GGuest UserVery invincible hotel, the room is very large and smart and clean, the TV has VIP hahaha, you can watch while taking a bath. I like the sink the most. The lighting is very bright and the mirror is very large. The front desk lady is also very good and very enthusiastic. I sent a fruit plate and latte coffee as soon as I checked in. I recommended Ruili Food Attractions Raiders for us. It is very suitable for tangled patients hahaha. In short, it is very recommended. .

GGuest UserI wasn't initially optimistic about non-branded hotels, but the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were in good working order. I expected a newly opened hotel to have various smells, but there was only the scent of floral water in the bathroom. The service was also exceptionally good. I usually hate impatient front desk staff, you can tell from their faces, but the staff here were very professionally trained. They added two extra blankets and two extra pillows at 11 pm, and the receptionist, who was clearly tired, was still chatting and laughing.

LLeon_039This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in Ruili. The facilities are truly high-end, and the service was impeccable. They offer a very spacious private parking lot, and the breakfast spread was incredibly extensive. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, providing meticulous and attentive service. All my travel companions, especially the seniors, were thoroughly satisfied and happy. Absolutely a five-star experience!

There are also many restaurants around, it is a lively area, and there is a bus stop to Mangshi Airport.

MMezonThe hotel I chose for this trip completely exceeded my expectations, offering incredible value for money! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt their sincerity. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient and quick. They even provided information on nearby attractions, subway transfer tips, and a list of local delicacies, thoughtfully sharing off-the-beaten-path experiences to avoid crowds, making trip planning much easier. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-designed layout that didn't feel cramped. The bedding was soft and comfortable against my skin, making me sleep like I was nestled in a cloud. The soundproofing was a pleasant surprise, completely isolating me from the city noise outside, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night.
The cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the room and the bathroom tiles were spotless. The smart toilet, heated shower, and other amenities were complete and easy to use. The toiletries had a gentle herbal scent, far exceeding the quality of hotels in the same price range. The gym equipment in the public areas was well-maintained, and the laundry room had a dryer, which was especially convenient for long-distance travelers.
The hotel also has a private hot spring bath! The hot water in the rooms is from the hot spring!

Advantages: The overall hotel style is avant-garde, the color is high-end, the supplies are also good, there are welcome fruits, the service is the receptionist on duty at the third check-in (reception, not management), enthusiastic, and the security guard is very good from check-in to check-out. The hotel is rich to have such employees.
Disadvantages: The front desk management is not good at handling problems.
The room smells strong, and the hair dryer and bath towel are placed in an unreasonable position.
There is no regulation on the opening hours of the public hot springs. After 12 o'clock in the evening, the children are very noisy in the hot springs, and there is no way to rest at all.

GGuest UserVery good hotel, cost-effective and complete facilities, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, asked if we want to move the luggage together, and upgraded to a suite for free so that you can see the national border and Myanmar on the opposite side from the room. The hotel is just over 100 meters away from the Jiegao national border, and next to it is a market where Burmese people set up stalls, selling Southeast Asian daily necessities at very affordable prices. This environment and this area are worth recommending for Ruili tourism accommodation.
