"The hotel room offered fantastic views and was decorated in a warm and comfortable style, with all the necessary amenities. The butler service was exceptionally warm and thoughtful; they contacted me in advance before arrival to check in and set up a WeChat group for communication. They proactively informed me about hotel activities and asked if I wanted to book any. During meals, they promptly helped adjust the sunshade, introduced the dishes, and cleared plates. Every staff member I encountered greeted me with a smile. They even timely reminded me when I left an item behind in the room upon departure. Special mention goes to the hotel's breakfast, afternoon tea, and goodnight dessert. The menu changed daily and was well-balanced. Breakfast was a combination of à la carte and buffet, featuring local specialties like congee and cold dishes, as well as main courses like beef tongue and abalone, along with Western buffet options and vegetables. The afternoon tea had beautiful views, offering a mix of sweet and savory treats with exquisite, high-quality pastries. The goodnight dessert was kept warm in a thermos, available to enjoy at any time. The overall ambiance of the hotel was tranquil and warm, with a sophisticated dark tone that wasn't gloomy. The public areas boasted beautiful scenery, and the hotel activities were professionally organized."

"I've been wanting to visit Ji Xia Shan for five years, and I absolutely love the overall design style. It was just as I imagined, and the service was incredibly warm; everyone was smiling and friendly. The rooftop bar has little notebooks where you can write your own stories and read others' thoughts. It's a shame that it was foggy these past few days so I couldn't see the magnificent snow-capped mountains, but I look forward to seeing them next time."

"My stay at Jianglu exceeded all expectations – highly recommended! 1/ The location is superb, directly facing the Wunongding Observation Deck. You can enjoy breathtaking snow-capped mountain views from your room, the restaurant, and the cafe. Simply relax in your room and witness the stunning golden mountain sunrise. 2/ Every detail is thoughtfully arranged from the guest's perspective. The hotel has an elevator, and the rooms are fully equipped. The shower even has a built-in seat for added convenience. The entire room features diffused oxygen supply, and there are also nasal cannulas and bottled oxygen available. In addition to bottled drinking water, there are aesthetically pleasing fruit juices and a complimentary mini-bar. Face masks are also provided. 4/ Breakfast is served until 1 PM. There's also afternoon tea, and for supper, besides desserts, congee with preserved egg and lean pork is available all night long – truly considerate service. 5/ The service attitude is excellent. Every staff member is warm, attentive, professional, and proactively offered a free room upgrade, enhancing the overall experience."

"When I was staying alone at Gaoshan Biezhuang, I suffered badly from altitude sickness – shortness of breath, insomnia, and dizziness. Manager Zha Shiduji personally brought me milk and even gave me some reishi mushroom-infused water from his own collection to help with the insomnia. The next morning, he reminded me to have breakfast on time. On New Year's Eve morning, to help ease my discomfort, he invited me to visit the hotel's scripture hall and introduced me to Thangka art. As I lit a butter lamp, my mind immediately found peace. Zha Shiduji then drove me to Feilai Temple to light incense and pray for my family. What moved me even more was his invitation to join the hotel staff for their New Year's Eve dinner. During the meal, staff member Zha Xi Duji continuously refilled my hot pot ingredients, and the hotel's head chef chatted warmly with me. Their warmth dispelled the loneliness I felt celebrating the New Year by myself. Thanks to the kind care of the hotel staff, I adapted to the high-altitude environment and, on the first day of the Year of the Horse, witnessed the stunning 'Golden Mountain in the Sunlight' phenomenon. I will definitely return to Gaoshan Biezhuang Hotel; it's a place filled with love."

"Overall, it was a great stay. The hotel thoughtfully provided tips for altitude sickness in the room and prepared items and facilities to combat it, such as Coke, oxygen packs, and an oxygen supply system. The decor leans towards a Wabi-sabi style, and the buckwheat pillows were very comfortable to sleep on. You can watch the 'golden sun illuminating the mountain' from the 4th floor. Service: After booking this time, the hotel offered a ******* costume photoshoot experience. ******* clothes and headwear were available in the hotel lobby. After the shoot, we received 3 free original photos. This was a collaboration with NICO Travel Photography. The photographer was very professional 📷, snapped great shots 👍, was excellent at composition and finding the right light, and even guided our poses. We got the photos quickly, and then back at the hotel, a dedicated staff member helped us choose the best ones. The entire process was very pleasant, and we got some amazing 'life photos' – fantastic!"

"Since we came from Yubeng Village and didn't rent a car, the hotel's location was indeed much more suitable for self-driving. Fortunately, the hotel accommodated these inconveniences. The hotel was renovated from an abandoned elementary school, but the overall feel is like a designer's new creation. The amenities were excellent. In addition to the essentials, there was a tea table by the large window facing the mountains. The bed was large, and our room wasn't arranged side by side, but rather one side by one, which was quite unique and even involved a fight over it. The laundry service was thoughtful, and they even delivered goodnight milk in the evening. I also commend the breakfast, which offered both Chinese and Western options. It was one of the most comfortable and freshest breakfasts I've had in Yunnan these past few days, and the Western dishes were very satisfying. The hotel is located in a village group of only eight households, a quiet place with both activity and tranquility. The villagers are simple and shy, and after a walk, I joined them in circumambulating the Buddhist scriptures. Nearby are the Baima Snow Mountain, perfect for hiking, the Niding Line, perfect for children, and numerous wineries. The town itself is famous for the story of a French grandmother. Driving on your own is definitely more enjoyable, but mountain roads require some driving skills. Time is limited, so I'll definitely make up for this regret next time I drive on my own."

"Minibar: This hotel offered the most drinks and snacks out of all the hotels I stayed at on this trip. ROCK | Welcome Tea All-You-Can-Drink: Tea time treats, including drinks, pastries, fruits, and icy jelly, were delivered to the room – truly abundant. ROCK | Exclusive Energy Boost: Free hiking gear provided. Currently, there are hotels being built directly in front and to the right of Stone Rock, so looking out from the hotel room, all you see is a messy construction site. The muddy path from the village entrance to the hotel door significantly impacted the check-in experience, but it's understandable. They upgraded my room type to try and salvage the experience, and what's commendable are the soap dish (most hotels provide free soap but rarely a soap dish, a very thoughtful detail), Dyson hairdryer, and record player. Suggestions for improvement: Inform guests about the entrance route in advance (it's very hidden), and add more hangers (only two are really not enough)."

"I didn't expect that the Zangbanshan I ordered casually would give me such a pleasant surprise. If there are 10 🌟, I will give it 10 stars without hesitation!"
