"This was a truly disappointing stay. This is the first time I've written a review like this! I had hoped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay at your hotel, but the experience was truly disappointing. I still hope to objectively provide feedback to help the hotel improve and provide a reference for other travelers. First, the cleanliness was truly worrying. Mold was visible on the walls and ceiling of the room, which not only affected the aesthetics but also raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. The children's mat was visibly stained, clearly lacking regular cleaning and maintenance, making it particularly inconvenient for families with children. Second, the bedroom was permeated with a persistent odor from the bathroom drain, which persisted even with windows open for ventilation, severely impacting the comfort level. For a hotel that is supposed to provide a warm and welcoming environment, such basic issues are simply unacceptable. I understand the challenges of operating a hotel, but quality is determined by details, and hygiene and air quality are fundamental. I sincerely hope management will address these issues and address them. This review is not meant to be critical, but rather to help other travelers maintain reasonable expectations. I also hope the hotel will learn from this and improve its service."

"This hotel was terrible in both its facilities and service. The carpet was filthy, covered in fingernails and hair. My child walked on it and got pricked by something that looked like a needle – it was really scary. The breakfast area was tiny, with very little food and barely any seating. Room cards are only valid for one day. We stayed two days, and even after coming up, the card didn't work, forcing the front desk to renew it. The front desk didn't even mention this during check-in. The entire hotel reeked of smoke – in the rooms, elevators, breakfast area, and hallways. The staff saw people smoking but didn't seem to care or warn them. If smoking is legal in Ruili, then disregard what I said. In short, this hotel was truly awful, far from being a 4-star hotel. It was the worst hotel we stayed at during our Yunnan trip, and I sincerely do not recommend it, especially for families with children or elderly members. The smoke made us cough constantly."

Upon arrival, the front desk proactively helped with my luggage, and on this hot day, they thoughtfully offered me ice water, instantly relieving the heat of my journey. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were friendly and patient. The room was spotless and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the environment was quiet. The attention to detail was heartwarming; I felt genuinely cared for throughout. I felt very comfortable during my business trip, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time."

The staff is warm and welcoming, the double-layer soundproof glass has a good sound insulation effect, and a quiet sleep can dissipate the fatigue of the journey."

To add to this, we had booked and paid for a room in advance, but upon arrival, we were told there were no rooms available. This completely disrupted our travel plans and caused significant inconvenience."
