衹巨大蟑螂從腳邊爬過。（本人住過汕頭，佛山，南寧，重慶這不是第一次見！）並且當時發現廁所裏已經放了蟑螂葯在櫃子裏，在我住前，也就是説明酒店人員對有蟑螂的事情是已知的。
環境：去公交總站方便，酒店周邊出行也方便，無論公交，共享單車，打車。
服務：幫我換了一間房間，很感謝。 但這裏建議酒店服務人員改正！因為當我提出我遇到問題時候，你的第一反應是：“這個蟑螂在我們這很常見” 這個藉口和解釋太不專業了！尤其你已經在酒店工作多年人員。
最後不放上照片了，因為希望酒店能對此事情重視。

It’s a nice place for Marketing tourism as it borders with Myanmar. And you can see the varieties of culture as it is a home for so many ethnic nationalities here.Desk service, room service, breakfast etc. are all good. 👍

LLuanguangdeniuniuI took a self-driving trip to Ruili during the Spring Festival. Fortunately, I booked a hotel online in advance, otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten a room when I arrived. The hotel has its own parking lot, which can park about 7 cars. Go back early in the evening. There are also fast charging stations a few hundred meters nearby, and the location is quite convenient.
