GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location and is convenient for eating nearby. The hotel is very new, the rooms are clean and tidy, parking is convenient, breakfast is rich, the reception is warm, the facilities are complete, washing and drying are available, the bedding is comfortable, and the price/performance ratio is very high. I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserUpon check-in, we received a brochure detailing nearby attractions, which was a nice touch for out-of-town guests. We had to clean the air conditioning filter ourselves upon entering the room. The bedding was clean. The bathroom exhaust fan, however, was not working. We reported it to the front desk before heading out, but it remained unfixed when we returned that evening, and we received no follow-up. Since we were only staying one night, we decided not to press the issue. The hotel is conveniently located for visiting nearby attractions and has its own parking lot.

GGuest UserThe size of the room is not bad, it is quiet, the waiter's attitude is also very good, the morning is also very good, the health is OK, there is a cigarette butt on the bathroom floor, I don't know how long, there is a large stain on the wall, I don't know what it is, I wiped it off with a wet tissue, Sticking to the wall makes people uncomfortable. Maybe there is no stay for a long time, the ground, bay windows, and the desktop are gray, but the waiter cleaned it the next day. And the bathroom door of my room cannot be closed. The overall situation is better and worth recommending.

LLeon_039This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in Ruili. The facilities are truly high-end, and the service was impeccable. They offer a very spacious private parking lot, and the breakfast spread was incredibly extensive. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, providing meticulous and attentive service. All my travel companions, especially the seniors, were thoroughly satisfied and happy. Absolutely a five-star experience!

The room has good lighting, good hygiene, no smell, sound insulation effect is also good, the hotel service is intimate, the response is timely, and the surrounding travel and eating are very convenient. The service was excellent; they immediately went to buy things for me and brought them to my room – they were always very accommodating. The toiletries were of high quality and great value. There's a free hot spring pool in the backyard. The bedding was absolutely fantastic. The front desk thoughtfully provided a comprehensive kit with all sorts of necessities. The breakfast was nutritious and plentiful, and the projector and Wi-Fi signal were excellent. Highly recommended!

Advantages: The overall hotel style is avant-garde, the color is high-end, the supplies are also good, there are welcome fruits, the service is the receptionist on duty at the third check-in (reception, not management), enthusiastic, and the security guard is very good from check-in to check-out. The hotel is rich to have such employees.
Disadvantages: The front desk management is not good at handling problems.
The room smells strong, and the hair dryer and bath towel are placed in an unreasonable position.
There is no regulation on the opening hours of the public hot springs. After 12 o'clock in the evening, the children are very noisy in the hot springs, and there is no way to rest at all.

GGuest User400多元的簡易家庭房，此行最便宜的酒店，做好了心理準備，就是住一晚嘛！沒想到超值，除了沒有床頭燈沒有浴缸，其他都很滿意，性價比超高，淋浴是温泉水，旁邊樓上就是温泉區可泡澡按摩，太趕了沒來得及體驗。房間裏還有一棵小文竹，喜歡。瑞麗還沒有像芒市一樣漲價。推薦。

GGuest UserVery good hotel, cost-effective and complete facilities, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, asked if we want to move the luggage together, and upgraded to a suite for free so that you can see the national border and Myanmar on the opposite side from the room. The hotel is just over 100 meters away from the Jiegao national border, and next to it is a market where Burmese people set up stalls, selling Southeast Asian daily necessities at very affordable prices. This environment and this area are worth recommending for Ruili tourism accommodation.
