The service is warm and thoughtful, the front desk is on duty 24 hours a day, the check-in is fast, the demand response is timely, and you can help store your luggage and call a car. The facilities are complete and practical, the air conditioning is powerful, the 24-hour hot water is sufficient, the WiFi is stable, the room has many sockets, and there is free parking. The location is in the city center, quiet in the middle of noisy, convenient for travel and shopping, super cost-effective, suitable for business trips!

Ccl1234During the Chinese New Year holiday, our family of four visited Ruili and stayed in an audio-visual twin room. The room was very spacious with a pleasant ambiance. The toiletries were spotless. The twin beds were particularly impressive, each a generous 1.5 meters wide, perfectly accommodating two children on a single bed! The front desk staff, especially the lady assisting us, was exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. Breakfast offered a generous spread, and the laundry facilities were very convenient. The hotel is conveniently located near all the tourist attractions. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip. My only regret is forgetting to take more photos – I only managed to snap one!

MMezonThe hotel I chose for this trip completely exceeded my expectations, offering incredible value for money! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt their sincerity. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient and quick. They even provided information on nearby attractions, subway transfer tips, and a list of local delicacies, thoughtfully sharing off-the-beaten-path experiences to avoid crowds, making trip planning much easier. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-designed layout that didn't feel cramped. The bedding was soft and comfortable against my skin, making me sleep like I was nestled in a cloud. The soundproofing was a pleasant surprise, completely isolating me from the city noise outside, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night.
The cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the room and the bathroom tiles were spotless. The smart toilet, heated shower, and other amenities were complete and easy to use. The toiletries had a gentle herbal scent, far exceeding the quality of hotels in the same price range. The gym equipment in the public areas was well-maintained, and the laundry room had a dryer, which was especially convenient for long-distance travelers.
The hotel also has a private hot spring bath! The hot water in the rooms is from the hot spring!

GGuest UserThis time I stayed at Ruili Yunkeman Hotel, the overall experience exceeded expectations, and I must give full praise! Book a few days in advance. After arriving at the store, the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the processing was efficient. I also upgraded the room type for free. The space was more spacious and the living was more comfortable. It was a special surprise. The hotel parking lot is oversized, there are plenty of parking spaces, and it is very convenient to park by car. There is no need to worry about finding a parking space. The room hygiene is in place, the floor, beds, and bathrooms are clean and tidy, no smell, no dead ends, the supplies are neatly arranged, and the details are full of care. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, with complete facilities, and living at ease and relaxation. From check-in to check-out, the staff is friendly and responsive, and people feel intimate and thoughtful everywhere. Whether it is service, parking, hygiene or room upgrade, it is very satisfactory and cost-effective. This is the first choice for Ruili accommodation. I really recommend it to friends who drive and travel. I will choose here next time.

NNanliangThe overall stay is quite satisfactory, the room is hygienic, the lighting and ventilation are good, and the basic sleep experience is up to standard. The location is easy to find, very close to the business district and convenient for shopping. The small suggestion is that the air conditioning wind speed can be optimized, and the rest is no big problem. The service is courteous and thoughtful, the price is close to the people, and the short-distance transitional accommodation is completely enough. The overall choice is to worry-free and not step on thunder.

Every corner of the room is spotless, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, there is no smell, and it is particularly assured to live. The space is spacious and bright, the layout is reasonable, the lighting is good, the blackout curtains are good, the night is quiet, and I sleep until dawn. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is fast, water pressure is stable, facilities are maintained in place, the details are full, and the living experience is super comfortable.

The environment is beautiful and quiet. It is really comfortable to soak in the hot spring after a day of fun. It is worth recommending!

Temperatures hover around a pleasant 10-20 degrees Celsius, so it's never too hot or too cold, making it a truly comfortable spot for a getaway. Yunshang Shiji is a brand under the Homeinns Group, one of their well-established chains. They have two branches in Ruili, and the one at Fortune Plaza boasts a superior location. Fortune Plaza is the city's commercial center, making this location incredibly convenient. It's centrally located for exploring, right on a main road, and generally excellent. The lobby and front desk area are also quite spacious and comfortable, with ample seating. Check-in was quite efficient. While the facilities might not be absolutely perfect, they offer everything you need. The hotel's minimalist and modern design creates a very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for guests.

GGuest User400多元的簡易家庭房，此行最便宜的酒店，做好了心理準備，就是住一晚嘛！沒想到超值，除了沒有床頭燈沒有浴缸，其他都很滿意，性價比超高，淋浴是温泉水，旁邊樓上就是温泉區可泡澡按摩，太趕了沒來得及體驗。房間裏還有一棵小文竹，喜歡。瑞麗還沒有像芒市一樣漲價。推薦。
