DDuohemeishiyoumeideAfter a long day, we walked in and they proactively upgraded our room. The afternoon tea and coffee were surprisingly good. The room had an open view outside the window and was very clean. The toiletries were all 'A' brand, so it's a bit hard to get into the village, just bring your own skincare products. I brought my own sanitary pads but didn't bring enough, and the hotel staff (young ladies) kindly provided liquid sanitary pads, which was incredibly thoughtful! After walking for 5 hours with no restroom access, those liquid sanitary pads were an absolute lifesaver!!! The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great. The two lovely ladies and one handsome gentleman provided excellent service. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

MM306263****I rarely write reviews, but I'm doing it for these two amazing concierges. They were both incredibly responsible and helpful. On our way out of the village, we even saw one of them going back to the village entrance to help another guest carry their luggage in. The round trip just to enter and exit the village takes ten hours! This job seems incredibly tough, and I really hope the boss gives them a raise 😕. The hotel environment is also very good, but the location isn't ideal. It's situated between Upper and Lower Yubeng, so every time we returned to the hotel, we were exhausted, and there aren't many dining options nearby.

KKeaidedouyacaiFacilities: Very satisfactory. There's a huge swimming pool downstairs and a star-studded cinema at night. The kitchen was particularly impressive, with a variety of delicious dishes to soothe a weary journey.

Service: Very satisfactory. The staff were very attentive, offering khatas as soon as we got off the car and patiently guiding us throughout the trip.

AAnonymous UserThe view in the room is spectacular. You can see the view of the snow mountain and lush green mountains while taking a bath or in bed. It was the most wonderful stay for us.
The room also came with all the amenities needed, equipped with a Dyson hairdryer and a Smeg kettle, which seems very suitable for the price.
They also provide a free laundry service, which they will deliver clean clothes by your door in the morning. Beverages including water, soft drinks, coffee and tea are all included and can be provided as much as you need. They also prepared us sandwiches for us to take for our day hike.
The young lady at the front desk, who is also a barista, took very good care of us. She is always active on Wechat for any requests we may have. She also kindly helped us to arrange a van to pick us up from Ninong to Feilaisi.
Definitely a rewarding stay after long hikes!

Hua Zong specially arranged a special car to welcome us to the store, and carefully prepared breakfast, road meals and dinner, which were convenient and delicious. He also prepared hiking poles, crampons, etc., which came in handy when hiking on the ice lake line👍👍
