The staff were all warm and attentive; whenever I needed something, they responded quickly, making the service feel really pleasant. A special shout-out to the breakfast – the variety of cooked food was really comprehensive, with plenty of hot dishes; you could basically find anything you'd want to eat. Overall, the hygiene was also very well maintained, both in the common areas and in the rooms. This hotel is suitable for both leisure and business trips, offering great value for money. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time, highly recommended!"

I had hoped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay at your hotel, but the experience was truly disappointing. I still hope to objectively provide feedback to help the hotel improve and provide a reference for other travelers. First, the cleanliness was truly worrying. Mold was visible on the walls and ceiling of the room, which not only affected the aesthetics but also raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. The children's mat was visibly stained, clearly lacking regular cleaning and maintenance, making it particularly inconvenient for families with children. Second, the bedroom was permeated with a persistent odor from the bathroom drain, which persisted even with windows open for ventilation, severely impacting the comfort level. For a hotel that is supposed to provide a warm and welcoming environment, such basic issues are simply unacceptable. I understand the challenges of operating a hotel, but quality is determined by details, and hygiene and air quality are fundamental. I sincerely hope management will address these issues and address them. This review is not meant to be critical, but rather to help other travelers maintain reasonable expectations.
