GGuest UserI stayed in Yubeng for three days, and for two of those days in Lower Yubeng, I chose Yu Shan. This has to be the warmest hotel I've ever stayed in.
Upon arrival, they offered ginger tea and complimentary fruit for check-in. They provided packed lunches for hiking and a free bar drink every day. They even had laundry service!
The room location was excellent; I could see the 'Sun-Kissed Golden Mountain' right from my window.
I had a fever for four consecutive days, and I kept bothering the butler via WeChat. The butler sister truly granted every request! When I mentioned needing a thermometer, she even brought cold medicine along with it!!
Thank you for your thoughtful service, which made my Chinese New Year absolutely wonderful. And thanks to all the staff at Yu Shan for taking care of me during this time. Wishing you all a Happy New Year and Tashi Delek~

MM306263****I rarely write reviews, but I'm doing it for these two amazing concierges. They were both incredibly responsible and helpful. On our way out of the village, we even saw one of them going back to the village entrance to help another guest carry their luggage in. The round trip just to enter and exit the village takes ten hours! This job seems incredibly tough, and I really hope the boss gives them a raise 😕. The hotel environment is also very good, but the location isn't ideal. It's situated between Upper and Lower Yubeng, so every time we returned to the hotel, we were exhausted, and there aren't many dining options nearby.

KKeaidedouyacaiFacilities: Very satisfactory. There's a huge swimming pool downstairs and a star-studded cinema at night. The kitchen was particularly impressive, with a variety of delicious dishes to soothe a weary journey.

Service: Very satisfactory. The staff were very attentive, offering khatas as soon as we got off the car and patiently guiding us throughout the trip.

Outstanding
ZZhixiao-The room was fantastic, with a balcony directly overlooking the snow-capped mountains. They thoughtfully provided two foot bath tubs. We were quite tired upon arrival at the village, and soaking our feet completely refreshed us, making us ready to head straight to the glacial lake the very next day – what a thoughtful touch! The chicken soup noodles were delicious, and the packed lunch they provided for our journey was great too. The resident cat was adorable!

Hua Zong specially arranged a special car to welcome us to the store, and carefully prepared breakfast, road meals and dinner, which were convenient and delicious. He also prepared hiking poles, crampons, etc., which came in handy when hiking on the ice lake line👍👍
