Deqin Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with comfortable bedding. The 24-hour hot water and separate wet and dry areas were fantastic. The hotel thoughtfully provided local seasonal fruits and snacks in the lobby for guests to help themselves. It was my first time trying Naxi apples, and they were delicious! The sunlight streaming into the hotel restaurant and kitchen made breakfast feel warm and cozy. The breakfast selection was plentiful, including corn buns, rice noodles, and unique fried barley pastries. The owners were very welcoming; they answered all my questions about Shangri-La and provided information on nearby attractions and routes. I stayed for three nights! Also, Benzilan is located in a valley at a low altitude, with a cool and comfortable climate."

"What a wonderful trip! We took a car from Shangri-La to Deqin, and the driver dropped us off at the tunnel entrance. We couldn't find a taxi, so we called the front desk. The guy there immediately came to pick us up. Since it was off-season, they even upgraded our room when we arrived. In the afternoon, we went to 'One Tree' to take photos, and the staff member, worried about us experiencing altitude sickness while climbing uphill, came to pick us up and take us back to the hotel. I was so touched. The room was clean and tidy, with complimentary fruit and snacks. Enjoying afternoon tea on the rooftop while looking at the snowy mountains and chatting was incredibly relaxing. When we checked out, the lady at the front desk even gave us a souvenir, and the dried mushrooms were delicious. The hotel also has a very well-behaved golden retriever! It gives you its paw when asked and loves to be petted – so adorable!"

"A very good accommodation experience. The guesthouse's courtyard was very comfortable, and the rooms had underfloor heating. The owner even provided a heater, which made it very warm. Hot water was readily available and very hot. The owner was very kind and welcoming. We arrived at the guesthouse in the evening, and after parking our car, the owner drove us to dinner. Highly recommended!"

"Facilities: Very satisfactory. There's a huge swimming pool downstairs and a star-studded cinema at night. The kitchen was particularly impressive, with a variety of delicious dishes to soothe a weary journey. Cleanliness: Very satisfactory. Environment: Very satisfactory. Service: Very satisfactory. The staff were very attentive, offering khatas as soon as we got off the car and patiently guiding us throughout the trip."

"It is a relatively large hotel in Cizhong Village, with convenient parking, large house space and decent hygiene. I originally wanted to hike in Antarctic Luo the next day, but unfortunately the proprietress said that the scenic area is now closed. It used to cost 350 yuan to share a car, but now it is 700 yuan. After thinking about it, I decided to forget it and wait until the scenic area is officially open before going."

"A very satisfying stay. I wanted to go hiking in Nidin, so I searched for this newly opened hotel. The surroundings were quiet, with a gurgling stream, and the hotel environment was very tasteful and clean. I arrived in the evening and originally wanted to go to a nearby village for dinner because I was afraid the food in the hotel would not be good, but it turned out to be completely unnecessary! I ordered butter chicken, which was very filling. Although there was a lot of butter, it was not greasy at all. The store manager taught me to pour ghee on the rice and sprinkle some salt on it. It tastes so delicious! The rice noodles for breakfast were so delicious that I ate them for two mornings in a row. In the evening, goodnight milk was delivered to the room, which was a great experience. In the morning, there was a blessing ceremony of burning incense sticks by villagers nearby, and I was fortunate enough to join in. All in all, a highly recommended one!"

"The hotel's interior design and room amenities were top-notch, and there were plenty of activities. The ******* traditional clothing offered was beautiful, the best I'd seen in any hotel so far (though you could only take photos in the hotel). The service was excellent; they even gave us a small gift when we left and were very attentive to our emotional well-being. The underfloor heating in our room wasn't working. Initially, a staff member brought us a portable heater, which I accepted but was still a bit unhappy about. Later, around 11 PM, what I assume was a supervisor proactively contacted us, asking if they could take another look, and managed to get the heating working again. This proactive problem-solving attitude left a great impression. Regarding the hotel's location, I have to say, Lost & Found has it a bit rough. The issue with the neighboring hotel isn't just the construction noise that others have mentioned (we didn't experience any noise during Chinese New Year). The view of Kawagarbo from Lost & Found is already a bit angled, and the way the neighboring hotel's corner juts out is quite inconsiderate. It obstructs the view from both the rooms and the 4th-floor cafe. My advice is to go downstairs and outside for a more unobstructed view."
