The manager personally prepared hand-ground coffee, and since I often brew my own at home, I could tell immediately that the beans weren't cheap—probably a medium-dark roast Geisha or something similar. Seeing that I knew a little about coffee, the manager chatted with me for a bit, and we hit it off immediately. The room exceeded my expectations; it was very spacious, with room for my luggage inside the wardrobe. What I appreciated most was the cleanliness. The sheets and blankets were brand new, the carpet had no musty smell, and the bathroom didn't have any musty sewer odor. I felt very safe and comfortable staying there. It's truly a newly opened hotel.

GGuest UserThe sanitation is particularly in place, the room is clean and there are no dead ends, the bedding is white and soft, the bathroom is bright and stainless, and the living is particularly at ease. The service is warm and thoughtful, the front desk is on duty 24 hours a day, the check-in is fast, the demand response is timely, and you can help store your luggage and call a car. The facilities are complete and practical, the air conditioning is powerful, the 24-hour hot water is sufficient, the WiFi is stable, the room has many sockets, and there is free parking. The location is in the city center, quiet in the middle of noisy, convenient for travel and shopping, super cost-effective, suitable for business trips!

Ccl1234During the Chinese New Year holiday, our family of four visited Ruili and stayed in an audio-visual twin room. The room was very spacious with a pleasant ambiance. The toiletries were spotless. The twin beds were particularly impressive, each a generous 1.5 meters wide, perfectly accommodating two children on a single bed! The front desk staff, especially the lady assisting us, was exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. Breakfast offered a generous spread, and the laundry facilities were very convenient. The hotel is conveniently located near all the tourist attractions. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip. My only regret is forgetting to take more photos – I only managed to snap one!

MMezonThe hotel I chose for this trip completely exceeded my expectations, offering incredible value for money! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt their sincerity. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient and quick. They even provided information on nearby attractions, subway transfer tips, and a list of local delicacies, thoughtfully sharing off-the-beaten-path experiences to avoid crowds, making trip planning much easier. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-designed layout that didn't feel cramped. The bedding was soft and comfortable against my skin, making me sleep like I was nestled in a cloud. The soundproofing was a pleasant surprise, completely isolating me from the city noise outside, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night.
The cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the room and the bathroom tiles were spotless. The smart toilet, heated shower, and other amenities were complete and easy to use. The toiletries had a gentle herbal scent, far exceeding the quality of hotels in the same price range. The gym equipment in the public areas was well-maintained, and the laundry room had a dryer, which was especially convenient for long-distance travelers.
The hotel also has a private hot spring bath! The hot water in the rooms is from the hot spring!

GGuest UserThis time I stayed at Ruili Yunkeman Hotel, the overall experience exceeded expectations, and I must give full praise! Book a few days in advance. After arriving at the store, the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the processing was efficient. I also upgraded the room type for free. The space was more spacious and the living was more comfortable. It was a special surprise. The hotel parking lot is oversized, there are plenty of parking spaces, and it is very convenient to park by car. There is no need to worry about finding a parking space. The room hygiene is in place, the floor, beds, and bathrooms are clean and tidy, no smell, no dead ends, the supplies are neatly arranged, and the details are full of care. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, with complete facilities, and living at ease and relaxation. From check-in to check-out, the staff is friendly and responsive, and people feel intimate and thoughtful everywhere. Whether it is service, parking, hygiene or room upgrade, it is very satisfactory and cost-effective. This is the first choice for Ruili accommodation. I really recommend it to friends who drive and travel. I will choose here next time.

GGuest UserWhen researching, everyone said a day trip to Ruili was enough, but I really wanted to see the sunset over the Phnom Penh Buddha Temple, so I booked an overnight stay in Ruili. The accommodation experience was unexpectedly good: the room was very clean, the environment was just like the photos, there was no unpleasant smell, and the TV and curtains were even voice-controlled. It was also very close to Fortune Plaza, within walking distance, and also within walking distance of Ruili's live crabs and bus route 786. I was extremely satisfied with this accommodation and would recommend it to friends visiting Ruili.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good. It is right next to the ancient city and close to Yi Zhai and Liang Zhai. It is mainly clean and hygienic, and the service is very attentive. The environment is beautiful and quiet. It is really comfortable to soak in the hot spring after a day of fun. It is worth recommending!

The room decor was very stylish. I packed light for this trip, and the hotel proactively washed my clothes and delivered them to my room – the laundry service was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel has a spacious parking lot, which is very convenient for guests traveling by car. Overall, my experience was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone.

GGuest User400多元的簡易家庭房，此行最便宜的酒店，做好了心理準備，就是住一晚嘛！沒想到超值，除了沒有床頭燈沒有浴缸，其他都很滿意，性價比超高，淋浴是温泉水，旁邊樓上就是温泉區可泡澡按摩，太趕了沒來得及體驗。房間裏還有一棵小文竹，喜歡。瑞麗還沒有像芒市一樣漲價。推薦。
